Everyones favorite wild eyed hair on fire 60's leftover and socialist congress critter, Bernie Sanders, is considering a run for the highest office in the land. Sanders has been critical of Hillary Clinton who is viewed as the perennial front-runner for the Democratic nomination if she runs in 2016. He told Time that, "if you talk about the need for a political revolution in America, it’s fair to say that Secretary Clinton probably will not be one of the more active people."

Always on the ideological fringe, Sanders is an outspoken member of the Global Warming Cult and is a rabid critic of any thing or idea right of center. Sanders is one who regularly rails against Big Business (who helped elect him) and Big Banking (but voted for the bailout called the Obama Stimulus).  His fans and followers call him a deep thinker and Philosopher.

Back To The USSR: More of Bernie's Soviet Tapes Uncovered

Note: Fear not dear reader. There are no nauseating videos of a half naked Bernie Sanders within this post. 

The mood is festive as the "Man Who Combs His Hair with a Balloon" and his blushing bride bestow the gifts: A Beatles album (The White One No Doubt) a red “Bernie for Burlington” button, “delicious Vermont candy” and a tape of tunes Sanders recorded himself with fellow comrades from Vermont among other goodies, was the scene as reported by Politico Magazine who viewed the previously unseen 3½ hours of raw footage of comrade Bernie's visits to Yaroslavl, Moscow and St. Petersburg in 1988. And DJT just may have been given a juicy political gift..... 

The hours of footage include a scene of Sanders sitting with his delegation at a table under a portrait of Vladimir Lenin. Sanders can be heard extolling the virtues of Soviet life and culture, even as he acknowledges some of their shortcomings. There are flashes of humor, too, such as his host warning the American guests not to cross the KGB, or else. And Sanders “If you’re wondering what’s wrong with capitalism, it’s made in Hong Kong," he jokes. "Sorry about that.” 

Earlier this year, two minutes of the long-lost videos went viral. The clip featured a shirtless Sanders and other Americans singing “This Land Is Your Land” to their hosts after relaxing in a sauna. A few minutes later, Sanders doled out the gifts to his Russian friends with a towel wrapped around his waist. 

The newest video also paints a fuller picture of why Sanders ventured to the land of America’s No. 1 enemy in the midst of the Cold War, the anti-war idealism that fueled his journey, and what he found when he got there. Sanders is seen living it up with Russians. There are, naturally, shrines to Lenin everywhere. In one scene, Sanders and his wife, as well as other couples, boogie to live Russian music. 

The tapes also reveal Sanders and his team being wooed by the Soviet Union: They eat nice-looking meals, tour a decorated subway station, take horse-and-buggy rides, and watch professional dancers. A cab driver serenades members of Sanders’ delegation — it’s not clear whether Sanders himself is in the car — with songs for minutes on end. When they return home, the Americans said the cabbie liked them so much that he didn’t charge a fare. The tapes also showed people who appear to be waiting in line for food as well as the Soviet Union’s shabby housing stock. 

For now, many of the videos will remain available for viewing only in CCTV’s archives. POLITICO learned about the tapes after reporting on a TV show Sanders created while mayor called “Bernie Speaks With the Community.” The government-access channel is not planning to put the raw tapes documenting the Soviet Union trip online because they never aired. 

Sanders’ opponents, though, will likely find much in the tapes to call outlandish. And in a campaign season in which Democrats are concerned about nothing more than defeating President Donald Trump, there’s plenty of material that Democratic voters might worry the Republican Party could spin into a 30-second negative ad.

Bernie Sanders Supporter Redefines the Term 'Grassroots Support'

You Can Burn One for Bernie and His Campaign

Bernie Sanders supporters can take the phrase "Feel the Bern" to a
whole new level by buying weed pipes with the campaign's 
logo from  the Portland-based Stonedware Company.  

Ariel Zimman, a 29-year-old from Portland, told the Center for Public Integrity she will donate 10 percent of all proceeds she gets from sales of ceramic marijuana pipes emblazoned with the Vermont senator's campaign logo to the Sanders campaign. Supporters who want to take the campaign slogan "Feel the Bern" to a whole new level — most likely "Burners for Bernie" — will have to shell out $60 for a pipe and $30 for a chillum, according to Zimman's website. 

Sanders has previously introduced a bill in congress to end the federal prohibition on recreational marijuana and allow states to decide on legalization. But like most legislation Mr. Sander puts forth, everyone just ignores anyway. 

The 29-year-old told the Center for Public Integrity that she's already donated about $150 to the Sanders campaign and plans to send about $200 more in about a month. That's out of roughly $3,000 in pipe sales. "There is profit on my side of the business, but I'm also doing it for their profit as well."

According to the lefty website TruthDig, Cheri Honkala and the leadership of the Poor People’s Economic Human Rights Campaign  announced that her group was organizing the World’s Largest “Fart-In” to be held on July 28 at the Wells Fargo Center during Hillary Clinton’s much anticipated coronation  speech at the Democrat National Love-in. 

“We will be holding a massive bean supper for Bernie Sanders delegates on American Street in my Kensington neighborhood on the afternoon of July 28. We are setting up a Clintonville there, modeled on the Hoovervilles of the 1930s where the poor and unemployed built shanty towns. 

The Sanders delegates, their bellies full of beans, will be able to return to the Wells Fargo Center and greet the rhetorical flatulence of Hillary Clinton with the real thing.” 

Honkala said she would issue an invitation to Sanders to join the bean supper, which she is calling Beans for Hillary. She has asked donors to send cans of beans to 1301-W Porter Street, Philadelphia, Pa., 19148. Any remaining beans will be served to the homeless, although she said they will be urging Sanders delegates to eat as much as possible.  

Chris Hedges, an author, activist and Pulitzer-prize winning former New York Times foreign correspondent who is an ordained Presbyterian minister, will open the Beans for Hillary the meal with a nondenominational prayer.  

“The Democratic primary process, as Sanders supporters now realize, was rigged from the start,” said Hedges. “The Democratic National Committee and the Clinton machine used a variety of mechanisms to game the elections including the appointing of superdelgates, the banning of independent voters from numerous primaries, purging voters from voting lists and using millions in dark money and from Super PACs to fund the Clinton campaign. Caucuses, as we saw in Nevada, were shamelessly manipulated on behalf of Clinton. Sanders never had a chance.”

'Special Ed' Schultz Claims He Was Fired From NBC for Supporting That Nutty Socialist Guy

We all remember Ed Schultz, once known far and wide for his spitting, slobbering, blood vessel bursting left-wing tirades on MSNBC, now claims he was forced out at MSNBC in 2015 because of his support for his friend, Batshit Crazy Bernie Sanders. Schultz often interviewed Sanders before the Vermont senator's presidential campaign. Crazy Ed has since moved on to his present stint as a tool for the Kremlin propaganda network RT (Russia Today) long before the leftist American media turned on Vlad Putin for ruining their anticipated progressive dynasty and helped Donald Trump steal the throne of their exalted Queen Hillary. 

WFB - Ex-MSNBC host Ed Schultz in a recent interview ripped his former network as "in the tank for Hillary Clinton" and suggested he was fired in 2015 because of his support for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.). Schultz  told National Review‘s Jamie Weinstein in an an interview posted Friday that MSNBC chief Phil Griffin was a "watchdog," and he said he was often given direction on what stories to cover. 

Sanders gave his official campaign launch speech in Burlington, Vermont on May 26, 2015, and Schultz said he was the only cable news host planning to air it live. Griffin called him five minutes before air time at 5 p.m. EST, and said, "You're not covering this." It got rather contentious, Schultz said. He said he was forced to cover something "totally meaningless" in Texas, devastating flooding in Texas and Oklahoma and the unrest in Baltimore over the death of Freddy Gray. 

Schultz opined he was forced out because of MSNBC's water-carrying for Clinton.

"I think the Clintons were connected to [NBC News chief] Andy Lack, connected at the hip. I think that they didn't want anybody in their primetime or anywhere in their lineup supporting Bernie Sanders. They were in the tank for Hillary Clinton, and I think that it was managed. 45 days later I was out at MSNBC. I thought it stunk" 

Schultz, despite previously ripping Vladimir Putin for his "nasty" human rights record, joined the Kremlin propaganda network in January of 2016. He told Weinstein his anchoring gig at RT was the best job.

Trump Gets All Foreign Policy and Stuff

Dressed with the trappings of gravitas, Trumps Foreign Policy speech was held at the stately Mayflower Hotel (after a last-minute location change blamed on “overwhelming interest” - from the media) and was presided over by Zalmay Khalilzad, a former U.S. ambassador to Afghanistan and Iraq. 

Gaul is supposed to be a big deal, but it’s
nothing. Very disappointing. Terrible hotels. 

Trump used a teleprompter despite the fact that he has mercilessly mocked his rivals for doing the same, saying at one point: “If you’re running for president you shouldn’t be allowed to use a teleprompter.”

I read the text of Trumps Speech. (I did liked the complete sentences) But all in all, it was a bunch of lines from other Trump speeches forced into an outline by some poor speech writer.  I learned nothing new, except that when a text of his usual blather is shoved in front of him, he can deliver it with only minimal digressions into calling things "great", "wonderful" and "tremendous". And by some miracle, the only wall he mentioned was the Berlin one. (really no need, this was not a rally of rabid supporters to lather up) But Trump did give an indication of believing what he was saying. The Big Question left is whether Trump is too big of a flake to live up to executing his own speech once in office.

Get ready to start hearing from the media about how presidential he is, at least until the next rally where he pulls down his pants, waves his dick around, and the crap gets beat out of someone.

Sanders has advocated for returning the personal income tax rate to 90 percent for top earners, as it was in the 1950s. He brushed off the comments from businesses that have called his “revolution” for the transfer of wealth from the top earners to the middle class, similar to Nazi Germany. 

“These people are so greedy, they’re so out of touch with reality,” Sanders said. “You know what? Sorry, you’re all going to have to pay your fair share of taxes.”The New York Times reported that Sanders is fine with reducing economic growth if it reduces income inequality."

This is Hillary Clinton's only competition so far for the Democrat Nomination .........

Lucky for Bernie Medicare-for-All hadn’t been implemented yet.

Tuesday at a campaign event, Bernie Sanders began experiencing chest discomfort.  He probably thought it was just his white-hot anger at capitalism, but the problem didn’t go away.  Doctors determined that he had a blocked artery and was admitted to the hospital to undergo a procedure that surely saved his life.  This life-saving surgery was performed under the evil capitalist model of health care that Bernie is trying to destroy, but for some reason he didn’t refuse treatment on his twisted socialist principals. When a guy owns 3 residences while pushing for a communist takeover, chances are he’s not quite as committed to socialism as he claims, especially when it comes to remaining alive.

Lucky for him Medicare-for-all hadn’t been implemented or he’d have been waiting a long time to even see a physician.  Thanks to the evils of the capitalist system, his wealth allowed him to get an immediate procedure in which two stints were inserted to unblock the artery.

Sanders campaign senior adviser says everything is fine now: “Sen. Sanders is conversing and in good spirits.”  That has to be a lie. When is Bernie ever in good spirits?  The guy is pissed off 24/7.  It’s like that old joke when a guy asks the doctor if he will be able to play the piano after undergoing a medical procedure.  The doctor says yes and then the guy say that’s amazing because he was never able to play the piano before.  Maybe Bernie is still high from the meds, but even that doesn’t make sense considering intoxicants tend to amplify someone’s existing personality.  Bernie’s an angry guy and stoned Bernie would probably be even angrier.

And in reality, things are looking bleak for Bernie, or at least his campaign.  Bernie cancelled a $1.3 million ad-buy in Iowa. Hopefully Bernie hangs in the race, if for nothing else to provide endless entertainment with his hypocritical communist fanaticism.
 Who doesn’t want to see him try to explain how crappy socialized medicine is better than the capitalism health care that saved his life?

Bernie Sanders on Unresolved Hostility, Lack of Orgasms

Literally every day now, I like Bernie Sanders just a little bit better......
I'm obviously not a socialist, but Bernie is keeping Hillary on the run and he occasionally says things I agree with (gun ownership is an individual right, religions who don't want to marry same-sex couples should not be forced to, etc.). He's drawing huge crowds made up entirely of white people (photos of which get great play on Twitter), and he was so clearly off his rocker for most of the middle decades of last century, that it's all but guaranteed that this missive, from Bernie's 1960s health and welfare primer, is only the first in a long line of utterly amazing musings.

Bernie, back in the 60s and 70s, wrote for a left wing alternative rag in Vermont called "The Freeman," where he was free to air his thoughts on everything from nuclear war (we're all about to face death-by-poison gas) to, apparently cervical cancer, which he believed to be a psychologically driven disease, inspired by...ahem...stress.

"Mr. Sanders contributed only sporadically… [H]e cited studies claiming that cancer could be caused by psychological factors such as unresolved hostility toward one’s mother, a tendency to bury aggression beneath a “facade of pleasantness” and having too few orgasms. “Sexual adjustment seemed to be very poor in those with cancer of the cervix,” he wrote, quoting a study in a journal called Psychosomatic Medicine."

This kind of thinking was suuuuuuper popular in the 70s, and lots of now-elderly Baby Boomers at one time cycled through the idea that meeting in large groups and airing grievances over crudite and LSD could cure anything from migraines to male-pattern baldness. Bernie was clearly in that camp, though it remains to be seen whether he tried to implement any treatment plans pursuant to his medical understanding. As I prefer to keep my breakfast down, I'll assume Bernie only thought about, and never tried to cure anyone.

Lately, the right has been concerned with Donald Trump being considered as an actual contender for their Presidential nomination. But the problem with his candidacy may be that his gaffes overshadow what should be a goldmine of opportunity buried in Bernie's deep and rich history of being a lunatic.

I have stated here in previous post that Bernie Sanders, in his long career in Congress dating back to 1990 has never distinguished himself as a member and has only two pieces of legislation he personally sponsored to ever be signed into law. One being a cost of living raise for veterans in 2013, and the other renaming of a Post Office building. I was wrong. It turns out he got a second Post Office renamed.

Senator Bernie Sanders was invited to address a gathering of the Indian First Nations chiefs in Denver, CO. He spoke for almost an hour about his plans for increasing the standard of living for all of their citizens by totally free government grants for free college educations, free Medicare for all,etc.

He mentioned how he always supported these issues that came forward to him. Although Sanders was vague about the details for the funding of his plans, he spoke eloquently about his ideas if he wins the White House in 2020. At the conclusion of his speech, the chiefs presented him with a beautiful plaque inscribed with his new Indian name, "Walking Eagle."

The proud Sanders accepted the plaque and then returned to Washington. A news reporter asked the chiefs how they came to select the new name they had given to Sanders. They explained that "Walking Eagle" is the name given to a bird so full of shit it can no longer fly.

Bernie Sanders Teaming With Greek Marxist To Build A New Progressive Movement

Bernie Sanders is teaming up with former Greek finance minister Yanis Varoufakis to formally launch a new “Progressives International” in Vermont on Nov. 30. Varoufakis and Sanders first announced they were working toward a joint initiative in a pair of op-eds published in the Guardian last month. Varoufakis was somewhat vague about what the group would offer, saying that it would help give progressives’ “coherence.” Bernie, well he sounded like the same clueless Bernie we all have come to know and love.

Varoufakis, who calls himself an 'Erratic Marxist' became an international celebrity among progressives while he was finance minister of Greece in 2015. He resigned at the imminent bankruptcy and collapse of the socialist Greek government, who had decided to accepted the eurozone countries’ terms for a massive loan agreement, which included increased austerity.

He’s since formed his own political party called “European Spring” that is now campaigning for European Parliament.

"I confess I would much rather be promoting a radical agenda, the raison d’être of which is to replace European capitalism with a different system. Yet my aim here is to convince radicals that we have a contradictory mission: to arrest the freefall of European capitalism in order to buy the time we need to formulate its alternative. The financiers are internationalists. The fascists, the nationalists, the racists — like Trump, Bannon, Seehofer, Salvini — they are internationalists. The only people who are failing are progressives.”

Varoufakis says central governments need to have greater spending power, have more direct leverage and responsibility over the financial system, and take a direct role in initiatives like fighting poverty and climate change.Varoufakis has said, the left is “the ones who, by ideology are international. We have to act like it.”

Any wonder Bernie likes this guy? Same commie clown show, different clown tent.

Bernie's Teenie-Bopper Rules For Radicals

There is soon to be a new addition to the largest growing category of literature in America, "Young Adults" (generally considered by the literary intelligentsia as 12-17 years old) for the present generation of young readers raised on the struggle for justice imagined in books like The Hunger Games and Divergent. They can welcome a new author aiming to inspire a revolution in the US’s contemporary dystopia.

Repackaging Marx for a New Generation

Bernie Sanders is writing a book for teens interested in progressive politics titled "Bernie Sanders Guide to Political Revolution" due to come out later this month. It's a how-to guide encouraging students to begin work as good little leftist political activists. 

Bernie calls the up and coming generation "the smartest, most idealistic and least prejudiced generation in modern US history." He calls on young people “to fight for a progressive economic, environmental, racial and social justice agenda that creates jobs, raises wages, protects the environment and provides healthcare for all”. Or in plan English; Big Government Good, Big Business Bad, Tax the Rich, protest things you don't understand and demand Free Shit For Everybody!! 

According to the books publisher Henry Holt, in the forward Bernie reminds the reader that he overwhelmingly won younger voters among all demographics during his 2016 bid for president. I'm not sure I would be bragging that I got the most economic ill-informed, politically ignorant & restroom confused section of the electorate to vote for me in mass or not. Bernie also recently told Teen Vogue Magazine:

"This book will expose them to an unusual political campaign, the excitement of politics and what being a progressive is all about. This is a generation that is prepared to think big and move this country in a very different direction than we have been traveling for years. It is especially prepared to reject the value system espoused by Donald Trump and the rightwing reactionaries in Congress who support his ideas.” 

Yeah, let's not encourage young people to think and observe things for themselves and make decisions based accordingly. Let's fill their heads with hatred for our leaders and the American system of government by repackaging Marxism for the Teenie-Bopper in the guise of justice and freedom.  Capture their minds and their hearts and souls asses will follow, eh Bernie? 

With the help of the teachers union, it wouldn't surprise me if Bernie's book is in every inner-city school library and on required high school reading list across the land by the 2020 election for those who can actually read at above a third grade level.

Bernie Tops National Poll For The First Time

Bernie Sanders has passed Hillary Clinton at the top of a national poll for the first time in the 2016 race.  A Fox News poll of the Democratic presidential race released Thursday shows Sanders with 47 percent support to Clinton’s 44 percent.

That's a gain of 10 percentage points for Sanders a January version of the poll. Clinton's support declined 5 points.

Clinton posted leads as high as 30 points over the summer, but Sanders has been steadily closing the gap. While no other poll of the race going back to 2014 has ever showed Clinton trailing a rival, she led Sanders by just 2 points in the last two Quinnipiac University tracking polls.

It's unclear whether the numbers are outliers or indicative of a dramatic change in the race. Outside of the Quinnipiac poll, Clinton posted double-digit leads in all three national polls conducted in February, with the largest lead coming in at 21 percentage points.

“One thing that is clear from our poll — and others — is that Clinton has been losing support and Sanders has been gaining,” said Democratic pollster Chris Anderson, who assisted Fox News on the poll.

“And this process appears to have accelerated since the contests in Iowa and New Hampshire.”

Fox released the poll two days before Saturday's caucuses in Nevada, a state where Clinton has also seen a major lead evaporate. A CNN/ORC poll from this week found the White House hopefuls essentially tied there.

The Democratic establishment had long viewed Clinton as the inevitable nominee, but anxiety is growing, with some fearful that the campaign is slipping away from her.

Phillip Agnew, who also goes by Umi Selah, is a self-described "militant" who tweeted on the eve of the ninth anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks that America remembers the day "she turned on herself, dismantled her constitution, and killed her own citizens in the name of money."

It was announced Saturday Agnew was hired as Sanders 2020 Senior Campaign Advisor. Agnew has spoken alongside other high-profile Sanders surrogates such as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortex and Michael Moore at recent campaign events.  Agnew is co-founder of the Florida based leftist activist group Dream Defenders, which boasts anti-Semitic activist and fellow Sanders surrogate Linda Sarsour as well as notorious Black Panther and Communist Party member Angela Davis as board members. The organization advocates for far-left causes such as the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement (BDS) and the idea that every person has a right to a home, clothes, food, and job provided by the government. In other words, they're just another bunch of commies like Bernie.

Agnew joins a growing list of controversial and anti-Semitic figures in the Sanders campaign including Sarsour and the left-wing nut-case and fake negro Shaun King.  The Free Beacon reported this past December that another Sanders campaign official, Darius Khalil Gordon, deputy director of constituency organizing, has a history of racist and misogynistic tweets including homophobic slurs and anti-Semitic references to ‘Jew Money.’

I'm still trying to get my head around why Bernie puts people like Phillip Agnew and 2020 Co-Chair, Nina Turner, the whacked-out loud mouth Negress out front of the campaign.

The Democrats are terrified of Bernie Sanders. They love him, they agree with him and they think he would make a great president. But they’re petrified that he will be their nominee because they know very few people with more than three brain cells will vote for a self proclaimed socialist as President of the United States. 

The latest example of this terrified frenzy is Barney Frank’s 1,000-word rant against Bernie. He implores Democrats not to support Bernie. Even though they love him, adore him … almost worship him.

[Bernie] has consistently, forcefully and cogently made the case for a larger federal government role in improving both the fairness and the quality of life in our country, refusing to soft-pedal in the face of declining support for this view in public opinion.

Sounds great! How about Bernie’s stand against the War in Iraq and Hillary’s support of it?

I agree that her position on the war is a legitimate concern for those of us on the left. The question then becomes whether this was a manifestation of a general tendency to support unwise military intervention, or the case of her joining every other Democratic senator who had serious presidential ambitions in voting for a war that the Bush-Cheney administration had successfully hyped as a necessary defense against terrorism. While I wish that she, Joe Biden and John Kerry had not been spooked into believing that no one who voted no would have the national security merit badge required to win the presidency, I regard liberal senators’ support for the Iraq War as a response to a given fraught political situation rather than an indication of their basic policy stance — like Obama’s off-again, on-again support for same-sex marriage. (Yes, I am saying that in deciding whether or not to support a candidate with whom I have disagreed on a fundamental issue, I am more at ease if it was a one-time political accommodation rather than a genuine conviction.)

Bloated land whale, leftist kook and notorious waster of good celluloid film stock, Micheal Moore, has a message for the Anti-Trump Resistance forces - Your  Mid-Term Vote Is All About Impeachment.  At a Town Hall meeting with Bernie Sanders and Lizzy Warren, Moore's  epic stupidity was once again, as they say in the moving picture business, the night's feature presentation. 

“I am optimistic. I have a thread of optimism still in me. I believe we will, in November, see a tsunami of people coming to the polls and after that I hope you, both of you, and the other senators, do their job,” Moore said during a town hall on “Inequality in America: The Rise of Oligarchy and Collapse of the Middle Class” organized by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) Monday evening. 

“We have a Democrat running in my district in Michigan right now to unseat the Republican,” he added. “I went to hear him speak and the first words out of his mouth were, after he said he was for single-payer healthcare and all these other good things, and that he was an Iraq veteran, he said, I want you to know that in this election you are not electing a member of the House of Representatives. You are electing the jury for the impeachment of Donald J. Trump. Never forget that over these next few months.”

Moore urged the Democratic Party to also provide its “vision” to the voters rather than impeach Trump and go back to the day before he took office.

“If we just get rid of Trump and we just go back to the day before Trump, how are things then, Sen. Warren and Sen. Sanders, with our healthcare, with our job situation, with poverty? I don’t want to go back to that day. We’ve got to move forward and we have to provide that vision and provide that leadership to make that happen,” he said."

Well, at least Moore acknowledges the scam of Obamacare, the high unemployment and rising poverty during Barky's eight years in office, and even he doesn't want to go back there. MAGA!
Moore went on to say America’s capitalist economic system is just not fair.

“These films I make are about a country that’s economic system is unfair, it’s unjust and it’s not Democratic,” he said. “You cannot call this a democracy if the democracy means we just get to go vote, but with the economy if we have no say in this then it’s not a true democracy.”

Therein lies the reason no one should be listening to, or pay attention to anything this fat sack o" sh*t says. He's not even smart enough to know WE DON'T LIVE IN A DEMOCRACY. Besides, he said he was moving out of the country if Trump was elected. He's not only stupid, he's a liar to boot!

There Is One Similarity Between Trump Supporters and Sanders Supporters …

Let’s be clear: the differences between Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders are profound. Their policies, their dignity and their visions. Sanders is a crazy old Commie. Trump a self-absorbed ass.  Which is why I find their respective supporters’ opinions so interesting on one matter: lots of Trump’s supporters, and lots of Sanders’ as well, seem completely convinced that if their candidate is not the nominee, it will be the result of some conspiratorial combination of party leadership and media perfidy. 

According to some of Sanders’ supporters, then, it is in no way shape or form possible that Hillary Clinton has spent 30 years building connections in the Democratic Party, doing and calling in favors, and so has worked her way to a winning position. Instead, the recent party-joining Sanders is the “real” Democrat.  It’s all media and party bias.  Nor does it matter that the media has REALLY over-attended the Trump campaign, not Clinton’s.  It’s all party and media bias.

Likewise, for Trumpsters, it’s their guy or the highway, but he’s neither a Republican nor a credible national leader.  The fact large numbers of Republican voters and leaders might have qualms about supporting his celebrity candidacy is absurd on its face to such persons.  It’s all conspiracy all the time.
