Two of CNN's Star Analyst Go Full Stasi

Anyone who has wasted good brain cells watching cable news know each channel has it's go to experts on any given subject. Since TDS infection struck journalism 5 years ago, one of the side affects is the expertise of the cable news guest experts opinions seemed to bleed over into other disciplines not their own. No matter, in cable news they are expert on something, so that makes them experts on most everything. As time has gone by, just like the rest of society, some have lost sight of reality. Now, since the election of 46*, some experts have started calling for an America more like the totalitarian Eastern Block countries of the last century. Here are just the latest.

First we have Juliette Kayyem, a former Obama minion and CNN National Security expert, who in an interview told the Atlantic that unvaccinated people belong on the No-Fly List. “A no-fly list for unvaccinated adults is an obvious step that the federal government should take” based on the TSA PreCheck, which “divide[s] passengers into categories according to how much of a threat the government thinks they are. Kayyem champions shaming the unvaccinated, who should “face scorn among their peer group”. Your Papers, Please!

A quick check of Kayyem background will find she serves as a senior advisor to NSO Group, a technology firm known for its Pegasus spying tool that is widely been used to spy on human rights activists and journalists world wide. She is also notably one of the many far-leftist, first generation privileged children of immigrants that seem to always be at the forefront of the criticism of the America that has given them so much.

Then we have CNN's creepy little Peter Hotez, a professor of pediatrics and molecular virology at Baylor College of Medicine, calling for criticisms of Anthony Fauci and other government scientists be prosecuted as hate crimes.

To combat what he calls “antiscience aggression,” Hotez suggests a number of ideas, including a total clamping down on alternate perspectives.

Hotez mentions as an example of “antiscience aggression” House Republicans’ Select Subcommittee on the origins of COVID-19 “with the presumption that it was ignited by gain-of-function genetic engineering research from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.”  Yes, asking legit questions about how we got into this mess we now find ourselves in is criminal in his eyes!

He also cites as the source of the COVID “antiscience aggression” the administration of the former President, which he appears to compare to Nazi and fascist regimes. An academic is telling us that criticism is a punishable crime. It's not only NOT a crime, it is the very mechanism that makes academia work. It seems this creepy professor, like Anthony Fauci, is enjoying his TV facetime way to much.

Recently, in the wee hours of the night, someone threw a paper bag over the transom of Diogenes’ offices that was found to contained parts of the unedited manuscript to Vice President Joe Biden’s super secret upcoming explosive blockbuster tell-all memoir of the 2008 campaign and first 2 years in office.

This is a good time to remind everyone that it was last February we were warned about precisely what we’re seeing now. Democrats are simple, predictable creatures, even more so now that they’ve gone full commie.

As Republicans look ahead to the 2022 midterm elections, it’s important that they realize that how they react to this lunatic overreach and overreaction from the Democrats may do more than anything to determine their success or failure next year. This isn’t the time to draw a line in the sand, it’s time to push back so hard that the other side never gets near where the line would have been.

The Democrats have to keep the panic up, of course. They see the writing on the wall for next year and they know that their only real hope is to be able to use COVID as an excuse to throw election laws out the window like they did last year. Unless there’s endless vote-by-mail, last-minute registration, and early voting that begins next week, they don’t have a chance to keep the House. Couple that with their constant fear of Biden accidentally wandering to Canada in his pajamas and they need to do whatever they can to game the system.

The elections may not be for another 16 months, but it’s showdown time now. This charade has gone on long enough. Let the freak fetishists who want to live in fear while ignoring science, data, and pretty much all of reality go on doing that. Biden Proposes Millions to Pay Legal Fees of Illegal Aliens

As one writer for RedState suggested, Joe Biden couldn’t have done a better job importing illegal aliens at a record clip if he had ordered one-way people-movers installed along the border, hired mariachi bands to welcome what democrats view as future-democrat voters, and put together festive parties with piñatas for the kids.

And now we see Yahoo News reported the Biden administration plans to spend millions of dollars of your tax money to cover the cost of lawyers for illegal aliens.

Read that last sentence again.

Not only do 46* and the democrats want you to like it — or lump it — as the steady flow of illegal aliens, many covid carrying or pregnant continues virtually unabated; they also want (expect) U.S. taxpayers to foot the bill for legal fees after they enter the country like a victorious invading army and flaunt U.S. immigration law after being encouraged with the promise of free healthcare during the primary debates.

In a White House Fact Sheet titled "The Biden Administration Blueprint for a Fair, Orderly and Humane Immigration System" it states: 

"The United States can have an orderly, secure, and well-managed border while treating people fairly and humanely."

Really, Joe? Shipping COVID-positive illegal aliens around the country, often against the will or knowledge of state and local lawmakers, makes for an “orderly, secure, and well-managed border”? Which part? And the “treating people fairly and humanely” part? Which people? American citizens or illegal aliens?

It gets even better. The $15 million part: 

The $15 million in funding would only be enough to cover several thousand people, according to a study from the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank. Immigration lawyers charge between $150 and $300 per hour. Over the past four months alone, 190,000 people illegally came across the southern border with a family member, and another 64,000 unaccompanied children arrived in America. 

The cost to the federal government of providing lawyers for those 250,000 family members and adults, at the $2,000 rate, would be approximately $500 million.

Other than never, when was the last time you saw the democrat Party ask taxpayers to fund only a small portion of an already-known much larger total?

Why Democrats Embrace Suicide Missions

Democrats appear to be on a[nother] suicide mission, determined to pass trillions in new spending and embracing an undependable electric truckload of far-left positions on issues despite warnings that this will surely cost them control of Congress. One might expect Democrats to be more careful considering the shellacking that's been laid on them in response to similarly aggressive pursuits of left-wing legislation in recent past midterms. Given consequential historic defeat and loss of congressional seats during the Clinton and Obama Administrations, why would Dems risk their narrow majorities with a far more robust cornucopia of extreme leftist policies now??

Because Democrats play the long game. Where Republican victories are always temporary – their tax cuts and deregulation efforts are easily undone when power shifts – major Democrat achievements are forever. In their calculation, temporary loss of the House and Senate is a small price to pay for establishing new entitlements that will never go away.

Through incremental victories over the decades they have planted their hooks and inexorably transformed America into a big government welfare state. Because their achievements cannot be undone, the country has eventually adapted to their imposed realities. FDR’s New Deal did not end the Great Depression. LBJ’s Great Society did not end poverty. Those liberal landmarks were failed promises that have become sacred programs that no politician dares to question, or even reform.

The fact they continue to push unpopular policies illuminates an ignored but central aspect of the party’s character: Democrats have never truly been democratic.

Since the 19th century when it was controlled by wealthy white supremacists in the South and machine politicians in the North, the party has always been a top-down institution in which cultural and political elites decided what was best for everyone else. This is why progressivism, which is based on the idea that a small group of learned experts should organize and run society, made its home in the Democratic Party in the early 20th century. Woodie Wilson, FDR, JFK and LBJ prided themselves on attracting “the best and the brightest” to run an ever-expanding government. The tax-and-spend policies they embraced were not evidence of their deep compassion but tools they used to buy votes to expand their power.

Democrats like to say they cast aside their racist history and completely reinvented themselves during the 1960s. The party’s defining characteristic as a top-down organization – now dominated by rich white coastal elites and African American activists – never really changed. Neither did it's tendency to smear its opponents.

Back in the 19th and early 20th centuries, its target was the “Negro menace.” The party’s organs routinely depicted African Americans as dumb, irrational and violent creatures who posed a grave moral threat to public order. Today, Democrats use these tropes to describe Republicans, continuing their racializing of public life by beating the drum about white supremacists. There is a straight line from Jim Crow to Joe Biden – even though Biden likes to use that phrase to tar Republicans.

If the past is prologue, Democrats will continue to push their ambitious spending plans, the voters be damned. They will pay with another shellacking at the polls, but so what? They're used to it. All their losses are temporary, but their victories are permanent.

One of the Pelosi's chosen "Insurrection" Capitol Hill police witnesses, who claimed he was called a "nigger" numerous times, is a black activist who expressed overt political and racial biases on social media. Dunn should’ve scrubbed his social media before putting on his uniform and propagandizing with crocodile yesterday. The receipts are brutal.
