"The UN Security Council on Monday began fine tuning a draft resolution aimed at choking off the flow of foreign fighters and financial support to jihadists in Iraq and Syria. Experts from the 15-nation council met Monday to discuss the measure proposed by Britain with a view to adopting a strongly-worded text this week, sources said.

An early draft of the resolution seen by AFP threatens to draw up a sanctions black list of individuals, groups and entities who support the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), which has since renamed itself simply Islamic State, and the Al-Nusrah Front in Syria.

The draft “calls on all member states to take national measures to suppress the flow of foreign terrorist fighters” to IS and Al-Nusrah and threatens to slap sanctions on those involved in recruitment.

It also warns governments that trade with the jihadists, who now control oilfields and other potentially cash-generating infrastructure, “could constitute financial support” that may lead to sanctions.

 That statement from the council was the third strong condemnation in recent weeks of the IS offensive that saw jihadists seize control of the main northern city of Mosul on June 10"

North Korea Spies on Obama's Martha's Vineyard Arrival

(Pyongyang) -The North Korean News Agency announced moments ago that the DPRK Navy had successfully completed a secret spy mission purposely directed at the  arrival  of the Presidential entourage on Martha's Vineyard. Nork News said the mission involved the DPRK Navy's first long voyage of their newest secret weapon, a propane/electric hybrid long range "Dung Class" submarine. (photos below)

A Military spokesman said the submarine was able to penetrate the Nantucket Sound under the cover of darkness Friday morning and navigate in daylight the coastal waters of Martha's Vineyard by running shallow while towing a cardboard cutout of Secretary of State John Kerry on a windsurfing board, assuring no one would pay any attention or come near.

The newest addition to the DPRK arsenals secret voyage was commanded by the North Korean Supreme Leader himself, 1st Admiral Kim Jong Un. The mission included spending 18 hours off Cape Cod Friday to gather intelligence and two undetected passes through the Vineyard Sound in daylight on Saturday.

The major news agencies remain skeptical of the story, but MFNS have obtained exclusive Nork Naval photos taken on the mission as proof the North Koreans did indeed pull off the spy mission undetected.

Obama's incompetence meets its greatest challenge to date.

If President Obama thinks he can get away with pin prick attacks on the ISIS terrorists storming into Iraq creating murder and mayhem among the various minority populations and then call it a day, he is seriously mistaken.  Obama is in over his head like at no other time in his presidency.  Obama has fewer options available to confront the current terrorism than he has had at any point in the past.  Millions will suffer from Obama's many failures, while hundreds of thousands will die.  Meanwhile, Obama will vacation at Martha's Vineyard, barnstorm to fund raise, and then give stump speeches across America to blame everyone else for the failures of his foreign policy around the world. 

Of all of Obama's many foreign relations failures, and there are many, Iraq is coming back to illustrate his most substantial failure in simply walking away from Iraq in 2011.  Obama was driven ideologically and politically to withdraw from Iraq to satisfy the far left anti war radicals in the Democrat Party.  

Obama's intransigence in dealing with Iraq to establish a "status of forces" agreement to leave residual U.S. forces in Iraq and his stubborn determination to turn his back on Iraq, will result in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of minorities in northern Iraq, which we are already beginning to see as ISIS terrorists reign over the northwestern portion of Iraq.  Make no mistake.  Obama walked away from Iraq and simply used Iraq's Prime Minister refusal to accept only a small training force in Iraq, as an excuse to completely withdraw from Iraq.  It didn't have to happen and all serious political and military analysts acknowledge that tact.

But that's just the obvious tip of the proverbial iceberg.
