The Reason Jihadist Fear Kurdish Guerrillas Units

Having a Mental Edge Over Your Enemies.
"Battle-hardened after two years fighting Islamic State and other Islamist rebel groups in the multi-sided Syrian civil war, Kurdish guerrillas linked to the PKK have in recent weeks made a series of military gains that have spotlighted their growing sway.
Syrian commanders say the security and quality of life is improving as the Kurd guerrilla forces expand rapidly, propelled by thousands of young volunteers...."

"Recruitment is boosted by the deployment of women soldiers on the front line, often in all-female units."
“The jihadists don’t like fighting women, because if they’re killed by a female, they believe they won't go to Paradise."
I say Gear Up Ladies, and send them to hell where they belong!

  1. Yeah, they take the threat seriously, they fight seriously and they shoot to kill. Kudos to their women who volunteer to train and fight. Reminds me of the IDF women - dedicated, patriotic and focused.

    1. BoBo is afraid to offend our allies the Turks, who have a real trouble with the kurds, otherwise we would be supporting the Kurds. They are the only friends we have in the region outside of Israel.

    2. I'm not so sure the Kurds are getting a good deal. They've been fighting against the damn arabs for about 1300 years and it seems they are still fighting for survival. They've been oppressed by Iran, Iraq and Turkey. It is way past time the USA gave more than lip service. As Jan said they are out only friend in the area but you know how we treat friends these days under Emperor Obama.

  3. Even though The WSJ article was blocked, the headline seemed to imply that the Kurds are a "controversial" ally of the USA (because of their opposition to ISIS). Madjack is right, we had better embrace them because "the enemy of my enemy is my friend". The problem is, that Oblowme has redefined (in his image) who our enemies and friends are.

And speaking of friends, Turkey is not our friend - at least not under Erdogan - I offer this assessment by Ann Barnhardt:

"...1. The Obama regime is delighted to see Iraq destabilize because its objective is the reformation of the islamic Caliphate. Baghdad is now primed to be conquered by ISIS, who are Musloid Brotherhood/Al Qaeda and have been supported and armed by the Obama regime, which is up to its neck in musloid agents.

    2. Additionally, the Obama regime is heavily allied with Turkey, which has as one of its top goals the reconquering of all Kurd territory, and a likely genocide against the Kurds. Erdogan of Turkey has aspirations to reform the Caliphate as Ottoman-centric, with himself as the Caliph. He will happily let the ISIS brutes do all of the dirty work in Syria, Iraq and elsewhere and will use them to squeeze the Kurds from the South, and then when ISIS is no longer useful, or excessively dangerous to him, he will slaughter them and declare himself the Caliph of the musloids, enthroned at Istanbul. I’m sure Obama will be invited to the coronation at the Hagia Sophia..."

  5. Didn't Gaddafi / Kadafi / Qaddafi have a female squad, or several? For that matter, couldn't Lil' Kim send some of Pyonyang's babes over to quell the sand in the crack spirit of those fighters of the Allah Baba?

  6. One thing that nobody seems to be mentioning - anywhere - is that PKK is the acronym for Kurdistan Workers Party. Sound familiar? That's right: they are Communists.

While they are preferable to the 7th century barbarians of ISIS, be careful what you wish for, folks.

  7. In 1941, when the Iraqis rebelled against Britain and backed by the Nazis the British for the most part were Air Force, not ground troops. However they had a strong force of what they called 'levies', consisting of Christian Assyrians and Kurdish irregulars. These consistently zealous and savage warriors chased the Iraqi Army away from the heights above the Habbaniya RAF base, inflicting severe casualties and with only training aircraft improvised as bombers for air support.
They are hardcore and ISIS are rightly afraid of them.
