The democrat party is now solidly the party of identity politics. They’ve gone to great lengths in recent years introducing Marxist concepts like intersectionality into their party’s platform. Like an oppression olympics, democrat politicians seem to have a scorecard rating them by their race, ethnicity, gender, and sexual orientation to develop a score of how “untouchable” they are based on the groups, sub-groups, and sub-sub-groups the Left uses to scream bigotry at any question or criticism they don’t agree. The democrats have made a habit of crying racist/bigot/homophobe/nazi when anyone in their new caste system is given even the slightest scrutiny.

Shifty Adam Schiff (D-CA) now must prove his wokeness to the party because he faces a primary challenge from the nation’s first drag queen ever elected to public office. Maebe A. Girl (yes, this is a real name) will go face-to-heavily-made-up-face with Adam in an open primary challenging Schiff for his seat in the House for California’s 28th Congressional seat. Right now, Washington’s all messed up. Congress is full of rich white guys and Maebe wants to fix that; it’s time for Capitol Hill to get some regular ol’ everyday-American folks:

“We need more everyday people in Congress—its overwhelmingly older, white, wealthy men, and that’s just not representative of America, or my district.”

On Girl’s campaign website it states Girl is genderfluid/trans pronouns she/her, for those of you who aren’t sufficiently woke that means Girl is a man who identifies as a woman and prefers to be addressed as a woman and dresses like a woman. And since Girl’s gender is fluid that may explain why the legal name change included a term “maybe”.

By democrat standards, since Schiff is a raving cis-hetero white male (meaning he's cursed and knows what gender he really is and allegedly attracted to women) he has no right to stand in the way of diversity and should man-up and end his bid for re-election immediately. Unfortunately for Schiff those are the rules.  According to democrat orthodoxy if Schiff runs against Girl he is only perpetuating the oppression of the white male patriarchy and continuing the oppression of minority voices in “Trump’s America”. Anything less then pulling out of the race is obvious hypocrisy when it comes to the party’s claims of support for the LGBTQ community.

Remember that Rep.Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) of the Squad, insinuated that only members of a marginalized group can represent said marginalized group, so if you’re a democrat who claims to support LGBTQ rights you must demand Schiff step aside. Or else he may become Adaline Schiff.

Intelligence Committee Members Call For Shitweasel to Resign

For two years now, Sleazy Shitweasel Adam Schiff (D-CA) has claimed he was sitting on incontrovertible evidence that the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians to steal the 2016 election. He has never delivered on his claim, and of course the media never called him to account for his bluster. But the pressure is on now, because the Mueller investigation is wrapped up and it didn't show any evidence of collusion. He claims the “direct evidence” of which he’s been in possession for two years is not Trump and Putin taking long walks on the beach or holding hands on the gold escalator of Trump Tower, just political opportunism  and his tin foil hat suspicions about what everyone else in the world already knows about. None of which is collusion. 

CBS -Every Republican on the House Intelligence Committee is calling on Chairman Adam Schiff to resign Thursday, accusing the California Democrat of weaving a "demonstrably false" narrative of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia and "undermining" the credibility of the panel. 

At a hearing Thursday, Republican Rep. Mike Conaway read a letter arguing Schiff has been "at the center of a well-orchestrated media campaign claiming, among other things, the Trump campaign colluded with the Russian government." 

"Your willingness to continue to promote a demonstrably false narrative is alarming," said the letter read by Conaway. "The findings of the Special Counsel conclusively refute your past and present assertions and have exposed you as having abused your position to knowingly promote false information, having damaged the integrity of this Committee, and undermined faith in U.S. government institutions." 

"We need to restore the trust in the Intelligence Committee," McCarthy said, accusing Schiff of lying and comparing him to the infamous Sen. Joe McCarthy. The minority leader also said he would not consider removing Committee Ranking Member Devin Nunes, who was widely criticized by Democrats during his time as chairman and had to step away from the committee Russia investigation, in return for Schiff's resignation. 

A visibly emotional Schiff, who did not know this broadside from Republicans was coming, had a strident response. At times raising his voice, he listed a litany of known and controversial interactions between the Trump campaign and Russia – including Donald Trump Jr.'s involvement in the Trump Tower meeting.

As we have said here before, it’s not illegal to seek dirt on your political opponent from a Sexy Russian lady. And there's no proof that even happened anyway. There is proof this happened though. Schiff's continued butt sniffing investigation of the president and his associates is an example of congressional overreach and political grandstanding and an unhealthy obsession. Do the right thing Adam, jump head first out of the nearest window.....

According to the RNC Report,  Adam the Lying  Shitweasel, ranking member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and Democrat's Minister of the People's Truth, has used the House Russia investigation to becoming a constant presence on cable TV and become the dem's lead propagandist. From January 23, 2017 until February 25, 2018, Schiff  gave 227 live interviews clocking a total of 26 hours, 4 minutes on camera.  He participated in 111 interviews with the geniuses at MSNBC for a total time of 12 hours, 6 minutes, and went slumming 87 times for interviews at CNN for a total time of 10 hours, 59 minutes.

Between television appearances and phone calls trolling the Hollywood pervs back home for campaign bucks, in 2017  Schiff spoke on the House floor a total of 10 times for a total of 36 minutes, and 29 seconds.

Just the thought of Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi and Maxine Waters as the faces of my party would seriously make my skin crawl.....

What can be said about Adam Schiff that hasn’t already been said? Let’s make that what can I put in writing about a smarmy political hack with apparently zero conscience who has told more lies and made more “smoking gun” promises over the last six years.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy on Tuesday night, as promised, officially booted Schiff, and equally smarmy political hack Eric Swalwell, off the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Schiff of course threw a predictable snit fit when the boot came, profusely lying as usual and making silly threats on his way to the curb:

"This is petty, political payback for investigating Donald Trump. 

If he thinks this will stop me, he will soon find out just how wrong he is. 

I will always defend our democracy."

Serial liar Schiff’s 24×7 obsession with DJT has been pathetically hilarious, and his claim of “defending our democracy” is laughable. Sorry Adam, you got exactly what you deserved.

Adam Schiff Pivots From Collusion Truther to Cranky Crybaby

Despite the fact Special Counsel Mueller debunked it and concluded that there is no provable evidence of collusion, Adam Schiff is desperately clinging to the Russia collusion delusion. And now Schiff has pivoted, saying that even if President Trump hasn’t committed any crimes, he should still be condemned because the Shitweasel just doesn’t like him.

“Whether these acts are criminal or not — whether the obstruction of justice was criminal or not — or whether these contacts were sufficiently illicit to rise to the level of a criminal conspiracy, they are unquestionably dishonest, unethical, immoral and unpatriotic. And should be condemned by every American. And that is how I think we should view the Mueller report.”

Schiff has repeatedly claimed that he has some secret evidence proving that Trump colluded with Russia and obstructed justice, but has never coughed up this supposed secret “evidence.” I suspect that with Bullethead's, Nadler's and Schiff's House committee's  'Russia, Russia Russia' investigations in full swing, the newest television 'Shitweasel Tour' is sure to start back up bright and early Monday morning.

Long before Trump's election, the Russians' goal was to create chaos in our electoral process. As long the democracts keep this political witchhunt going the more they help the Russians reach their goal. They are laughing at what the dems are doing to the US, something Russia couldn't have done on their own.....

Robert Mueller’s statement today about the special counsel’s report that was released almost in its entirety last month has, of course caught the attention of Rep. Adam Schiff, who was spinning it as best he could:

"Mueller confirmed today that Russia engaged in multiple systematic efforts to interfere in the 2016 election. 

In a rebuke of Barr, he also made clear that because of DOJ policy it is left to Congress—not the Attorney General—to evaluate the president’s misconduct. And we will." @twitter

Schiff accused AG Bill Barr of “misleading the American people” — a rich accusation coming from Schiffty. Maybe Schiff didn’t notice, but none of the BS he’s been trumpeting for the past two-plus years (with the MSM’s help) has come to fruition, not that he’ll ever stop lying. Mueller never mentioned the mythical evidence of collusion that Shiff has promised. And maybe Schiff can refresh our memories as to who was in charge when all this Russian crap went down:

It’s possible some Dems aren’t in a hurry for impeachment hearings because it would draw attention to many self incriminating details they’d rather remain below the surface. DJT still is holding his cards and it looks like it may be getting close to time to call the table.......

As Expected, He Never Had Anything

Rep. Adam Schiff, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, said Sunday there’s “direct evidence” of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia and he won’t let up on digging into Trump’s finances.

“I think there is direct evidence in the e-mails from the Russians through their intermediary offering dirt on Hillary Clinton as part of what is described in writing as the Russian government effort to help elect Donald Trump,” Schiff told CBS’s “Face the Nation.”

So let’s recap: pencil neck was all over the news shows claiming he had direct evidence of collusion, but he wouldn’t say what it was and now that he’s getting asked about it again and he has to say something so he claims the “direct evidence” of which he’s been in possession for two years was nothing more than e-mails concerning a meeting everyone else in the world already knew about.

It’s not illegal to seek dirt on your political opponent from a Sexy Russian lady, and we’ve been over this before. So why does Schiff’s statement matter now? It matters because he needs to come up with a rationale for initiating a new committee probe after Mueller’s is done. Supposedly this big, incontrovertible evidence that he’d been sitting on for two years was going to provide that rationale. But it turns out the only thing he had was his own personal suspicion based on the same media narratives we’ve all been aware of for a very long time. He has no particular information the rest of us don’t have, and the rest of us don’t have anything that warrants continuing to investigate this once Mueller has wrapped things up. It’s too bad there isn’t some way to make this scumbag pay a price for this nonsense.....

Some Media Disturbed at Senator's Boredom and Disinterest at Schiff's Redundant Off-Broadway Spectacle

To listen to the media, we should all be showering Adam Schiff's with flowers over his dramatic prosecutorial marathon performance in the Senate Chamber the last few evenings. And while our friend DIANNY amply describes the resulting media talking head circle jerk, some in the media are a bit beside themselves that Schiff's senate comrades don't seem to hold the same enthusiasm for Schiff & Co. redundant, dot connecting interpretations and exercise in futility.  In Off-Broadway review speak, it might rate a characterization as "an overly dramatic presentation by a bad actor standing ankle deep in a box of cat shit." 

And what really bites em in the butt is cable news ratings indicate a significant drop as the audience shrunk by 19% between Tuesday’s session and when Democrats began making their case for why DJT should be removed from office.

According to BPR, MSNBC's resident soy boy, Chris Hayes, bluntly said Wednesday evening that any senators who find it difficult to sit still for eight or more hours during President Donald Trump’s ongoing Senate trial should “resign tomorrow and go get another job.” Hayes issued the remark while speaking with his cable news twin, master conspiracy theorist, Rick Maddow about the bipartisan boredom and disinterest being shown by Democrat and Republican senators.

"It is a little bit weird," Maddow complained. "We all thought it was within the rules that they had to be there. They had to attend and sit there and not eat or drink anything other than milk or water. And they needed to not have their phones and they needed to not speak."

To be fair, the rules of an impeachment trial are extremely strict. No coffee or snacking on the floor. No pacing, note-passing, scribbling on the wall or working on other matters or chit-chat. Technically, only water is allowed in the Senate chamber. Numerous senators were seen chewing on snacks or drinking something besides water. In their defense, they’re still human, after all.

"Courthouse News Service reported Bernie Sanders could be seen nodding off, slouched deep in his wooden desk with his chin bobbing on his chest."

"A Democrat in the back row leaned on his right arm, covered his eyes and stayed that way for nearly a half-hour".

"Some openly snickered when lead prosecutor Adam Schiff said he’d only speak for 10 minutes. And when one of the freshman House prosecutors stood to speak, many of the senator-jurors bolted for the cloak rooms, where their phones are stored."

Senate Judiciary Committee ranking member Di Feinstein reportedly said screw it and left Wednesday’s trial hearings at least an hour before its conclusion. Meanwhile, presidential candidate Amy Klobuchar hung around and was spotted apparently chewing her cud. 

Over at Fake News Central (CNN), John Berman was ranting and raving about the same issue. Their whiny attitude does seem to speak to the growing belief that so-called “journalists” are narcissistic, self-absorbed door slamming 9 year olds.

Democrats and the media are currently on a kick that DJT will try to steal the upcoming election, and even if he loses won’t relinquish power. Meanwhile, the notorious liar Adam Schift is crying about a "disinformation campaign against democrats."

Adam Schiff bitching about disinformation is like Michael Moore complaining about obesity; it’s his most obvious flaw. The same man who lied for years about having proof of Russian collusion and created the entire false narrative behind the unsuccessful Presidential coup attempt is now crying that there is a foreign disinformation campaign against him and the democrats in Congress. Having exhausted all his other avenues of bullshit, Shifty is now lying about lying.

Schiff sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray demanding he protect them against a thing they just made up:

"We write to request that the Federal Bureau of Investigation provide a defensive counterintelligence briefing to all members of the House of Representatives and the Senate regarding foreign efforts to interfere with the 2020 U.S. presidential election. 

We are gravely concerned, in particular, that Congress appears to be the target of a concerted foreign interference campaign, which seeks to launder and amplify disinformation in order to influence congressional activity, public debate, and the presidential election in November. 

Given the seriousness and specificity of these threats, as members of congressional leadership and the congressional intelligence committees we believe it is imperative that the FBI provide a classified defensive briefing to all Members of Congress and that the briefing draw on all-source intelligence information and analysis, consistent with due regard for the protection of sensitive intelligence sources and methods."

The letter was signed by Schiff, Nancy Peglosi, Chuck Schumer, and Mark Warner. It also demands that the FBI provide this briefing before the August recess or else.

First off, this looks like Schiff and company are demanding that the FBI pony up some information he can conjure up a interference/collusion twist and leak to the NYT and friends. It doesn’t have anything to do with foreign interference but rather, controlling the narrative. Democrats are the single biggest source of disinformation and the liberal media propaganda machine are the ones who force-feed the bullshit to the American public no questions ask.

Secondly, how the hell does Schiff know about this foreign disinformation campaign when apparently the U.S. Intelligence Services and the FBI don’t?  Yes, he’s the head of the House Intelligence Committee, but he gets information from the Intelligence Community.  This letter comes off like Schiff knows things that the FBI doesn’t, which means he’s once again trying to plant some kind of lie in the media undermine DJT and his administration.

Instead bowing to Schiff’s demand for a briefing on his make-believe foreign disinformation campaign, it would be nice if the FBI actually held Shifty accountable for the real disinformation campaign he’s been engaged in against a President for the last almost 4 years. This scumbag has lied about everything, sometimes under oath, and should be tossed in a federal pen.

Looks Like Dems Are Gonna Need a Bigger Can of Turd Polish

News that Washington didn’t tell Ukraine it was delaying aid until a month after the President's phone call to its leader punches a gaping hole in Dems' impeachment case. The Ukraine President believed the military funding was already granted to Kiev when he spoke with DJA in August. Dems are charging the DJT held up the money to pressure Zelensky to probe Joe Biden and his son. Hard to see how that works when Zelensky didn’t know about the aid holdup, but hey, the media got it out there.

This follows the awkward fact that several of the whistleblower’s other claims about that call aren’t borne out by the transcript. Then the case grew fishier still when the New York Times reported that the whistleblower first consulted with a Schiff aide, who suggested he file a complaint. (and if you believe Schiff was at a distance on this point, I have a talking frog to sell you).  Add in Thursdays nine hours of testimony behind closed doors that turned out to be another smelly turd on the dems front porch.  Fact is, this is really starting to look as meatless as the “Russian collusion” fairy tale which explains why Schiff is bringing back a familiar fallback, warning that any resistance to Congress’ demands for testimony or documents counts as “evidence” of obstruction of justice. It's becoming quite obvious that dems pulled the trigger on impeachment before they had the goods.

This attempt is truly desperate: poorly planned from the beginning, and so poorly executed that every one of the conspirators, especially Adam Schiff, CNN’s Fredo Cuomo and Jake Tapper, MSNBC’s Ricky Maddow and Larry O’Donnell sound like used car salesman with one day left to hit their monthly quota.

Yes, Schiffty Adam Is the Dems New Star Douche Bag

How many times did we hear after the Nunes memo was released (over Democratic objections) that the GOP was going to continue the cover-up by blocking the much-longer Schiff memo by the same party-line vote?  Well oops, the committee voted, unanimously,  to release the 10 page Schiff memo. So now Schiff can say that with both memos out there, people can decide for themselves, right? No, that would make too much sense.

Schiff is lying liberal pond scum.  There are reports that he intentional filled the memo with info the DOJ/FBI will want to redact. Why would he do that you ask? He’s going to throw a temper tantrum when his memo gets redacted, saying it’s a political retraction, so the cover-up continues. 

“What I'm more concerned about ... is that they make political redactions," the California Democrat said. "That is, not redactions to protect sources or methods, which we’ve asked the Department of Justice and the FBI to do, but redactions to remove information they think is unfavorable to the president. That could be a real problem, and that's our main concern at this point.”

Clearly the cunning plan of the House GOP was to release the memo only because they were conspiring with Trump to block it in a different way. Heads I win tails you lose. No matter how much someone detests Trump, I can’t understand how they give any credence to this dirtbag.

Dems Announce Starting Lineup for Team Pelosi

After threatening to boycott the upcoming Republican led Benghazi hearings, Nancy Pelosi must have realized that she'd be denying herself valuable face time from the media daily to give her spittle version of the days events, and gallantly  announced "Team Pelosi", the Democrat starting lineup for the big show. 

At quarterback is the always entertaining Rep. Elijah '"Hello is this thing on? " Cummings (D. Maryland) known for his expertise at not knowing when to shut up and feigning outrage at Republican committee chairman. Also announced as team member is Rep. Linda Sanchez (D. Cal) the less excitable sister of screeching banshee, Rep. Loretta  Sanchez (D. Cal.).
 
Other members are second-string house committee backbenchers, Tammy Duckworth (D- Illinois) Adam Smith (D-Washington) and Adam Schiff (D-Cal.) total unknowns to me and I'm assuming there as sacrificial collateral damage and keep the more power drunk House members from falling on their face like a wasted prom queen when the SHTF.

I'm sorely disappointed the Insane Troglodyte, Alan Grayson didn't make the cut. Surely he would have made possible dull hearing moments much more embarrassing events for the Dems, and an added baritone voice in the sure to come chorus of "We Have Already Covered This Before" you will hear over and over and .........

The Norma Desmond Drama Queen Of American Politics Soundbite Mini-Series is Not Playing Well in Peoria.

Anyone who has watched Adam Schiff's overly dramatic readings of his closing statements, as he looks directly into the television camera at the end of his House Committee to Lynch the President, I'm sure cannot help but be reminded of a badly scripted Hollywood production. The whole charade is for the purpose of cable news sound bites, grist for mill and media distribution. The left is trying to mobilize a modern day social media version of a vintage Hollywood film torch-bearing mob to throng the White House and drive Trump out of office.

But that's not what's happening.

People go about their lives. Nobody has been gathered around the water coolers at work, muttering 'Did you hear what Schiff said that guy said that Trump said?' Few among the American people are talking about this because they don't care. Not at work, not on the street. The American people are SICK of this convoluted 3-year democrat poopy-diaper baby tantrum.

The media is more concerned with celebrity opinion and political propaganda than telling the truth. But at least the media isn’t hiding their lies anymore.  In our intellectual environment today, we see an explosive growth of lying politicians once the media starts lying to us even a little. I’m not a prude when it comes to dishonesty. I expect people to lie, and some much more than others. All of us expect politicians lie as they try to get what they want. We certainly don’t expect the truth from these undisciplined attention addicts who will say anything to get elected. Today's leftist have taken the art to new heights once believed impossible in a free and patriotic America.  

The only thing that holds politicians in check is a spotlight from the press, and today the press is locked in the dark dank sphere of the democrats. We know the media lies to us because the politicians are never shamed into telling the truth. Every day the media reports bring fresh revelations of un-named sources about leaks,  wrongdoing and attempted cover-ups, with no evidence what so ever. Just headlines. More headlines, more soundbites.

In spite of what the media and democrats have been saying about voter support for impeaching DJT, the writing has been on the wall for weeks suggesting a path to disaster come election time. Several days of impeachment inquiry hearings have not helped them with voters they need most, independents. The latest Morning Consult poll, released Tuesday shows a dramatic drop in their support for the impeachment folly as well as a dramatic drop in their support for the inquiry:

The poll showed 47 percent of independents opposed the inquiry, compared to 37 percent last week. Meanwhile support for the inquiry by independents fell 7 points to 40 percent.

The democrats are day-by-day obviously falling further into disarray. And as the philosopher who's name slips my mind at the moment once said: "You can lead a dead horse to water but you can't double-down in the wake of keen partisans observers of tongue-wagging, else meet with an ignominious end in the land of contradictions."

Serial liar and shameless conspiracy theorist, Rep. Adam Schiff melted down on Twitter after Fox News host Tucker Carlson announced that the video which has been broken down by his team would finally see the light of day.

“Weak men peddle false election lies while privately dismissing them as absurd. Weak men use fear and hate to motivate their followers,” he whined. “Weak men value money and notoriety over truth and decency. Tucker Carlson is a weak, weak man.”

Twitter reacted to Schiff’s outburst by flame-broiling Pelosi’s defrocked chief inquisitor and generously basting him with a glaze of his own pathetic hypocrisy.

Behind The Scenes, Media Are Wetting Their Britches With Glee

Democrats have unveiled their articles of impeachment. They are, in what might be the understatement of the decade, incredibly weak.

The first is ‘Abuse of Power’ stemming from a non-existent quid pro quo in the Ukraine phone call. There was no investigation, Ukraine got their aid, and – as the nation’s chief law enforcement officer – Trump was well within his purview to ask them to examine the Biden family’s affairs. Democrats don’t care.

The second is ‘obstruction of Congress.’ This is based on the President’s refusal to let administration officials testify. Adam Schiff could have obtained a court order forcing them to appear, but he didn’t want to. That would draw out the process.  And as we all know the longer this goes on, the more it hurts Dems. So Schiff’s inaction is somehow impeachable. In other words, impeachment article 1 is "opposing congress" & article 2 is "He used presidential power that he shouldn't have been given & it makes us feel abused".

The charges are expected to face an approval vote before the end of the week and be voted on in the House. Assuming Nan has the votes to pass them, and she most likely will,  they’ll be sent to the Senate where they will fail.…Badly.

If you don’t see the truth of this, you haven’t been paying attention. The charges are nothing more than a hollow pretense, based on someone's interpretation of someone else's words. They’re a facade which disguises what the Dems and their media cheerleaders believe to be President Trump’s real impeachable offense: Orange Man Bad.

Nancy Pelosi toasted the media after Articles of Impeachment were announced, celebrating reporters on Capitol Hill at a special holiday event raising her glass to the “guardians of democracy.”

Judicial Appointees: One Important Reason America Cannot Survive As We Know It Without DJT

Obama Appointee DC Judge Amit Mehta Rules Against DJT.  A True Team Player

Whether you a passionate fan of DJT or not, if you're honest, you have to admit there's an ongoing, concerted attempt to remove him from office, hook or crook. We now have Congressional Committee leaders J. Fatman Nadler, Bullet Head Cummings and Adam Schiff all acting as a cadre of hit-men. Enter Fedral Judge Amit Mehta.

Monday, the DC District Court Judge ruled against Donald Trump in the case deciding whether Trump's accounting firm Mazars USA LLP must comply with the House Oversight Committee's subpoena of his past financial records. Judge Mehta, native born of India, product of Law School minority set asides, an Obama appointee and cog in his "fundamentally transforming the United States of America" and liberalization of the courts, was appointed to replace a retiring woman judge, Ellen Segal Huvelle.

What perhaps wasn't quite so expected by both parties was just how quickly Mehta issued his ruling.  Or was it?  For no apparent reason, Mehta began his ruling with the words of President James Buchanan, no one's favorite presidents to say the least, from a court case during a failed attempt at impeachment, that can be only be interpreted as a dig at DJT:

"I do, therefore, . . . solemnly protest against these proceedings of the House of Representatives, because they are in violation of the rights of the coordinate executive branch of the Government, and subversive of its constitutional independence; because they are calculated to foster a band of interested parasites and informers, ever ready, for their own advantage, to swear before ex parte committees to pretended private conversations between the President and themselves, incapable, from their nature, of being disproved; thus furnishing material for harassing him, degrading him in the eyes of the country . . ."

Ignoring the separation of powers, the good judge then showed his liberal bias by leaning on the word of that great Constitutional scholar, Bullet Head Cummings as justification:

"Courts have grappled for more than a century with the question of the scope of Congress's investigative power. The binding principle that emerges from these judicial decisions is that courts must presume Congress is acting in furtherance of its constitutional responsibility to legislate and must defer to congressional judgments about what Congress needs to carry out that purpose.

To be sure, there are limits on Congress's investigative authority. So long as Congress investigates on a subject matter on which "legislation could be had," Congress acts as contemplated by Article I of the Constitution. It is not for the court to question whether the Committee's actions are truly motivated by political considerations. Accordingly, the court will enter judgment in favor of the Oversight Committee." (emphasis mine)

Legislation could be had? Elijah Cummings and the Oversight Committee used in relation to grounds for the case as justification the sham excuse, and Mehta dutifully restates in his ruling, that the committee of dubious and questionable ethics was looking at "strengthening ethics and disclosure laws." As if anything about Trump's personal taxes or past financial records could somehow relate to any legislation Congress might legitimately take up.

Mehta closed with this statement:

"Plaintiffs have cited no case since Kilbourn from 1880 in which the Supreme Court or the D.C. Circuit has interfered with a congressional subpoena—because it either intrudes on the law enforcement prerogatives of the Executive or Judicial branches, seeks personal information unrelated to a legislative purpose, or demands records that lack "pertinency." This case does not merit becoming the first in nearly 140 years."

I guess we can theorize here and now Judge Mehta is a true Team player?

As many have said before me, the court system in America is tainted with present day bias. Many Obama appointed Judges have shown their personal bias in the last two years by consistently ruling against DJT and blocking legal policies simple because they personally do not agree with the processes. The Constitution is being ripped. Remaining in office and the reelection of DJT is mandatory for the survival of America. Without the neutralizing the loading of the courts via the Obama years of those who hold no respect for the Constitution as it was written is just one more reason, if not the most obvious, America will not survive as we know it without DJT's leadership.

Hearings in Congress are Essentially Stage Plays.

With the exception of the most mundane budget hearing, if the stakes are high most congressional hearings from dramatic confirmation battles to today's impeachment circus investigations, everything is scripted and planned exactly as in a play. The plot and conclusion (findings) are pre-determined.  The actors (witnesses) are selected to make the specific ‘case’ that the director (majority) decided in advance. Actors (witnesses) are often coached in what to say, and their script (testimony), especially in high-profile plays like impeachment or the Kavanaugh hearing, may be written, coached or edited by the committee staff, and the actors (witnesses) may be coached when to cry or make alarming statements.  Props (graphics, videos, media presence, audience, etc.) will be carefully engineered.  About the only difference between a Congressional ‘play” and a stage play is that the minority is allowed some speaking roles.

So when the curtain goes up on each day’s impeachment hearing, do not expect anything but an entertainment play designed for high ratings and with a pre-ordained conclusion.  A show trial, produced like a play, masquerading as an impartial investigation.

Adam Schiff was supposed to be in his element pretending to be a character from The West Wing.  The chairman of the House Intelligence Committee reminded us why he never made it as a screenwriter.  With a few exceptions — the miniature speech from counsel about "quid pro quo, bribery, extortion, abuse of power of the office of the presidency" — he allowed his members to get bogged down in the details of a narrative that almost no one in the room has mastered.  It is difficult to argue that the president is guilty of a hideous crime because he seems to have considered withholding aid that Barack Obama was never willing to offer in the first place.

So Now Butt Hurt Is Grounds For Litigation??

 Another Night of Pillow Biting at Acosta's Crib

According to some news reports, CNN, on behalf of their highest profile self-important, grandstanding asshole jerk Jim Acosta, may be preparing to sue the Trump administration for suspending Acosta's press credentials. The action was taken after Acosta's latest juvenile tantrum at the last WH Presser.  I'm not clear on why CNN thinks they can sue and for what, seeing the White House is the sole arbiter of who holds WH Press credentials.

Former ABC News reporter Sam Donaldson, himself a  confrontational thorn in the side of Ronald Reagan for eight years, appeared Sunday on CNN's Lil Brian Stelter's "Reliable Sources" (ironic name to say the least) and said he believed a lawsuit had already been filed. Donaldson said he was told about the possible legal action because "I've been asked to give an affidavit, which I prepared, to be submitted to the court."

And once again, the media muddles the water with fake news. Acosta was not barred from the White Press Room solely for being the usual ass we have all come to know, but was suspended , just as WH statement issued read, for the treatment of the intern, treatment the media immediately tried to quash with their own loony conspiracy theory.

I think we may have taken a turn in relation to the view of the media in this country. The Media may have lost almost all of their fragile credibility, but finally have what they hoped for, Victim Status. And with their newly attained status as victim, they can now use any word, any situation they please against DJT, just as every other whiny tantrum throwing group that claims victimhood for one thing or another. 

UPDATE: In an interview with Axios, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) claimed that it is “very squarely within our responsibility to find out” if Trump’s attacks targeting CNN and the Washington Post are an abuse of White House authority and power. So get out the body armor and the good Bourbon, this might be real interesting to watch......

Bullet Head Has His List of Trump Investigations Ready To Go

Future Chairman of the House Government Oversight Committee:
Rep. Elijah "Bullet Head" Cummings (D-Md.)

Seizing power of the House from Republican control, two house committees in particular are likely to take the lead in investigating the Trump administration; the Oversight and Government Reform Committee and the Judiciary Committee. Democrats on each committee have for the past two years been keeping a list of everything they believe deserve investigation as they begin working toward their tricky goal of impeachment. In September, Democrats on the Oversight Committee, led by the honorable Bullet Head Cummings (D-Md.), who represents the Democrat Paradise of Baltimore and presumably will become chair of the committee in January, posted a list of 64 instances when they requested the Republican-controlled committee subpoena the Trump administration and others for records related to various oversight issues. Each time, committee chair Rep. Trey Gowdy and the Republicans told them to stop wasting their time and go fly a kite.

You can read the whole list. But here is a sampling of the topics Cummings and his Democrat collaborators have set their sights on:

• White House security clearances (involving Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump, national security adviser John Bolton, and others)
• The controversial addition of a citizenship question to the 2020 census
• The Trump administration’s Muslim travel ban 
• The State Department’s decision to close its cyber office
• The Environmental Protection Agency’s use of a political loyalty list 
• The possible participation of Cambridge Analytica’s foreign employees in US elections
• The deadly ambush in Niger that left four American soldiers dead 
• The use of private email by White House officials 
• Trump’s response to the hurricane that devastated Puerto Rico
• The dealings of the Trump Foundation Potential conflicts of interest between Kushner’s business actions and his policy advice
• Payments the Trump Organization received from foreign sources
• Russian intervention with state voting systems
• Former national security adviser Michael Flynn’s contacts with foreign officials

Faced with information requests and subpoenas from multiple committees across multiple fronts, the White House and the entire administration will have a tough job responding and getting anything done for the country.

Sleazy Shitweasel (D-CA)

The House Intelligence Committee, under the chairmanship of the sleazy Adam Schiff will certainly revive any aspects of the Trump-Russia probe he can, and will be shouting them from the rooftops media round-tables every Sunday morning. And you can bet the Homeland Security Committee will investigate the Trump administration’s family-separation policy, and the Armed Services Committee will examine whether there was any reason for Trump to send 15,000 troops to the border to deal with a migrant caravan.

A fusillade of probes salaciously covered by the media like hungry jackals on prey will probably present more of a threat to Trump than an impeachment inquiry that, even if successful in the House, would run into a brick wall in the Senate.
