Black College Leaders: So Far, Trump a Step UP From Obama

For eight years, Barack Obama did very little to improve educational opportunities in the black community that supported him so fatefully. But let's face it, to many black Americans education is not the highest on their list. Survival is. There again he did very little but stir up resentment and rip scabs off old wounds. We now hear how Donald Trump is evil, a racist, sexist homophobe. Little evidence is presented to support this beyond Trump's desire to end illegal immigration and to block a massive influx of refugees from terror hotbeds from entering the United States. It's all shameful, cynical politics. And some black Americans are finally realizing they were lied to by the media and the Democratic Party.

Despite the boos for Education Secretary Betsy DeVos at Bethune-Cookman, leaders of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) are beginning to speak out and admit Trump is a step up from Obama:

PJM-Following his inauguration, Trump’s most overt outreach to African Americans has been his efforts to woo students and leaders of black colleges that were founded in the years after the Civil War and today consist of 101 public and private schools nationwide. 

“For [President] Obama, people expected him to come in and fix everything -- especially for black people. ... But he never campaigned strongly for HBCUs,” said Walter Kimbrough, president of Dillard University in New Orleans, using the common abbreviation for the schools. Now, he says, the reverse has happened -- Trump came in with no expectations placed on him, and some black educators have been pleasantly surprised. “So people now want to see what’s going to happen because he’s coming in saying he’s going to be the president for HBCUs,” Kimbrough added. “It’s a very different perspective, but it’s still the first 150 days, so we’ll see what happens.” 

Johnny C. Taylor Jr., president of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, a nonprofit that helps provide financial assistance to students who attend black colleges, says the signs from the White House are encouraging. “In the first four months of this presidency, the Trump administration has been far more responsive to our community than the past administration,” Taylor said. “I, for one, judge people by what they do -- not what they say.” 

A Republican president, the party that allegedly hates minorities, is the one actually keeping his promises about expanding minority educational opportunities.

Barky and Big Foot Join the Ranks of Grifters

DCW -This week Barack Obama was paid nearly a million dollars for two short speeches. The payment appears to be for a “job well done.” Under Obama Wall Street profits soared while Main Street continued to struggle and the gap between the rich and the poor has never been greater. And those Wall Street profits were primarily financed on the back of Mr. Obama’s history-shattering levels of deficit spending. Seems there is a great deal of money to be made giving speeches about caring for the poor.

The first speech he signed up for is a banking summit where he will earn a quick $400,000 speaking and schmoozing with the very people he convinced voters he was against. The second speech was a 90-minute giggle and nod affair given in front of a roomful of Wall Street media advertisers. These paid speeches are but the first of many likely to come from the Obama Machine.

Michelle Obama is also being scheduled for similar money-grab speeches in the coming months as well to the very same organizations she railed against when her husband was running for president in 2008. It appears their conscience has a price and for now, that price is about $400,000 a pop.

WJ -The federal judge who on Tuesday blocked President Donald Trump’s executive order aimed at denying federal funding to sanctuary cities raised money for former President Barack Obama in 2008 and worked for the Obama-era Justice Department on immigration-related cases. According to Public Citizen, U.S. District Court Judge William Orrick III, who in 2008 was still an attorney in private practice, was a bundler for Obama, raising more than $200,000 for Obama. Public Citizen also reported that Orrick gave $30,800 to the Obama campaign.  Orrick did not remain in the private sector very long after Obama took office. In 2009, he joined the Justice Department. There, Orrick oversaw the Office of Immigration Litigation. In 2012, Orrick was nominated to his current post. He was confirmed a year later.

In its reporting on Orrick, the Washington Examiner noted that during Orrick’s confirmation hearing, he said he would remove himself from “cases involving issues, policies or initiatives developed by the Obama administration” in which he was involved at the Justice Department. Leon Fresco, who succeed Orrick at the Justice Department, was asked about any conflict between the Trump order and Orrick’s past. “In one way, if there’s a lawsuit about a Trump-era executive order then the record is confined to the Trump-era and he does not have to recuse himself,” Fresco explained. “But in the other way, because he was an employee of the DOJ Civil Division, and a lot of who would be litigating this were his colleagues and there was discussion of these matters while he worked there, then he would have to recuse himself.”

At Orrick's confirmation hearings he told the Senate Judiciary Committee he supported the concept that the federal government was supreme in issues related to immigration. “It is important that the country speak with one voice on immigration." He lied. He is also the same judge that blocked the release of the embarrassing and very telling videos of Planned Parenthood's Murder Inc., granting the injunction requested by the National Abortion Federation. 

Obama Warns Young Inspiring Leaders: Be careful With Those Selfies

Barky, speaking before a group of young adults in Chicago Monday, warned aspiring politicians to be careful of what pictures they take of themselves, and said if there were pictures of some of his activities while in school, he may not have been elected president.

"It is true that if you had pictures of everything I had done when I was in high school, I probably wouldn't have been president of the United States. So, I would advise all of you to be a little more circumspect about your selfies, and what you take pictures of.....Just a suggestion."

We all know Barky was a notorious pot head in high school and probably pictures of other rumored more lascivious activities still not admitted to are buried deep under wraps. But he failed to tell the crowd to also be careful what images get taken after you do get elected. There will always be someone watching.......

Susan Rice is starting to feel the heat, with growing demands that she be subpoenaed and investigated. It is clear from what we've already learned that Rice was abusing this privilege to maintain extensive surveillance of the entire Trump campaign to help Hillary.

Former U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova revealed the extent of Rice's illicit surveillance activities of Trump and his aides when he was running for president:

"What was produced by the intelligence community at the request of Ms. Rice were detailed spreadsheets of intercepted phone calls with unmasked Trump associates in perfectly legal conversations with individuals."

Affirmative Action Negro Years

Because of such revelations and the obvious fact that details from the calls of those unmasked were promptly leaked to the press, there is a growing chorus of demands to place Rice under official investigation.

Even Cuckservative and "Never Trumper" Lindsey Graham said that Congress should look into Rice's conduct. Now the Wall Street Journal is reporting that the House Intelligence Committee has officially asked Susan Rice to testify under oath.

Yes, the heat is on and Rice is in the oven, getting nice and crispy. But she is only small fry. The big question is how far implicated in this example of "banana republic" politics are the Clintons and Barky Obama? And CNN can keep their heads buried in the sand all they want. But the Heat is On.

One More Step In Dismantling Obama's Lawless Policies

Department of Homeland Security Shifts Funds from Defending Illegals to New Office to Help Their VICTIMS. 

An excellent example of the media turning a blind eye to what Obama was doing to America. Defending illegals rather then protecting the citizens. 

CNS - On Tuesday, DHS Sec. John Kelly issued an immigration memo shifting the U.S. government’s efforts and resources away from defending illegal aliens to helping their victims. The memo creates the “Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement” (VOICE) office, which will act as “liaison between ICE and the known victims of crimes committed by removable aliens.” 

The memo also reallocates “any and all resources” currently used to advocate for illegal aliens and terminates “outreach and advocacy services” provided to them. 

“Criminal aliens routinely victimize Americans and other legal residents. Often, these victims are not provided adequate information about the offender, the offender's immigration status, or any enforcement action taken by ICE against the offender. Efforts by ICE to engage these victims have been hampered by prior Department of Homeland Security (DHS) policy extending certain Privacy Act protections to persons other than U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents, leaving victims feeling marginalized and without a voice. Accordingly, I am establishing the Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement (VOICE) Office within the Office of the Director of ICE, which will create a programmatic liaison between ICE and the known victims of crimes committed by removable aliens. The liaison will facilitate engagement with the victims and their families to ensure, to the extent permitted by law, that they are provided information about the offender, including the offender's immigration status and custody status, and that their questions and concerns regarding immigration enforcement efforts are addressed.”

Taxpayer funding and government support of illegal aliens:

* In the past two years, the Obama Administration spent $9 million of taxpayer money to provide attorneys to illegal aliens.

* DHS had previously offered hotlines to help illegal aliens seeking executive amnesty and enable complaints against those seeking to enforce U.S. immigration law, and even opened an illegal alien advocate office.

* Even today, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) still advertises safe zones (“sensitive locations”) – such as school bus stops, health clinics and parades - where illegal aliens will be free from enforcement actions.

One Final Poke in the Eye of the Taxpayers: State Dept. sends $500 million to United Nations Climate Fund

AOL- Days before President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration, the State Department has announced a $500 million donation to the United Nations’ Green Climate Fund.

The Green Climate Fund helps the world develop clean energy technologies as it adjusts to climate change and works to reverse effects of global warming. The U.S. promised $3 billion to the fund in 2014, but political infighting stopped the money from being appropriated. The administration this week directed funds that were previously approved. Following a previous check for $500 million, the total contribution from the U.S. to the fund sits at $1 billion.

This payment, however, could reverse course under the incoming administration.

Potential secretary of state Rex Tillerson has said climate change isn’t a security threat to the U.S.. Although he did state America should maintain “a seat at the table” when it comes to climate change, Tillerson wouldn’t say whether he’d keep the U.S. in the Paris Climate Agreement, which China recently warned the U.S. against pulling out of at the Davos world economic forum.

In the days leading up to his 2016 election victory, Trump himself stated his plan to “cancel billions in global warming payments to the United Nations.”

One Last Ride Out of Town Aboard Air Force One

It's literally one of the biggest perks of being President of the United States: Air Force One. The White House announced Barky's trip to Chicago for his farewell speech, and the subsequent return to Washington will be his final flights on AF1 as POTUS. But he gets one more complimentary ride after January 20th, as press secretary Josh Earnest told the White House press corps Monday afternoon:

“It is obviously tradition for the former president to take one last flight aboard the Presidential aircraft at the conclusion of the Inauguration.”

Obama, too, will get a lift on Marine One to Air Force One on that final day of his presidency. But unlike the Bush family, who were transported to their ranch in Texas, the Obamas who took numerous lavish vacations every year and just returned from two weeks in Hawaii, are headed straight for another vacation, using our freakin' plane. 

Yeah, been a couple of tuff weeks with all that goodbye partying and stuff. 

“That's certainly what I would anticipate, yes. The president and first lady will be leaving town shortly after the Inaugural Ceremony. But they will return, of course, to their rented house in Washington, D.C.”

No official word where exactly the former first duo will be headed, but Obama told Oprah Winfrey during an interview last month that he was going to take Michelle on a trip to a less wintry locale.  The People's Paradise of Cuba maybe?

“We're going someplace warm. See ya.”

And he'll get to take Air Force One, a Boeing 747-200B series airplane, a massive, customized plane with more than 4,000 square feet of space and three levels. It can be refueled in mid-air, which means it can stay up as long as need be.  He told Ellen DeGeneres when he went on her show last February that he "doesn't miss flying commercial, taking your shoes off and all that.”

Might want to get used to it Barky. Come January 21st you and Mooch aren't royalty anymore and vacationing on America's dime. Just regular old folks like the rest of us.

There will be lots of A-lister hanging at the White House in the next few days, but they won't be there for the Trump Inauguration.  No, it's one last bash with the King and Queen, their rich contributors and low-life friends to feast and nasty up the hallowed halls of The Peoples House. The Obamas themselves confirmed during an interview with People Magazine a while back that they’d have one final adult bash at the White House before looting packing their bags. 

"Typically the Obama administration keeps a tight lid on celebration details until the 11th hour. But the big names thought to be on the guest list have been slowly trickling out this week. Old standbys such as singer Usher and actor Samuel L. Jackson will most likely be there, according to another person with knowledge of the invitees. Also currently practicing their sweet moves are media titan Oprah Winfrey, who snagged an exit interview with the first lady last month on her fellow invitee and bestie Gayle King’s network CBS." 

Also in attendance will be the first lady's favorite female roll model for young people, Beyoncé, who sang at both of Obama’s inaugurations, and her husband, ghetto thug rapper Jay Z. We also read that Stevie Wonder, who has performed at the White House will be there. Yo Stevie, over here!

I also predict to be on the guest list are Barky's friends from Black Lives Matter, DeRay Mckesson and Brittany Packnet, regular visitors to the White House, most of the black reporters in the lapdog media, and numerous members of the Congressional Caucus of Black Folks. And really, what would a party be without the right Rev. Al Sharpton!

I guess we can't really fault them for one last hoorah. After all, because of the national embarrassment of Barky and Mooshell, it's gonna be a long time before we see the likes of them in the WH again. And after Jan 20th, most all in attendees will consider The Peoples House as enemy territory.

Let's just hope someone had the foresight to take an inventory before the Obamas moved in back in 2009.

Barky To Say Farewell - Unveil Mock-up of Library

"Since George Washington, U.S. presidents have often delivered a final address to the American people as a way to share both their reflections on their time in office and their outlook on the future of our country. As his time in office comes to a close, President Obama will return to Chicago to deliver his Farewell Address on the evening of January 10, 2017."

Besides expertly glossing over his abject failure as a leader, on the occasion of the President's speech will be the unveiling of a mock up of his soon to be built massive Presidential Library in his home town.

"The same streets where a young community organizer once inspired his community to take action will serve as the home base for a foundation that will organize and inspire people of all backgrounds and beliefs to better their communities, their country and their world." 

Middle Finger News™ was given a sneak peek of the proposed entrance to the hallowed halls of The Obama Presidential Library (pictured below) to be on display to the public after the speech.

Our own intrepid MFNS reporter Earl of Taint early in 2015 submitted his own design to the Presidential Library Conceptual Design Contest. We wait eagerly to see if Earl will be honored with his design acceptance. If so, Earl will personally be on-site to oversee the massive complex construction of Library, Amusement Park and Progressive Friendly "George Michael Memorial Public Restroom" facilities.
