Back when the world was still in black and white, most peoples idea of the FBI was a cadre of honest and upstanding men and women of law enforcement. The best at the ready; G-Men willing to risk life and limb to prevent crime or solve one, like super heroes always getting their man, and always within the span of one-hour.  No one ever thought the FBI would be tasked with creating a crime.

The plot to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer was, from the start, doomed to fail. It was never going to happen because in the ranks of 14 cartoon characters were, at a minimum, an additional 12 G-Men. These informants are supposed to be like mall cops. Observe and report. They are not tasked with creating a crime, but that is apparently what the FBI does now.

And They Wonder Why No One Watches. CNN to Host James Comey Town Hall to Mark 2 Years Since His Firing

It's been reported that CNN’s prime-time ratings dropped a whopping 26 percent in April compared to last year, according to Nielsen Media Research, a decrease marking its lowest-rated month in total viewers since October 2015.

So, their answer to this bad news? Let's have another one of our prime-time, high production, scripted with predetermined questions, phony Town Halls that no one will watch.

The quickly sinking news network announced Gloria Vanderbilt's precious son Andy will host disgraced former FBI director James Comey on May 9th town hall, which just happens to be the second anniversary of his firing by DJT.  Now I'm not really sure why they think anyone would want to listen to Comey, unless this is another one of CNN's goofy ways of inserting themselves into a story as if they are actually doing real journalism, or just trying to capitalize on the publicity of Comey's recent bazaar little Op-ed trashing AG Barr and DJT in the NYT's.

After good pre-order sales of Comey's book, released only a couple of weeks ago, the sales have nose dived into the realm of run of the mill romance novels and Sci-Fi fiction releases, and poorly attended book signs. Comey's op-ed was a grasp at remaining relevant. It's puzzling to me what Comey could say now that he hasn't already said, or why CNN programmers think anyone would care if he did. Makes you wonder if CNN's reputation is so bad now they've resorted to recruiting  from high school yearbook staffs.

The World Taekwondo Federation announced Friday it was rebranding itself as "World Taekwondo" because it is too pure for this dirty world. For 44 years the group has been known as WTF, but that has obviously become, well, problematic. 

"In the digital age, the acronym of our federation has developed negative connotations unrelated to our organization and so it was important that we rebranded to better engage with our fans," World Taekwondo (formerly WTF) President Choue Chung-won said in a statement.  Unveiling a new "f**k"-free brand and logo, the sporting body said the change "reflects its commitment to evolving and adapting to remain relevant with today’s modern audiences."

DC -The Washington Post accused President Donald Trump of leaking “highly-classified information” in a recent meeting with Russian officials, but the only named source in the piece denies it.

Citing anonymous officials, the Post claims that Trump revealed to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Ambassador Sergey Kislyak unspecified yet high-value information provided by a unidentified partner in the fight against the Islamic State, potentially jeopardizing operations against ISIS and compromising U.S. intelligence sources. The president reportedly revealed information surrounding an ISIS plot.

White House National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster, the only identified source in WaPo’s report, denies that the president leaked information the U.S. government deemed classified. McMaster, who participated in the meeting, told the Post.

“At no time were any intelligence sources or methods discussed, and no military operations were disclosed that were not already known publicly."

Some have noted that McMaster’s language is intentionally vague and doesn’t indicate an outright denial that classified information was disclosed.While it is possible that Trump either intentionally or unintentionally shared classified information, the relevant WaPo report appears to cite indirect sources, such as “an official with knowledge of the meeting” or “former officials.”

Among The Washington Post’s revelations, the paper explained that it “is withholding most plot details, including the name of the city, at the urging of officials who warned that revealing them would jeopardize important intelligence capabilities.” If the story is true, this statement indicates that U.S. officials may have leaked classified information to the Post — the exact same information they claim Trump put the nation at risk by revealing.

The millennial Entertainment Magazine website Buzznet recently ran a poll to ask "Who Are the Most Beautiful Women in the World of 2016."  7 million people responded.  Coming in at #6 was the Witch of Chappaqua herself, Ma Clinton. 

"The names of the world's “most strongest, intelligent, desirable, popular, attractive, beautiful, successful women in 2016 /2017” were “chosen by the people.” 

Now I have to admit, I have no idea who most of these women are, nor do I care. What's interesting is who is on the list that I do recognize. Certainly not who I think most would consider that beautiful or desirable, and in some cases even intelligent. The list should tell most anyone where millennial's heads are these day.

And just who is #1 on the list you ask?

A Hint: She carries a French spelling of her first name, drives expensive Germany Automobiles, wears Paris Fashions, and as her people are fond of calling-out people like me for wearing hoop earrings, is herself one of the biggest so-called "Cultural Appropriators" in America.

School Bans Golf Team From Playing On Trump Course

DownTrend - Claiming it’s not political at all, Barry University banned its gold team from practicing at the Trump Doral golf course because they don’t like Donald Trump.

The Florida school – that has one of the best golf programs in the country – officially put any Trump property on its “blacklist,” after the school's president said Trump's rhetoric was “inconsistent” with the school's values. According to several individuals affiliated with the university who spoke with Campus Reform on condition of anonymity, the men's golf team—which won national championships in 2007, 2013, and 2014—had previously been allowed to practice, free of charge, at the high-quality Trump Doral course three to four times per year.

Late last year, Barry University President Sister Linda Bevilacqua, in consultation with the Executive Committee of the Administration, determined that Trump's campaign rhetoric conflicts with the university's mission, triggering an automatic severing of relations with all businesses and organizations in which he holds a senior leadership position.

“As a practice, Barry University does not engage in business relationships where senior leadership of a company takes a public position, or the company's guiding principles are, antithetical to the university's core commitments of Inclusive Community and/or Social Justice.  This practice, which has been in place for some time, is not political, as we do not take positions relative to candidates. But in 2014, an Imam was invited to campus for an “Interfaith” prayer service on Sept. 11 and led students in a chant of “Allah Akbar.” Bevilacqua acknowledged that the phrase has been co-opted by extremists, yet defended its usage as “fitting” for the thirteenth anniversary of 9/11.

So inviting a high adherent of islam who's allowed to chant “Allah Akbar, believes in killing non-adherents of their cult, throwing gays off buildings and strapping suicide belts on their own children is somehow not antithetical to the university's core commitments of Inclusive Community and/or Social Justice??? 

Yet, Sister Che Bevilacqua doesn't believe in allowing her team to practice on Trump golf courses, free of charge on The Donald's dime......but it has nothing to do with politics at all.

With not very many domestic policy accomplishments to point to, besides maybe lowering your golf handicap, and your foreign policy as largely a dumpster fire of failure and embarrassment, a year-end review list of your "best moments" might be slim.

Which explains why this year the White House's 2015 retrospective listed "joining Twitter" as one of President Obama's top events. Now, as the President's social media reach has expanded, and at least a chunk of his free time dedicated to spouting his every thought in 140 characters or less, the White House knows it has achieved at least something. But simply avoiding the President's speeches and press conferences in traditional media will not completely erase him from your daily life.

“Americans also shared in some more personal moments with the President, like when he walked across the Edmund Pettus Bridge 50 years after the first marches from Selma to Montgomery,” the blog post said. “Or when he sang ‘Amazing Grace’ in honor of those who lost their lives to gun violence in Charleston, South Carolina.” 

“Or when he launched his own Twitter and Facebook accounts to share personal messages on stories that touched millions across the country and reflected who we are as a people,” it said.

Obama's historic Iran nuclear weapons fiasco deal, which has since been acknowledged as "unbinding," and his role in ending global climate change and saving the world from us went curiously unmentioned. Maybe they're saving those accomplishments for his epic biopic.

We all know the devil has walked the streets of Oklahoma City before, the graves of Murrah Federal Building  bombing stand as a testament.

And it seems he still has some bold admirers in one of the most conservative states in the union, who plan an open public worship of the prince of darkness.

A spokeswoman for the Oklahoma City Civic Center Music Hall defended a black mass being planned there by a convicted sex offender, even though it might involve the desecration of an actual consecrated host.

Jennifer Lindsey-McClintock, the music hall’s public information manager, said that she is not in a position to say “whether it is appropriate or not. That’s not for us to judge,” she told CNA July 3, citing the music hall’s neutrality policy. “We do not discriminate against any group based on the content of their message.”

A black mass is scheduled to be presented at the music hall Sept. 21 by the occultist group Dakhma of Angra Mainyu, which claims inspiration from ancient Persian ideals.

Often connected to witchcraft and demonic worship, a black mass is a sacrilegious ceremony that invokes Satan and mocks the Catholic Mass. It involves the desecration of the Eucharist, generally by stealing a consecrated host from a Catholic Church and using it in a profane sexual ritual.

The Dakhma of Angra Mainyu website described the upcoming event and its interpretation of the black mass, explaining its use among Satanists and “modern Devil Worshipers.” The group said the modern form of the ritual uses a consecrated host “corrupted by sexual fluids” that then “becomes the sacrifice of the mass.”

“The authenticity and purpose of the black mass will remain intact while allowing for slight changes so that a public viewing can occur without breaking Oklahoma’s laws based on nudity, public urination, and other sex acts,” the group said. Tickets for the event cost $15.

Hillary Struggles To List Accomplishments During Her Tenure as Secretary of State

Thursday, Hillary Clinton spoke at the Women of the World Summit in New York City and was asked what she was most proud of during her tenure as Secretary of State. Clinton gave vague answers and could not provide any one concrete example of an accomplishment of the administration's foreign policy she holds in high regard.

 Subsidies to the Entertainment Industry Continue to Fleece Taxpayers

We all now how well the movie moguls, directors and their over paid actors live. The likes of Julia Roberts, Brat Pitt, George Clooney regularly make 20 Million per picture. Money flows like water and no expense is spared. Movie tickets continue to rise, but you may be helping pay these millions to the great pretenders, even if you don't see their work. 

Consider this:
In Louisiana, which offers some of the most lucrative tax giveaways to Hollywood, the Legislative Auditor’s Office reported that the subsidies cost the state $170 million in lost tax revenue in a single year. By one estimate, the state is handing $70,000 per episode to the cast of Duck Dynasty – all while pleading poverty to justify deep cuts to public health care programs and to retirement benefits for police officers, firefighters and teachers.

Last week, 59 California state legislators sponsoring a bill to increase tax credits to the film and television industry. Call it yet another Hollywood heist, this one engineered with a double-shot of chutzpah.

Consider the context of this latest proposal. For one thing it is being championed by state lawmakers even though one of their own is right now embroiled in an FBI corruption investigation surrounding – you guessed it! – tax subsidies for the entertainment industry. According to court documents, that probe involved law enforcement officials posing as film executives, allegedly bribing a powerful California state senator to expand tax subsidies for their movie project.

The case generated big headlines only weeks after a joint New York Daily News/PIRG investigation uncovered a legalized bribery scandal on the opposite coast. There in New York, the newspaper reported that the “film and television industry has lavished Albany pols with more than $900,000 in campaign donations…while were pushing to expand a production tax credit program” for the industry. And that scandal was preceded by other film-subsidy-related corruption scandals in Iowa, Massachusetts and Louisiana.

Individual examples among the 45 states that offer film subsidies tell that larger story.

"The Tsarnaev family, including the suspected terrorists and their parents, benefited from more than $100,000 in taxpayer-funded assistance — a bonanza ranging from cash and food stamps to Section 8 housing from 2002 to 2012, the Herald has learned.

“The breadth of the benefits the family was receiving was stunning,” said a person with knowledge of documents handed over to a legislative committee today.

Obama Administration Gets Cozy with Muslim Brotherhood Front Group

The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), a group with Muslim Brotherhood origins and an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terror-financing trial, recently toured the White House and met with multiple officials. According to the group, Paul Monteiro, Associate Director of the Office of Public Engagement, “cited ISNA as his primary means of outreach to the American Muslim community.”

The Obama administration’s close relationship with ISNA is about more than photo ops and press releases. It is about policy formulation. The input of ISNA is so treasured that the officials coached the organization on how to engage the White House.

On March 8, ISNA President Mohamed Magid joined 10 other religious leaders in a 90-minute conversation with President Obama about immigration reform. Also present was senior White House adviser Valerie Jarrett, who spoke at ISNA’s 2009 convention. Three days later, Magid took part in a meeting with President Obama where he got “recommendations” in preparation for his Middle East trip, including some from groups with a history of defending Hezbollah.

“Over the past two years, I-along with my White House colleagues-have benefited from the advice of many of your [Magid’s] organizations through our Office of Public Engagement,” said Deputy National Security Adviser Denis McDonough on March 6, 2011 during a speech at the mosque that Magid leads.

ISNA’s White House tour included spending time with George Selim, the White House Director for Community Partnerships, who is an annual speaker at ISNA’s conventions. Selim previously admitted that “hundreds” of meetings have taken place between government officials and the Council on American-Islamic Relations, another group with Brotherhood origins that was designated an unindicted co-conspirator.

America’s constitutional structure is built on checks and balances. The idea behind these checks and balances is simple: We want interest counteracting interest, ego counteracting ego. We don’t want any one person to gain too much power — or any one faction or any one way of thought.

 Gridlock, for lack of a better word, is good.

President Barack Obama, however, has a different idea. He believes that America must be fundamentally transformed. That fundamental transformation cannot be effectuated without a fundamental transformation of the system of American government.

No wonder, then, that President Obama declared war on the Supreme Court this week.

Now, there’s a case to be made that the Supreme Court should not have the power of judicial review. That case is basic: If the Supreme Court can strike down anything at any time in the name of the Constitution, that power elevates it above the other branches. The checks and balances break down. The argument against judicial review is an argument in favor of checks and balances, not against them.

But that’s not the argument Obama made. Instead, he argued that the Supreme Court should not strike down Obamacare, because that would be “unprecedented” and “extraordinary.” What’s so new about the Supreme Court’s doing what it’s been doing since 1803? Nothing, exactly, except that it would cut against Obama. In other words, judicial review is only bad when it rules against Obama.

The same holds true of Congress. Congress is great when it does what Obama wants. When it doesn’t, Obama wants the power to simply ignore it. He has repeatedly stated on various issues, “If Congress won’t act, I will.” He’s used his executive branch powers to appoint dozens of czars with Cabinet-level power but without Cabinet positions so that he doesn’t have to have them approved by Congress. He’s appointed officers in violation of the Constitution, wrongly maintaining that he has the right to do so.

In essence, Obama detests the checks and balances. He doesn’t like gridlock. It stops him from implementing his vision.

Though Obama’s power grab is unprecedented, his philosophy is not. It has roots in the progressivism of the early 20th century, when Woodrow Wilson ripped the Constitution as an archaic document that prevented him from crafting social change. He said the president should be a visionary rather than a mere vessel of the people. The president, he said, has to lead.

The “great leader” model of the presidency is extraordinarily dangerous. President Obama proves it each and every day; it’s what gives him the power to tell our enemies that he’ll have more “flexibility” after his “last election.” He’s our leader; we’re his followers. It’s that easy to him.

Fortunately, the Constitution doesn’t allow for such egotism acted out in policy. The Constitution requires checks and balances. It requires that we battle out each and every policy change, that we compromise, deadlock and stall. Getting things done is not so important as getting the right things done. And nobody has a monopoly on what the “right thing” is — no person and certainly no one branch of government.

RE: The recent tempest regarding the ObamaCare mandates on birth control vis-à-vis religious institutions.

I'm still waiting for someone to tell me that Muslim religious institutions must comply with the law, too. There has been a curious silence on this matter. One would either expect that any Muslim negatory response would come with an ostentatious explosion, or since one has been lacking, that another 'secret' deal has been brokered behind the scenes which exempts the Exploding People from this provision of ObamaCare.

I'm also waiting to hear from all those Left-wing retards who screamed about the draconian threats to personal liberties and privacy that were embodied in the Patriot Act to explain why it is that the government should respect a terrorist's right to privacy, vis-a-vis wiretapping in order to prevent a mass murder, and that it should have the right to drag people's sexual lives into the light of day and infringing upon people's right of conscience in order to score a cheap political point on behalf of a walking-wounded President who hasn't got the proverbial snowball's chance in hades to be re-elected.

I'm not expecting to hear anything especially logical or coherent on either account, so there's no point in waiting for answers.

 A few words about birth control, which Muslims have been practicing since 632 AD -- only now with explosives and televised beheadings...oh, sorry, this isn't about Muslims, and I seem to have gone slightly off track. My apologies.
