In the Battle for the Soul of America, There Can Be Only One Winner

The Unholy Left went to battle against America in the summer of 1968 and hasn’t stopped fighting since. They hated Nixon, they hated Reagan, they hated G. W. Bush and now, boy do they hate Donald J. Trump. From the moment it dawned on them on election night that Trump was going to win, they have gone to the mattresses, seeking to undermine the validity of the election and bring down the president of the United States.

While we’re waiting for the Left to see the light, let’s turn the tables and start using their own weapons against them. The very first Rule in my Book of Rules is this: “Know Your Enemy, His Intentions, and His Weapons—and Use Them Against Him.” Tolerance is not a virtue, diversity is not a goal, and hate is sometimes a very useful, self-protective emotion. Tolerance for the intolerant is suicidal. Diversity has never in history produced a successful country or nation-state, only a body politic at constant war with itself. Passivity in the face of constant provocation is what our enemies are counting on.

They want you cowed, thinking that any pushback is illegitimate. They want you to think that you’re the bad guy in this morality play. That’s why their pet media frames every confrontation as “far-right” groups vs. “anti-fascist” protesters, pushed beyond the limits of their well-known tolerance to take matters into their own violent hands. You are hateful, intolerant, racist and brimming with more phobias than Freud ever dreamed possible.

There is no pacifying the Left, no accommodating it, no buying it off with a bit of appeasement here and there. They’re not in the political fray to play, they’re in it to win it. They’re not fiddling around the edges of the American experiment, they’re throwing everything critical theory has at us, questioning every institution and founding principle, and finding all of them worthy of destruction. Ascribing good motives to our friends across the aisle is a fool’s errand. Like most villains, they think of themselves as the heroes of their own twisted morality play, casting themselves as noble superheroes for truth, silver-surfing the “arc of history” as it bends toward their definition of justice. We, however, see their assault on our history, customs, and traditions as nothing of the sort; to us, they are the vandals who cannot abide something they had little or no hand in creating, and just want to see the world burn.”

There is no pacifying the Left, no accommodating it, no buying it off with a bit of appeasement here and there.  If we react with anything less than a full-throated defense of both Western and American civilization, we’re going to lose.

It’s a Slow Burn Cultural Revolution

The Famous Statue of The Father of American Music - Stephen Collins Foster

The Marxist Cultural Revolution is alive and well in America, and has claimed another victim. The city of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania's iconic monument to native son Stephen Collins Foster, the Antebellum songwriter widely acknowledged as the Father of American Music has been deem offensive and the 117 year old statue removed from public view.

At morning' first light, the 1,000-pound 10-foot-high bronze statue that stood at the entrance to Oakland's Schenley Park for 74 years, moved from its original location near the entrance to Highland Park to prevent vandalism, was remove on orders of the city's cultural commissar public art and civic design manager, Yesica Guerra. Never-mind the leading citizens of late 19th century Pittsburgh selected the statue's design and commissioned the noted Italian émigré, sculptor Guiseppe Moretti to create it, and was dedicated with great fanfare in 1900.

Foster, who was born in Pittsburgh on July 4, 1826, wrote more than 200 songs, including such time-honored classics as "Oh Susanna," "Camptown Races" and "Jeanie With the Light Brown Hair." The statue had stirred controversy for years because it depicts Foster standing with a black man playing a banjo at his feet. The hyper-sensitive I'm offended crowd have described it as racist and demeaning to blacks(?) Others have argued that it depicts Foster gaining inspiration from a black musician. While some of Foster's songs contain graphic, derogatory depictions of slaves, he is credited with being among the first musicians to dignify and humanize blacks through his songs. He died at age 37 on Jan. 13, 1864 in New York City, with 38 cents in his pockets.

The city plans to replace the statue with a memorial to black women and has scheduled public meetings to gather suggestions before deciding on a theme. Perhaps a large black granite depiction of Michelle Obama's Ass would satisfy the shit-weasels.

The Left's All-or-Nothing Mentality

Pretty Much My Attitude About Leftist Protest These Days

PJM - These days we've almost become immune to the stunts that members of the left in this country pull to get attention. Nothing liberals do seems far-fetched anymore. That's what made the suicide by immolation of attorney David Buckel so shocking. Buckel set himself on fire and ended his life not over the issue of gay rights, but as an environmental protest. His suicide note stated that he had burned himself with fossil fuel to serve as a metaphor for the destruction of the planet.

Buckel is one more example of the all-or-nothing mentality of the left in America. To borrow the old phrase from the '60s, the personal is political for American leftists, and the political is personal for them too. Witness the tribalism in this country. Yes, we see it on the right too, but the smugness of liberals and their seeming willingness to shut down all debate raises the stakes of tribalism. Taking a look at the aftermath of the 2016 election as the best recent example, Pew Research revealed that almost half of liberals surveyed said that a friend's support for Donald Trump would "put a strain on friendship," compared to only 13 percent of Republicans who said the same about friends who voted for Hillary Clinton.

This mentality is the same one that led New Yorker writer Dan Piepenbring to label Chick-fil-A as "creepy" in a recent piece. It's not possible to enjoy some of the best fast food around if you're a liberal. No, Chick-fil-A must be rejected because its founders are Christians who take conservative positions on social issues. All or nothing! The desire of so many on the left to achieve totality is so great that it turns many leftists against each other.

Take the gay rights movement that is often called upon to speak for the wider LGBTQA community. These figureheads are overwhelmingly white, cis-gendered, able-bodied men and women — and that can be a problem, given that they are representative of only one aspect of the LGBT community. After all, one can't speak for everyone if one holds one form of "privilege" over others. It's all or nothing to the left even when it comes to dealing with each other!

I believe that this all-or-nothing attitude on the left stems from the fact that the so many on their side are activists, while the majority of conservatives are out living their lives and only touching on politics from time to time. The idea that liberals tend to associate with only others like themselves feeds this taking of politics personally. David Buckel's case does represent the all-or-nothing mentality of the left to its extreme, but given how the personal and the political collide for so many on the left, it makes you wonder how many more cases like his will we see? - More at the Link

I Don't Need To Be Preached To About Guns By A Member of the Most Violent Segment of Society

The irony just drips from the recent statement from the president and CEO of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. Derrick Johnson, a member of the most violent 6 percent of the American population (BLACK MALES) who comment over 50 percent of the murders and a disproportionate amount of violent crimes in this country actually called for confiscation of your guns by the government, leaving law abiding citizen vulnerable to their hate, murder and robbing ways.

Derrick Johnson wrote an op-ed entitled, “Gun Safety is about Freedom,” where he used a mixture of politics and racism to make their point on gun control measures.  He compared the current anxiety students feel when going to school to the circumstances surrounding the black “Little Rock Nine”, students who had to be escorted to their classrooms by federal troops in the 1950s as part of the Brown v. Board of Education desegregation ruling.
“Fear and terror still exist in our children’s classrooms” because of the “National Rifle Association (NRA) and the politicians that support them.”
Johnson, in lockstep with the rest of the ignorant far left, label the NRA a terrorist organization. He believes that passing draconian gun control legislation is a civil rights issue, of course without acknowledging self defense IS A CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT!

The leftist gun grabbers are calling again for Australian-type gun control measures to be implemented. They do not ever mention the cultural and ethnic differences with America. It did not work well in Australia or Britain and it will not work in the US. An American mandatory gun-confiscation program, in addition to being unconstitutional, would be extraordinarily coercive and almost certainly violent. Perhaps that is something the NAACP wants, but Americans won’t stand for it.

No, Derrick Johnson, the NAACP should STFU and look in the mirror. It's high time you look to reasons black males are the most violent segment of the American populous.  Stop blaming America for your short comings and search for solutions to black males leaving strings of fatherless children and violent youth who settle disagreements by shooting each other and innocent bystanders and children over simple disagreements, and spend your organization's time, money and energy fixing those problems.

The NRA and law abiding gun owners are not the problem in America.  America's problem is your culture, your mentality and your inability to take responsibility for your actions. Maybe the answer is to just disarm the black community and watch the crime and murder rate drop through the floor.  After all, as you said, gun control legislation is a civil rights issue. And I demand my Civil Rights Too!

Cultural Terrorism Continues to Run Amok

Leaders at the church that George Washington attended decided that a plaque honoring the first president of the United States must be removed. Christ Church in Alexandria, Virginia will take down a memorial marking the pew where Washington sat with his family, saying it is not acceptable to all worshipers.

“The plaques in our sanctuary make some in our presence feel unsafe or unwelcome,” leaders said, a reference to the fact that Washington was a slaveholder. ”Some visitors and guests who worship with us choose not to return because they receive an unintended message from the prominent presence of the plaques. Many in our congregation feel a strong need for the church to stand clearly on the side of ‘all are welcome- no exceptions,’” they concluded.

A memorial to Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee will also come down. The decision comes in the wake of renewed controversy over whether statues honoring Civil War figures should be no longer honored.  President Trump expressed concern that the censoring of Confederate generals would lead to dishonoring Thomas Jefferson and George Washington as well. - Read More
