Stopping Black-Robed Community Organizing

Last week Sen. Grouchy McCain took the very principled stand of announcing in advance that not only would he not allow Barack Obama’s anti-second amendment Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland to ever get a confirmation vote, he suggested he would also automatically reject anyone Hillary Clinton might appoint, too. This only stood to reason, since she'd probably pick wild-eyed leftist like Buzzy Ginsburg or the "Wise Latina", or maybe the reanimated corpse of their leftist hero, Harry Blackmun himself. McCain did clarify he would “thoroughly examine” any nominee's qualifications before reject them.

Radical you say? No, radical is unelected people in black robes making law instead of interrupting the law! Radical is by-passing congress and dictating from the oval office.

Ilya Shapiro at The Federalist got to thinking about the Constitution and unacceptable judicial nominees. According to him, the Senate's only Constitutional mandate is to provide “advice and consent” on judicial nominees. If the Senate's advice is “take your nominees and shove em,” then they've fulfilled their duty. But what if the Rs took their principled opposition to government actually working a step further? Shapiro says go for it; that's totally an option the Founders had in mind.
"During the battle over the current vacancy, some senators have said they've fulfilled their duty by giving President Obama the advice that they simply won't confirm anyone. (Also, why hold farcical hearings that would be even more Kabuki theater than what we've come to expect?) The voters seem to have evaluated this position and found it acceptable, although of course the GOP could lose its Senate majority for other reasons."
"Similarly, if a majority of senators refused to confirm anyone to any offices, or pass any legislation whatsoever, that's their prerogative. As a matter of constitutional law, the Senate is fully within its powers....."
Utah Sen. Mike Lee said: “Not a single Democratic nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court since [Byron White, nominated by President Kennedy in 1962] has voted independently,” he detailed, which is why he’s been skeptical of all President Obama’s nominees
"Indeed, Hillary Clinton herself said at the last presidential debate that the Supreme Court is meant to answer questions like “What kind of country are we going to be? What kind of opportunities will we provide for our citizens?” Well, gee, if those are the questions you ask, of course you'll end up with super-legislators, presumably in ideological agreement with the president appointing them...."
So if Hillary Clinton insists on appointing “black-robed community organizers,” says Shapiro, then if the Republicans hold the Senate, “it would be completely in keeping with the Senate's legal constitutional duty to vote against essentially every anti-constitutional leftist judicial nominee she names.

Pat Buchanan Schools Pointy Headed CNN Anchor

“In the nineteenth century, Marx said power is control of the means of production. Arthur Schlesinger said, around 1960, power is control of the means of communication. The Left and the Establishment control 85% of the communications in the United States… The System is rigged, okay? Overwhelmingly, the Left and the Establishment control the media, and they are controlling the outcome of this election. What are we supposed to do, get up and salute?”
Here is Buchanan’s recent blockbuster column which is the subject of this interview.

Petition To Remove Soros Owned Voting Machines

This man has been linked to a persons campaign who is running in the election and has a clear bias to one candidate. His ownership of voting machines in 16 states is clear breach of integrity of our electoral system.

Dilbert Says He'll Go all Medieval on Trump If He Turns All Hitler and Sh*t

Scott Adams has some notoriously weird ideas about women and sex, and how America is a matriarchy and something something Red Pill.   Adams, the creepy and weird guy who makes the Dilbert cartoons, is being creepy and weird again!  Adams has a promise to make to America.  He doesn’t think Trump is ACTUALLY Hitler, but if it turns out that he is just like Hitler, he will go ahead and murder Trump Hitler, because that’s what you have to do when you accidentally elect Trumpy Hitler as president, you assassinate them:
"My promise: If Trump gets elected, and he does anything that looks even slightly Hitler-ish in office, I will join the resistance movement and help kill him. That’s an easy promise to make, and I hope my fellow citizens would use their Second Amendment rights to rise up and help me kill any Hitler-type person who rose to the top job in this country, no matter who it is".
"As I often say, Democrats generally use guns to commit crimes. Republican use guns for sport and for self-defense. If you are a Republican gun-owner, and you value the principles of the Constitution, I’m confident you would join me in the resistance movement and help kill any leader that exhibited genuine animosity toward people because of their genitalia, sexual preference, or skin pigmentation."
So Donald, don't you be sayin' nasty things about gay black guys with no penis', you hear!

With loony Libertarians like Mr. Dilbert here, who see STOP and NO PARKING signs as government over-reach, we can only guess what constitutes a real Hitler-ish acts to them. But Scott Adams, valiant man-beast that he is, will kill him dead.  If Trump genuinely acts like he hates women or gays or racial minorities, Scott Adams will go ahead and maketh murder upon him.  Don’t worry America, Dilbert's has got your back!

"Multikultistan:" The Price of Muslim Immigration

Stuart Schneiderman - Thanks to Wikileaks we now have in our possession an extraordinary document. It was not written by anyone in the Clinton campaign, but was sent to her campaign manager, Jon Podesta. The author was a Dutch journalist/academic named Orca. Presumably Podesta commissioned it.

The report outlines the consequences of Angela Merkel’s madness. It does not mention that Hillary Clinton admires Merkel above all other foreign leaders. One does not understand how she could support such a policy when her campaign chairman has read a report like the one exposed by Wikileaks. At the least, she will never be able to plead ignorance.

Orca offers a no-holds-bar picture of what Muslim immigration is doing to Europe, in particular to Germany. And it shows how multiculturalists are aiding and abetting the destruction of the European continent, and thus to the destruction of one of the great examples of Western civilization. It is an object lesson to those dimwits who believe, based on no evidence at all, that it will be easy to integrate a massive number of Muslim immigrants.

Orca begins........

Here’s What Voter Fraud Looks Like in 23 States

By Justin Caruso -
Reprinted with permission of the Daily Caller News Foundation:

Republican candidate Donald Trump is making accusations that the election is “rigged” against him, even suggesting the possibility of voter fraud. Trump leveled this accusation in a tweet early Monday morning that read, “Of course there is large scale voter fraud happening on and before election day. Why do Republican leaders deny what is going on? So naive!”

Many others strongly push back against claims of voter fraud. The Brennan Center for Justice says that voter fraud is “myth” and the Washington Post maintains that voter fraud isn’t a problem. As the debate rages, here are examples of voter fraud in 23 different states, as compiled by the Daily Caller News Foundation

Virginia - Just a few weeks ago, Harrisonburg, Va., claimed about 20 voter applications were submitted for dead people. A voter registration group called “HarrisonburgVOTES” is responsible for the applications, and the group is reportedly headed by Joe Fitzgerald, chairman of the Democratic Committee in Harrisonburg.

An investigation has been launched.

Colorado - An investigation in Colorado in September, 2016, revealed that dead people were voting in multiple elections. “We do believe there were several instances of potential vote fraud that occurred,” Colorado Secretary of State Wayne Williamstold local news station CBS4.  An egregious example of illegal voter fraud in Colorado was that of Sara Sosa, a woman who died in 2009, yet “voted” in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013.

Michigan -Two Democratic officials in Michigan, Jason Bauer and Mike McGuinness, were convicted in 2012 for involvement in an election fraud scheme. The two men attempted to put a fake “Tea Party” candidate on the ballot to split the conservative vote.

California - In only three counties in California’s 2016 presidential primary, there were reportedly 194 people who voted twice. Some voters were voting once by mail, then going to polls and voting again, according to the East Bay Times. It is possible that even more mail votes were submitted fraudulently, but only 194 people actually voted in person after having a mail ballot submitted for them, leading to them being caught.

Missouri - The initial results of a Democratic primary in St. Louis this year were scrapped after absentee ballots were improperly recorded. The first election, which had shown incumbent Penny Hubbard winning the race, was re-done. In the special election that followed, Hubbard’s opponent, Bruce Franks, Jr., decisively won.

Florida - Deisy Penton de Cabrera was convicted in 2013 of possessing more than two ballots which belong to other voters. Cabrera was found with 12 absentee ballots of other people and was keeping a list of elderly Hispanic voters, many whom were deaf, blind, or had Alzheimer’s.

Kentucky - In Magoffin County, Ky., three people were convicted of felony voter fraud in 2016. Magoffin County Magistrate Gary Risner, Deputy County Clerk Larry Shepard, and Tami Jo Risner were discovered buying votes.

During the case, the court heard witnesses testify to being paid $50 to vote for a slate in 2014.

North Carolina - Pasco Parker, a Tennessee resident, pleaded guilty to felony voter fraud in North Carolina in 2015 after he voted in person in Tennessee, then sent in absentee ballots to Florida and North Carolina.  A North Carolina watchdog group called the “Voter Integrity Project”uncovered Parker’s fraud.

Arkansas - Democratic State Rep. Hudson Hallum, along with his father Ken Hallum and two campaign workers, were caught bribing absentee voters and tampering with ballots. They pleaded guilty and were sentenced in 2013.

Georgia - A Georgia man named Mohammad Shafiq fraudulently tampered with voter registrations during a 2012 election. Shafiq was convicted and sentenced in 2015.

Indiana - Former Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White was convicted of felony charges in 2012 after lying about his address to keep collecting a paycheck from the Fishers Town Council.

Pennsylvania - In early 2015, Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Carol Aichele announced, “there’s potential voter fraud in Pennsylvania,” going on to say that around 731 people may have double voted in Pennsylvania.

Arizona - Arizona woman Carol Hannah voted in both Arizona and Colorado in 2010. Hannah was convicted of voter fraud in Colorado and lost her right to vote.

Iowa - An Iowa woman named Mayra Alejandra Lopez Morales pleaded guilty and was convicted in a voter fraud case in 2014. Morales, not a citizen of the United States, registered and voted in the 2012 election.

Connecticut - Former Connecticut State Rep. Christina Ayala was convicted in 2015 for election law violations. Ayala voted several times in districts where she did not live.

Kansas - Michael L. Hannum pled guilty and was convicted in Kansas for voting in both Nebraska and Kansas in 2012.

Louisiana - Louisiana man Stanley Leger pleaded guilty to buying votes in a mayoral race. Leger reportedly paid mentally impaired people to vote for a candidate he worked for.

Maryland - Wendy Rosen, a 2012 Democratic congressional candidate in Maryland, brought her campaign to an end after revelations surfaced that she voted in 2006 and 2008 in both Maryland and Florida. Rosen pleaded guilty to illegal voting in 2013.

Alaska - A Mexican man named Rogelio Mejorada-Lopez was registered to vote in Alaska and voted in several elections. He was caught and convicted in 2005.

Wisconsin - Robert Munroe, a Wisconsin resident, was convicted in 2016 of voting several times in elections throughout 2011 and 2012, and even voted twice, in two different states in the presidential election of 2012. Munroe blamed the voting on being in a “fugue state,” though several emails and texts shared in court show him encouraging friends and family to vote and donate money to candidates.

Alabama - Three women in Alabama were found guilty of various voter fraud charges in 2015 after tampering with numerous absentee ballots in a City Commissioner race.

Massachusetts - Enrico Villamaino, a Republican candidate for state representative pleaded guilty and was convicted in 2013 for various charges in voter fraud in East Longmeadow, Mass.

Ohio - In Cincinnati, Ohio, a poll worker named Melowese Richardson was convicted on four counts of illegal voting in 2013. Richardson voted twice in the 2012 presidential election, and voted three other times for her sister who is in a coma. During the trial, Richardson suggested her prosecution may be because she is black and supporting Obama.

There's a Reason The Good Lord Put a Wide River Between Mississippi and Louisiana

Last week a Tiger had a group of boys from Mississippi come over to his house. The Tiger even let them play with his ball. But the boys from Mississippi got rowdy and started throwing the ball around in the Tiger's house and then punched him in the nose!  Now the Tiger didn't get mad, he just played with his food for awhile. After a little rest, the Tiger came out and ran 7 plays, and scored 4 touchdowns.......then ate them.

This week another group of Mississippi boys come over to play in the Tiger's House. This group has a bad reputation (they call themselves Rebels *snork*) and are known for their bad habit of throwing balls in peoples houses.

Now there is two things the Tiger doesn't like, besides Florida Roosters. One is people throwing the ball around in his house (the tiger has shutdown the 8th and 13th best passing offense in college football) and the second thing the Tiger dislikes is people hanging around his goal line and messing up the pretty purple and gold paint in the end zone (the Tiger has give up the fewest TDs in the nation through week 7). So those rowdy Rebel boys should take heed of what happened to the last two groups of Mississippi boys who came across the river to play in the Tiger house ........ else they might get eaten too.

Ole Miss comes into Tiger Stadium for the 105th meeting of the rivals with the #1 passing offense in the SEC and a defense last against the run, giving up 450 yds per game. No one has successfully thrown long on the Tigers yet this year, and they have the Big Mo and #7 and #5. in the backfield.  Advantage LSU.

I say Tigers by 10

#1 Alabama v #6 Texas A&M
For all intents and proposes this IS the SEC Championship game.
This one is going to be brutal. But The Tide play a solid, basic, well executed mistake free game that can beat you ever time.  A&M may keep it close, but the tide forces mistakes....and makes you pay. ( highest scoring defense in the nation) But all is not lost for the loser of this game. A one loss SEC team would possibly be a better playoff team then a two loss ACC or Big 12 Champion.
I say The Tide by 12+

Arkansas v Auburn
The hogs have been my upset favorites this season (2 for 2) and for some reason the sports monkey are heavily favoring the Auburn Tigers in this match. Wrong again monkeys.  Auburn hasn't beat anybody worthy yet, and won't this week either.
I say Hogs by 7
Okay, I was wrong. Auburn is for real....

Non prediction prediction: Unranked Penn St. will embarrass #2 Ohio St. again on national TV for the second week in a row by making the Bucknutts sweat and playing them close.   #3 Michigan continues their tough schedule of sub .500 powerhouses cupcakes.

After going 3-1 last week, Diogenes is 14-4 for the season.....
