Not Good Enough for Kavanaugh To Say He Will Follow Existing Law

Chuck Schumer keeps moving the goalposts with regards to the answers he expects a Supreme Court nominee to answer, declaring during an interview this morning that it’s no longer good enough for a nominee to say they will follow existing law. CBS News’ Norah O’Donnell asked Schumer about previous statements made by Judge Brett Kavanaugh, regarding Roe v. Wade being binding precedent, and why Schumer believes abortion rights are under threat if Kavanaugh is confirmed. 

"When you say you’ll follow binding precedent, that’s been a trick. It is not good enough for them to hide behind this shibboleth that ‘We’ll follow existing law,’ cause when they get on the bench, they change."

O’Donnell asked Schumer if there is anything that Senate Democrats can do to stop the nomination of Kavanaugh, given that Republicans hold a majority in the Senate.

“Yes, well, President Trump with the nomination of Judge Kavanaugh has fulfilled or is fulfilling two of his campaign promises. First, to undo women’s reproductive freedom; second to undo ACA." 

"So, I will oppose him with everything I’ve got." 

Go for it Chuck. The American public are getting tired of your over the top grandstanding and calling everyone you disagree with the far-right, and you and your hysterical minions being against everything that's being done to making America great again. Yeah, you and Nancy go for it Chuck. 

Dear Media: Stop Turning Every Twitter Flame War Into National News

A few days ago a girl in Utah posted some pictures of her prom night on Twitter. She was wearing a red Cheongsam, a beautiful traditional Chinese dress that she had found at a vintage store in downtown Salt Lake City. Naturally, someone dimwit with no social life on Twitter (a male at that) just had to say something about it:

“My culture is NOT your …. prom dress,” a man named Jeremy Lam tweeted days later, sharing the photos she posted. “I’m proud of my culture, including the extreme barriers marginalized people within that culture have had to overcome those obstacles,” Lam also wrote. “For it to simply be subject to American consumerism and cater to a white audience, is parallel to colonial ideology.”

This represents one of the big problems in America today. Not the dress, I’m not going to weigh in on that other then to say I also have a similar one myself. The problem is that national media outlets like the Washington Post and others routinely turns trivial local stories into national news based on nothing more than a tweet that attracts the usual mob and then the usual counter-mob.

The true story here is that one guy steeped in anti-colonialist theology got mad and pounded out a tweet. That’s it. The rest is inevitable because, you know, it’s The Tweeter. There’s always a mindless mob with no ability to think for themselves on social media willing to play follow-the-leader. When unimportant crap like this becomes fodder for national news, it makes you believe that everything is part a of gigantic culture war playing out at all times. It’s not. At least, no more than it’s ever been. But the sewer of social media and it's want-to-be stars makes it look a lot bigger than it is, and the national media can't wait to blow it up and further drive the wedge.  Knock it off.

As for Jeremy Lam and his minority band of twitter cultural appropriation nazis, F**k OFF. I'll be wearing my blue&gold cheongsam out to dinner this weekend.....

It's always rich when someone on the left gets exposed as a major league hypocrite. And in this case, it couldn't have happened to a better person: the self-righteous Nutty Negress of MSNBC, Joy Ann Reid. The lovely Ms. Reid is infamous for slamming anyone who dares to criticize her political views by calling them bigots and racist. The lefty media website 'Mediate' claims to have obtained another series of homophobic rants posted on MSNBC's most controversial affirmative-action pundit's old blog. Only this time she pulls out the victim card and denies they were actually written by her. It was those damn Russians again I suppose..... 

"In an exclusive statement to Mediaite, the MSNBC host claims these posts from The Reid Report — which include defending homophobia, gay jokes, and the outright mocking of gay people and homosexuality — were somehow put in by an “external party” that “manipulated material from my now-defunct blog." 

While Reid apologized in December for writing homophobic content on a blog she ran long before her days as an icon of the #Resistance movement, she claims these new posts opposing gay marriage and cringing “at the sight of two men kissing” were part of a “fabricated” outside effort to paint her as “offensive and hateful.” These anti-gay articles from The Reid Report — a site that pre-dated Reid’s former MSNBC show of the same name — were originally shared on Twitter by user Jamie_Maz who found them using the Wayback Machine, an Internet archiving service that takes periodic screenshots of popular web pages to preserve them. 

While the amateur sleuth provided Mediaite with legitimate links to all of the posts they tweeted screenshots of, neither the actual defunct site nor its archived pages are currently accessible, as their Wayback Machine links mysteriously disappeared in December after Mediaite‘s initial story on Reid’s homophobic comments about Florida Congressman Charlie Crist."

It is worth noting that Reid does admit these posts came from her blog rather than claiming they are doctored images posted to Twitter with the caveat that they were added by some nefarious hackers after she had the site shut down. It’s unclear when these nefarious hackers would have hacked her blog and added the controversial post since it has been defunct for years and still is.

"A 2006 Reid Report post included a compilation of the top five “totally not gay celebrities of the year,” which was a satirical attempt — albeit, a lazy one — at suggesting everyone on the list was secretly gay. Singer Clay Aiken and CNN pundit Anderson Cooper both made the list, which — if the publishing date is correct — was posted years before they had come-out publicly. In another post dated to 2005, the author said Cooper is the “gayest thing on TV” and noted that they have it “on good authority that Cooper is totally gay.” He didn’t come out publicly until 2012. 

The post also repeatedly advocated against gay marriage on the site by criticizing liberals deemed too far left on the issue. Cable news host Rachel Maddow, who is openly gay and now works with Reid at MSNBC, was a recurring target in these Reid Report posts."

I guess it's easy to adopt political correct views when the money is right. Eh Joy? But it's going to be hard for her to push these allegations aside with ease considering other controversial comments Reid has publicly made on gay issues, include the her 2017 twitter storm against the supposedly “volatile & vulnerable” whistle-blower Chelsea Manning, a tirade that was deemed transphobic. Grandstanding Leftist Governor Says She'll Defy Trump

Oregon Governor Kate Brown at Recent at News Conference

Democrat Oregon Gov. Kate Brown stomped her feet announced yesterday that she will thumb her nose at the President's request to send Oregon National Guard forces to help protect the southern border. Brown took to the Tweeter to say that she will not cooperate with the federal government if asked to send guard troops to the Mexician border, saying she is “deeply troubled by Trump’s plan to militarize our border.” Brown’s statement comes shortly after Trump announced that the military will be used to guard the southern border to help stop two serious problems, illegal border crossings and drug trafficking. 

Well, I'm shocked! First, why on earth does she think the President would even waste his time and ask a radical leftist governor of a sanitary state to contribute to the guarding of the border and stop the very actions they encourage? The fact she uses the term 'militarize our border' shows her hypocrisy in that she doesn't believe in the law or sovereignty of the nation as she does for her sovereign state of Oregon. Nor does she acknowledge the drug and human trafficking problems, both of which are prevalent in the western states. But I'm sure she would have been of the same mind if she'd been Governor when Barky Obama called the National Guard out to the border himself. Wait, I don't remember any outcry then.....

If Trump does call on Democrat Governors to participate, it will be to once again let the democrats demonstrate to the country they will choose illegals over American citizens safety and rule of law. Which is actually what I hope he does. 

Disney Joins History Revision and Cultural Cleansing Movement

Long before the Disney movies of the same name came to be, one of the most enduring features at Disneyland and Disneyworld has been the classic “Pirates of the Caribbean” ride.  And as we all know, Progressives Regressives have their own truths, and can't seem to leave things alone.

Park visitors pile into boats which transverse a labyrinthine journey through the darkness of the old pirate days with automated figures engaging in sword fights, treasure hunts, singing and a bride auction in which bound women are sold off to the highest bidder. 

The scene that depicts women on the auction block is being replaced when the ride closes for routine maintenance starting April 23 at Disneyland Park in Anaheim as well as the Magic Kingdom Park in Florida. Disneyland will instead install a scene that shows townspeople lined up to surrender their valuables to the pirates, according to the Disney Parks Blog.  The tall redheaded woman from the auction block will remain in the new scene, but now as a rifle-toting pirate. The Disney Parks Blog also noted changes to the “Pirates” ride at Disneyland Paris."

But, apparently Ross Gerber is a world class hypocrite and has acquired an epic case of 'Trump Unacceptance & Resistance Disorder' (TURD) took to Twitter in what looked like a call for latino rabble to hit the streets and cause disruption, and another tweet that some took as direct threats to the President and his supporters in California.

Disrupting the Presidents Motorcade is not Civil Disobedience - it could be considered a threat to the President and unexpected consequences could occure.  And sounding more like a 1930's Brown Shirt than an Investment manager, he also directly threatened to Dox and endanger private citizens: “If you are hosting or attending the Trump fundraiser in LA we will identify who you are to the media and public."  He later deleted the tweet, but the Ladies at 100% Feed Up had the foresight to grab a screen shot. 

Gerber called Trump supporters “scumbags” and speculated about who he believed would be hosting a Trump fundraiser:

“Trump will be in San Diego working on his wall and west LA getting money from scumbags. We will find out who is doing the fundraiser and we will be there. I bet Tom Barrack and his fraud company Colony are hosting. I’ll find out where he lives. Come join me. #Resistance "

This is an excellent example of the unhinged, pure hate and blind hypocrisy of some influential people in American society who stand to gain greatly from Donald Trump and America's success, yet they fight it tooth and nail. They continue to wade further into the deep end of the pool,  and without their water wings.....

One in particular, a known vile little bunch with an extreme case of 'Trump Unacceptance & Resistance Disorder" (TURD) who are an hilariously example of cursing the darkness while stumbling around with an unlit candle.  Their live blogging of the Trump Inaugural read like a slow motion mental breakdown, which seems to have further severely disrupted their already degenerating gray matter. Bless their hearts, they were losing 'Chicago Jesus',  and it was suppose to be Hillary's Big Day. 

"Oh God It’s happening, Oh God it’s really happening.  Nine years since we swore in our first black president who didn’t play the saxophone and now Donald and Melania Trump (who looks gorgeous … her husband looks like his normal thin-skinned, tiny-handed pathetic self) are at the White House doing the tea and coffee summit with Barry and Michelle, like TER-DITION SAYS......Mike Pence and his wife Karen are there meeting with Joe and Jill Biden.....and oh God, Joe Scarborough is on MSNBC saying some f**kin' bullshit about how you can’t root against this president without rooting against the country, to which we reply F**K YOU JOE....."

It's an honor to be a members of the US Olympic Team and represent the country on the biggest sports stage in the world. But one figure skater has decided to use the occasion to throw a gay diva temper tantrum and says he will not under any circumstance meet the Vice President Pence, who is set to lead the U.S. Olympic delegation to South Korea. This uptight little Rump Ranger is taking something that is supposed to be apolitical and about competition and sportsmanship and turning into a bitchy Trump resistance moment.

Adam Rippon, the 2016 U.S. men’s figure skating champion who is believed to be the first openly gay U.S. Winter Olympian, criticized the White House’s selection of Vice President Mike Pence to lead the 2018 U.S. Olympic delegation to South Korea in a phone interview with USA TODAY Sports. 

Rippon, 28, who was selected to his first Olympic team earlier this month after finishing fourth at the U.S. national championships, said that he would not meet Pence during the traditional meet-and-greet between the official delegation and U.S. athletes in the hours leading to the opening ceremony. 

Rippon didn't hesitate at all to show he regularly has his head up his ass too: 

"I don’t think he has a real concept of reality. To stand by some of the things that Donald Trump has said and for Mike Pence to say he’s a devout Christian man is completely contradictory." 

"I don’t think the current administration represents the values that I was taught growing up. Mike Pence doesn’t stand for anything that I really believe in."

Of what values do you speak? Sodomy and disrespecting your own country? I guess in liberal terms those are values, but to normal people they seem pretty disgusting. Rippon also said he will skip the White House post-Olympic celebration hosted by President Trump. I'm sure The Don will be Okay with that, he prefers to be around winners anyway. 

It will be interesting to see if NBC Sports Olympic skating commentator Tara Lipinski and her embarrassingly clownish effeminate appendage, Johnny Weir choose to fawn a little extra over Rippon and his feminine out-fits. Truth be told, he placed 4th in the US Olympic trials and is 28-years-old, so he could be just an also-ran. And if he doesn't shut his mouth he'll have a good chunk of Americans viewers just waiting to see him spectacularly falls on his ass.

Police Bodycam Advocates Now Claim Body Cameras Are 
A 'Threat To Civil Rights'

BLM- Civil rights advocates demanded accountability from law enforcement agencies through the use of bodycams in the wake of the Ferguson riots. Police departments nationwide implemented bodycams at considerable expense to satisfy their critics and provide more “transparency” in law enforcement.  The result? A new report from The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights said that bodycams pose a “threat to civil rights.”

The report, “The Illusion of Accuracy: How Body-Worn Camera Footage Can Distort Evidence," was released on Tuesday, according to Newsweek.  A big concern listed in the report is an officer's ability to watch the footage whenever they want, including before they write incident reports. “Unrestricted footage review places civil rights at risk and undermines the goals of transparency and accountability," Vanita Gupta, current leader of the Leadership Conference, a civil rights attorney, former ACLU director, and former acting assistant attorney general of the civil rights division under former President Obama.

The report claimed that an officer's memory of an event may be altered by watching bodycam video footage, and reports written by the officer about the incident would then also be altered. The problem appears to be that defense attorneys can't pick at minor differences between an officer's memory and what's recorded on video.  It’s also a potent tool for exonerating officers falsely accused of misconduct.  

The Leadership Conference called for police departments to institute "a clean reporting policy” where an officer would write an initial report before viewing the footage. Some policing experts, such as Lance LoRusso, disagree. LoRusso, a former police officer and current Atlanta attorney who represents police officers, said that police officers should view the body-cam footage before writing a report. "This specter that every time an officer looks at the video they’re going to lie and adapt their statement just is infuriating because we want the officers to write the most accurate report they can,” he said. Since one major purpose of bodycam footage is to keep all parties involved honest and “transparent,” the Leadership Conference’s one-sided approach doesn’t make any sense.

Civil rights groups don’t have a problem with bodycam footage until it’s used to exonerate a police officer, or shows that suspects and victims have threatened police, or behaved badly during a recorded incident. At that point, bodycams become a threat to civil and constitutional rights, according to Gupta’s assessment.

This is just another reason the District of Columbia should never be considered for statehood. In this day and age where American historical figures are being torn down, their reputations as well as monuments, the irony should not be lost on anyone that the District of Columbia is about to erect a statue to a crack head and convicted felon, two time corrupt former mayor of DC, Marion"the bitch set me up"Barry.

"Nearly 3 years after Marion Barry’s death, a bronze statue of the legendary former D.C. mayor is taking shape, and photos released this week provide a sneak peak at what the memorial will look like. Pictures from artists at Weitzman Studios in Maryland show a full-body clay model of Barry smiling and waving, wearing a suit and snakeskin shoes. 

Barry served four terms as mayor and was known as the city’s “Mayor for Life.” “The impact that Marion Barry had on the District is invaluable,” said Council member Vincent Gray. I look forward to the day when there is a dedication of this statue to commemorate somebody who made such an important contribution to this city. The D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities, the agency heading up the $300,000 project. When the entire statue is completed, it will be installed outside the John A. Wilson Building along Pennsylvania Avenue."

DNC EMAIL: Straight White Males Need Not Apply

The Democratic National Committee is continually reminding us of  its parties inclusivity of all Americans, regardless if your here illegally, gender confused, member of an anti-police hate group or just belong to a violent cult pretending to be a religion.  And like most things democrat, a vein of hypocrisy runs wide, as like a leaked DNC email regarding employment opportunities that doesn’t appear to extend to straight white males. 

The Daily Wire obtained an email sent by DNC’s Data Service Manager Madeleine Leader, which listed several IT job openings at the DNC. In the email, Leader wrote that the DNC was looking for a “staff of diverse voices and life experiences,” but goes on to say this doesn’t include “cisgender straight white males.” 

Ms. Leader asked that the email recipients not forward the positions to “cisgender straight white males, as they are already in the majority.”

Now I admit I had to look up Cisgender. The gods of PC say it's a term to describe a person “whose gender identity matches the sex that they were assigned to at birth.” It's good to know that 99.9% of the worlds population now has our own word to separate us from everybody else don't you think?

Hollywood’s politics have always been a self-serving charade, a liberal masquerade for a rapacious and lubricious lifestyle. But now, thanks to the Weinstein scandal, we see it more clearly than ever. And it couldn't be more repellent. The New World’s Oldest Villain

"Today many Americans will be celebrating Columbus Day. Many others will instead be commemorating something they call Indigenous Peoples Day. Which camp you fall in largely hinges on whether or not you think Christopher Columbus was a big fat jerk.

In schoolrooms across the nation, Columbus is increasingly being depicted as a villain rather than a hero—someone who trampled on the gentle and progressive natives just because he wanted to be an asshole and impede their inevitable progress.

And now the masked trust-fund brats of Antifa—who are aggressively attempting to knock out the very pillars of historically unprecedented privilege which enable them to commit idle acts of vandalism while living on SSI for their personality disorders and bleeding the state’s coffers for genital reassignment surgery, and who most definitely wouldn’t last twelve hours in any of the communist utopias they fetishize from afar—have declared today “Against Columbus Day” and are urging their acolytes to smash and deface any public monuments in honor of the man who, more than any other human in history, introduced the New World and the Old World to each other.

Still, they are absolutely correct that Christopher Columbus did not “discover” North America. In fact, Columbus never set foot in North America. Leif Ericson had established a settlement in Newfoundland roughly five centuries before Columbus first crossed the Atlantic.

They blame him for singlehandedly launching the transatlantic slave trade with the same sort of blind fervor that they choose to ignore Muslims’ much larger role in the enslavement and transportation of Africans, a trade which began long before and persisted long after Europeans got in (and left) the game. These same types clench their eyes shut and plug their ears at any mention that black Africans also played a primary role in the African slave trade.

And remember—the mighty indigenous peoples of the Americas couldn’t even figure out the wheel. The WHEEL. The average lifespan for Native Americans before Columbus committed “genocide” against them was around 35. It is now more than double that. When Columbus arrived in the New World, the total number of indigenous Injuns in what is now North America was less than two million. There currently are 5.2 million self-identified “Native Americans” in the USA alone and another two million or so in Canada.  That doesn’t sound like genocide to me........."

Hypocrisy & Demagoguery Continue to Reign Supreme

Congressman John "Mush Mouth" Louis (Dipshit - Ga.)

From leftist politicians to elitist entertainment personalities are enthusiastically spouting their demagoguery in the media this week following the shooting in Las Vegas. From weepy latenight comedians to flap jawed feminist on daytime talk shows to hateful losing presidential candidates, its their big chance to again pound the pulpit against the NRA and push the left's unconstitutional attacks on the Second Amendment.

And what would leftist demagoguery be without the cancer that is the Congressional Black Caucus, that self-segregated pack of big government fanatics who despite their long tenures in elected office, preside over districts where the lives of constituents never improve. One of the longest tenured (30 yrs.) as well as one of the worst of this worthless bunch is entrenched congressman John Lewis of Georgia. Lewis has spent decades using his civil rights era status to obscure the fact he is just another unprincipled machine politician who picks his times to slither out to babble on like a senile political philosopher. Like Wednesday when he joined his fascistic party in laying the blame for Vegas at the feet of Republicans.......

“Don’t tell me we need mental health reform when you won’t provide every American access to mental health care. Don’t tell me about protecting the Second Amendment when you won’t stand up for the First Amendment. Don’t tell me this is about anything other than greed – greed! – money and fear.”

Of course it’s political opportunism. It’s incomprehensible that Lewis would be concerned with 59 white shooting victims anywhere seeing he, nor any of his CBC members ever mention the black on black gun violence in our major cities like Chicago where the body count is rapidly approaching 500 this year.  To address that problem head on would destroy the entire democrat argument on the Second Amendment because it is the congressional black caucus' own constituents who are responsible for a good amount of the nation’s gun violence. It's reflective of the failure of career black politicians to improve the lives of those in their own crime-ridden districts.  Lewis is just another democrat charlatan who like the rest of his party, are out of touch with America and offer no solutions.
