Bill Clinton named 'Father of the Year'

"Former President Bill Clinton is getting props for being a good dad.
Clinton was named the “Father of the Year” by the National Father’s Day Council on Wednesday. The group selected Clinton for his “profound generosity, leadership and tireless dedication to both his public office and many philanthropic organizations,” Dan Orwig, chairman of the National Father’s Day Committee, said in the announcement.
The award will be presented at a luncheon in June." -  Politico

What does a lecherous past,  dedication to public office and philanthropic activities have in any way to do with being a good father? How about nominating a guy who tirelessly works two jobs to feed and put a roof over his children's heads, involves himself in their raising and is home with them on weekends......  Father of the Year, what a load of crap!

  1. Makes as much sense as Obama being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009.

    Somebody's brown-nosin' for somethin'.

  2. I dream of a day there will no longer be any Clintons or Kennedys in the news. I'll most likely die first though. :(

  3. The Left seems to have an endless need to deify their degenerates, much as the Romans deified their emperors. I suppose that if Tiberius Caesar could be called a god, that Bill Clinton, only slightly less corrupted, can be one too.
