Throwback Thursday: Moochelle O. Visits 'THE CHEW '

New York (MFNS)-The First Lady, Michelle Obama was in New York  last weekend to tape two live segments of the popular show cooking 'The Chew', slated to run this Friday, October 3rd. on ABC.  Middle Finger News has obtained exclusive production video screen-shots of her up-coming appearance from sources behind the scenes of the show, because we got people.  

As always, wherever the First Lady makes an appearence, the audience greets Mrs. O. enthusiastically, and the Chew audience were thrilled to see the nation's school lunch menu lady and wife of the President in person.

Looked absolutely stunning in her tan fitted slacks and lace-up brown blouse with gold chiffon fart-flap early warning system she also wore at a recent photo-op,  Mrs. Obama talked at length to the Chew Crew of proper nutrition and of her love of slaving over a hot stove to cook healthy meals for Barry and the first gals.

The recipe of the day was Mrs. Obama's secret ingredients for her favorite summer evening family dish, a rich high protein, low calorie luscious 'Garden Snail and Ethiopian Rainbow Toad Egg Soup' with a delicately roasted Botswana Dandelion Garnish. 

Mrs. O. severed up the dish to the Crew with a side of chilled pickled arugula with  ground African Ubuntu Nut seasoning, smothered in a creamy sweet pisto goat spline dressing. It was a big hit.


In the second segment the First Lady made her  favorite desert treats, ' Repollo y Fajita pastelitos de carne ' with free range yak sperm & cream cheese icing. But looking a little green around the gills from the main course, the Chew Crew decided to pass on the sweet treats, as did the audience.

Trained to Bark Like Seals and Clap at Received Wisdom

Fourth generation communists are now in charge of nearly every organization, every major institution, everything that is used to keep the nation running.  Now, mind you the country isn’t communist. They just took over our institutions, which, given full control of the media as they had when the long march began, in the past would have given them absolute and total control over the country.

Communism is an amazing thing. It achieved in four generations what took the royal houses of Europe ten to achieve via incest and genetic messes: leaders so useless that it takes three tries to figure out on which end to put the crown. Worse, the crowned heads of Europe had some excuse. Most of them were genetic rejects. Communism does this with perfectly normal if not brilliant people by simply training them to bark like seals and clap at received wisdom and never ever, ever, let a seed of doubt of a shred of thought get in the way.

The first generation of commies were evil (There is no option for non-evil, in a philosophy that enshrines envy as a virtue) but cunning and smart, and often lied to themselves about their own goodness. But they knew that given a chance people wouldn’t back them. So once they took over something (or even got a foot in the door) they had to bring in their ideological brethren. The problem of course being most of those weren’t that smart, and were more evil than cunning or competent.

The second generation was perceptibly less competent than the first, but still competent enough that given mass media control, and insistence that these were “the best people.” The fourth generation,  had become somewhat noticeably incompetent. But people outside still could be kept from noticing.  I suspect most knew we weren’t on their side, or at least suspected so. But they tolerated us, while treating us like crap, because we made them just enough money, or whatever to keep them in business. (Whatever the business.)

And then about 10 years ago that changed. Now you have to be fully on board zombified to stay employed. 4th generation. They don’t know how things run, and they don’t really think things need to run. They believe they can control everything by the same means they got promoted/hired/pushed up the ladder: WORDS.

They’re going on the experience of their lives: say the right words and everything is WONDERFUL and PERFECT. It works.

And here we are.

We now have an the administration laboring over PRONOUNS as the economy disintegrates. We get the Junta pushing “get the jab” in a labor shortage. And none of them would DREAM of challenging the holy environmentalism of California, even if it starves the country. It’s just… performative stupidity and thinking they can say the right words and magically there will be rainbows and unicorns.

The top of all our institutions will refuse to admit anything is even wrong. Because if they admit something is wrong, then they can’t change reality with their words. They really believe in the magic of the right words. They really don’t believe in reality. Which means it’s all going to come apart at speed.

A Fauci movie. A Mayor Pete movie. AOC movie. All churned out during their tenure.

In what may be a hobbled-together attempt to jump on board the George Soros gravy train, the radical leftist group 'Undoing White Supremacy Austin',  known for their “unlearning circles” and cult like alarmism about institutional racism in every nook-and-cranny of American life, released a “Disco-riff” instructional video for those planning on dancing in Austin's upcoming citywide flash mobs.

Undoing White Supremacy Austin claims to be a bulwark against “a group of people of European descent, whose varying ethnic histories have been forged into one common ‘white’ identity to perpetuate racism.”

The flash mobs are in opposition to Austin’s Proposition A, a bipartisan effort which is intended to make up for police and emergency services defunding set in motion by the ruling city fathers and birthing people. Prop A was added to the November ballot by petition, which has the radical Left establishment in Austin with full diapers. So furious be they, that Soros’s Open Society dark money PAC dropped half a million to help stop Prop A.

Yesterday Joe Biden traveled to his home town of Scranton Pennsylvania to give what was announced to be some kind of speech pitching his expensive free stuff agenda. But, not surprising, almost from the very start degenerated into a rambling, nonsensical trip down memory lane more suited for a high school awards banquet or local Chamber of Commerce breakfast. I'm sure there were nervous OH-NO's and pants peeing by handlers behind the scenes. 

At one point for reasons known only to him, Joe chose to brag to the crowd of how many miles he had logged on taxpayer funded government flights. That then led to a story of an Amtrak employee telling Joe that, by the numbers, Joe's commuting had logged at least 2 Million train miles on Amtrak. 

That, I though, was probable the major accomplishment of Joe Biden's career to that point. Then I was reminded of a story we ran some 10 years ago when V.P. Joe received a career high honor:

Even with Obama's high unemployment and flailing economy, much to the chagrin of taxpayers, the refurbished Station received $20 million in federal stimulus funds, and managed to come in somewhere in the neighborhood of $5.7 million over budget.

No Country For Old Fools: Did They Really Believe He Could Govern Competently??

Too many people who think they are smart and aware actually just don’t grasp the obvious. So they have to be hit in the head — figuratively! — with a hammer … again and again and again … until they see the light (or until the hammer breaks — figuratively!).  No one sensible conceivably thought that after 50 years of his manifest mediocrity and plentiful plagiarism in public life, this charisma-less character suddenly was going to become another Winston Churchill. Biden so obviously was going to lead us nowhere, certainly not into the Promised Land.  Like the mediocre colonel who submitted a mediocre application for promotion, his only letter of recommendation could read: “His men would follow him anywhere — but only out of curiosity.”

And yet the Democrats selected him from among their box of chocolates without fillings in the center. And now the rest of America is surprised to see the Guernica they got?  It never could have been otherwise. He had no vision for half a century,  and yet now he suddenly was going to see a future? His bumbling of Afghanistan was so dramatic that it pierced through the combined Leftist Media and Social Media walls protecting him from public view. People finally got their glimpse of the man they had seated in the Oval Office. He never has been in positive numbers since.*

Not only does the emperor have no clothes, but he also is no emperor. The border is in chaos. He has inflaming race relations. His vengeful weasel of an Attorney General is now looking to criminalize parental expressions of deep concern regarding their children's education. Crime is soaring as bail is ended, while police are disheartened, resigning, or taking early retirement, avoiding resolving particularly perilous street incidents when they can look the other way.

The pandemic that he said would disappear on his watch has not. The economy that he said he could manage better than DJT is on the verge of becoming a trash fire unseen since the Carter years. He has not distinguished himself on foreign policy; our enemies see a weaken animal while our allies nervously fain confidence.   

This is the mess we did not need to bring upon ourselves, but too many Americans needed reality hammered into their heads — figuratively! And, as Winston Churchill may have observed, Americans have an innate ability to make the right choices … but only after they first have opted for each and every other available wrong choice.

When Americans have it too good, we need to ruin our lives when no one else will step forward to do it for us.  Biden as president ran on a 50-year record of failure and racial bigotry. Everyone knew it. Why is anyone surprised that so much of the floor has fallen out, the ceiling has collapsed.  And yet we must pray for Biden’s mental and physical status not to recede further for the next three years while a sub-mediocrity lurks in the wings hoping to pounce in at first opportunity?*

Supply chains got tangled because of idiot lockdowns. They got even more tangled due to idiot laws (AB-5) and union regulations in California. Supply chains remain tangled because our completely unqualified minority-hire Secretary of Transportation can’t be bothered to show up for work during a crisis. We can’t get enough workers because idiots (ie, Democrats) in Washington decided to almost drown the unemployed in largess.

In the meantime, we have a leader who we are not sure he knows what planet he's on, and our healthcare policy is in the hands of a tranny who just got promoted to a 4 Star Admiral. 

It looks more and more like Biden's visit to see Jimmy Carter was to get advice on how to be an inept and failed leader. Biden listened well.

The 'Identity Politics' that has engulfed America’s cultural landscape, a divisive ideology steeply rooted in Marxism and fueled by racial narratives, has spread like wildfire through America’s most cherished institutions. As we have all witnessed lately, resists or dare to question the motives of its doctrines results in suspicioning at the least, dismissed as a racist at the worst.

Americans who have gone about their lives as normal are now asking themselves, “What the hell is going on?!” It's simple. America has allowed a generation of radical extremists to commandeer society, right in front of their very eyes.  As a result, the society is being torn apart at the seams. The constantly changing lexicon of identity Marxism has left Americans dazed and confused. Words and ideas that are today not likely to provoke dissent or offense, become offensive and a crime tomorrow.  Americans’ heads are spinning just trying to keep up — wait, now ‘football is gay’? I thought we weren’t supposed to call things ‘gay’? We believe survivors—well, only some survivors. Up is down, down is up.

In the 1960s and 70s, Marxist philosopher Herbert Marcuse theorized that it would be easier to stoke grievances among minority groups than among America’s working class. Stoking racial divisions to destabilize the United States was not an entirely novel idea. As former Communist Party USA member Manning Johnson described in Color, Communism and Common Sense (1958):

“Stirring up race and class conflict was the basis of all discussion of the Communist Party’s work in the South. Use of all racial, economic and social differences, no matter how small or insignificant, to start local fires of discontent, conflict, and revolt.” ....."use Negroes as the spearhead, or as expendables."

Marcuse saw revolutionary potential not just with blacks, but with immigrants, homosexuals, transgender people, women, and other so-called disaffected groups. Marcuse and the post-1960s radical left believed identity politics (and its tactical doctrine Critical Race Theory) was the chariot on which they would ride to a Marxist utopia in America.

Instead of dividing the people into economic classes, as the Bolsheviks and Mao did, the New Left divided people into groups based on race, sexual preference, sexual orientation, gender, nationality, disability status, and more. Whites were substituted for the bourgeoisie (the rich) as the new oppressor class; all other groups were said to be oppressed. 

It doesn’t matter that Meghan Markle is a Hollywood starlet and royal Duchess, or that Oprah Winfrey and Lebron James are billionaires. They’re all victims.

The radical left embarked on an all-out blitz to infiltrate and gain control over America’s culture-making institutions: Hollywood, the media, corporations, foundations, the university and public education systems, professional sports, etc.  Marxist activist Rudi Dutschke dubbed this strategy “the long march through the institutions of power.”

Today’s left-wing totalitarianism masquerades as kindness, demonizing dissenters and disfavored demographic groups to protect the feelings of ‘victims’ in order to bring about ‘social justice.  Just watch MSNBC and it's not hard to see divisions being stoked along racial lines.

Under the guise of ‘diversity’, ‘inclusivity’, ‘equity’ and other egalitarian jargon, the left creates powerful mechanisms for controlling thought and discourse and marginalizing dissenters as evil. Once in control of America’s culture-making institutions, the left has propagandize the public with divisive messages such as: America is a systematically racist country; white people are born with unconscious biases and are inherently racist; saying “all lives matter” is racist; men have periods too; etc.

And before we knew it, the Duchess became a victim and football became gay.

Just Another Day at Joey's Playhouse

46* today continued his tradition of turning his back on reporters and walking away, ignoring shouted questions at the conclusion of his handlers prepared remarks. From his new Playhouse Set that resembles an under funded local community theater company stage set up across the street from the White House, he spoke to media about the response to COVID-19 to deflect from the slow motion train wreck he presides over.  

Run out of prepared words on his monitor, he offered his easy to remember signature "may God protect our troops" closing line before showcasing his familiar move of bolting for the nearest door as reporters bark "Mr. President" over each other like rabid Chihuahuas.

Yesterday 46* also turned his back on the press following a truck load of bad news about the economy. He did the same thing following his remarks on a bleak September jobs report last week. Biden has repeatedly implied that his care takers set the rules and determine when and where he’s allowed to take questions from the press.

Failing to engage with reporters since taking office you know is driving the press absolutely bat shit crazy behind the scenes.

Media Outlet Afraid of the Online Mob Apologizes in Amusing Headline for Reporting on Biden Corruption

Business Insider decided to finally do a piece on the Hunter Biden scandal but equivocated all over the place trying to appease the leftist mob, disparage Trump, and dump on Fox News while minimally reporting on the corruption.

The unintentionally amusing headline states, “Hunter Biden isn’t Trump, but what’s he’s up to is bad and deserves your attention — even if you hate Fox News.”

This is hilarious example of media throat clearing just to signal any potential online mob. A cowardly kind of genuflection necessary to appease readership. Instead of just focusing the facts and the documented corruption of the Biden clan, Business Insider appeared to feel it had to apologize to their liberal audience for even attempting to do their job as journalists media.

To be fair, it appears that they did mention a number of things that many on the right have reported about for quite some time. And he does comment that the mainstream media has basically dismissed Hunter Biden’s scandals. But then he goes on once more to water down the crime and corruption surrounding Biden the Younger. I Ate A Melon So Delicious It Maybe Killed A Pope Once

Although I don't recall exactly where, I once read that Pope Paul II maybe died from eating too many melons. Sure, there were other theories about his death. That it was merely a heart attack, or that he actually died while shtupping a pageboy. But it is the melon story that has stuck with me, haunted me even.

I had so many questions! What kind of melons were they? How many melons is too many melons? I love melons! Am I at risk? And so not long ago, I fell into an internet hole trying to find answers to these questions, and only come out of it more confused than I was previously.....

Part of the mystery has been solved. Melon overdoses were once a THING:

Either there were many melon-related deaths in the Middle Ages, or people were going around spreading rumors of melon overdose deaths for some unknown reason. 

An article in Bon Appetit claims that Pope Paul II only ate "two good big melons" in one sitting before he kicked it — and while two melons is a lot, I am not convinced that it is enough to kill someone.

Most of the information I've been able to find says that the Pope Death Melon initially came from either Africa or Armenia and was grown in the papal gardens in Cantalupo di Sabina, which is how Pope Paul II developed his obsession with them. At some point, however, the seeds were brought to France by the Avignon Popes in the late 1300s and they started growing them in Cavaillon. Now, the Cavaillon melons that are apparently the descendants of the pope killing melon can only be legally grown in France (like champagne!). I read at some point that these particular melons were so good and people were so obsessed with them that they almost went totally extinct. I can, however, tell you that Alexandre Dumas once asked to be paid entirely in Cavaillon melons, which I can respect.

Also, there is a group that calls itself the "Brotherhood of Knights of the Order of Melon of Cavaillon," formed in 1988, which we are just going to assume is some kind of super awesome Melon Illuminati. But I digress!

Having been thinking about these Pope Death Melons for a very long time, I was blown away when I discovered I could have two of these melons delivered to me for 22 dollars.  I considered it. But then I was informed, if I knew the right people, I could get them right here at the N.O. French Market, which conjured up hazy memories of scoring hashish from Philippe behind the Paris Library while at university. 

SO I WENT AND I GOT ME SOME DAMN MELONS.

Am I dead?

No, not yet. Not even a near-melon-death experience. I ate half of one yesterday and the other half this morning for breakfast and still seem to be doing pretty well.

Was it delicious?

Yes, it was delicious! I'm not sure if it was as thrilling as I had dreamed, but also what melon can really live up to literal years of built-up anticipation?

Could I eat so many of them that I would die?

Probably not, because they are small and very, very sweet. Guess it depend on what you chase them with. One half is fine for me.

Many of the avatars of socialism in America today are rich. Very very rich. World class grifter and Black Lives Matter co-founder, Patrisse Khan-Cullors, recently purchased a $1.4 million dollar home in Los Angeles. Hollywood Land Whale Michael Moore, one of the more outspoken critics of American inequality and a champion of the Dictatorship of Hugo Chavez, is worth a reported $30 million. Fake negro Shaun King, an activist scam artist who regularly speaks out about Black poverty, recently bought an expensive lakefront home in an elitist area of New Jersey. Hell, even life long socialist curmudgeon Bernie Sanders is now a millionaire who owns three homes. And Bubble Brain Socialist Cover Girl AOC lives in an elitist DC neighborhood and drives a Tesla. 

Wealthy, privileged liberals are able to sleep at night thinking they're part of the solution because they say the right things ("Tax the Rich!") and buy the right books.

"Tuesday and as we descend into an ever deepening and darkening dystopian nightmare, the chant of "Fuck Joe Biden" is rapidly becoming a national cri de coeur. A big reason is the reaction against the insanity of being forced to get injected with an at best minimally effective and at worst lethal chemical cocktail to combat a virus that was easily treated with cheap therapeutics ("was" since by now, Classic Chinese COVID has all but disappeared and mutated out of the environment). 

I'm only scratching the surface because Anthony Fauci, a twisted, megalomaniacal, malignant, rodentine dwarf who spent decades actually spreading disease and death while making money hand over fist via the pharmaceutical industry championing little more than very expensive snake oil, is placed on a pedestal as a demigod healer. And woe to anyone who dares question him, his motives and his record. 

This Merrick Garland cancer is just another Globalist technocrat in service of dismantling America and serving it up on a platter to the Greater Xi Asian COVID Prosperity Sphere and the UN. Julie Kelly indeed has been doing outstanding real journalism in chronicling the souls rotting away in the Garland Archipelago for having the gall to object to the 2020 election being stolen and the nation overthrown, their petty misdemeanor of being duped into trespassing into the Capitol notwithstanding. So, these people are demonized and are about to be railroaded into prison on trumped-up charges as having committed a crime worse than 9/11, the Civil War and the Holocaust combined. Yet when actual Nazi collaborator George Soros' bought and paid for thugs accost Kyrsten Sinema in a Senate toilet, Joe Towelette Biden dismissed it as "part of the process." 

Yeah, part of the process of political terrorism and intimidation. Now evidently, Sinema is being harassed everywhere she goes.

A new IRS proposal could affect your accounts and how your credit union operates.

As Congress considers new infrastructure spending, lawmakers are exploring unconventional sources of revenue to fund plans. One proposal under consideration effects Barksdale Federal Credit Union and our members — it would require that BFCU (along with other financial institutions and popular apps like Venmo and PayPal) report to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) how much money has gone into and out of all accounts with more than $600 in them.

 

The proposal is designed to close the tax gap. The financial reports would allow the IRS to compare how much cash came through a person's accounts to how much was reported each year on income tax forms. That can include cash not reported by those who don't list all their tips, people doing gig work for cash, side jobs paid in cash, people who sell crafts or products from home.

 

We value our members privacy and the security of their data, and this possible unprecedented access to your finances violates your personal privacy by forcing credit unions and banks to provide the government with information that does not reflect taxable activity. 
 

The Louisiana Credit Union Movement’s Response

Credit unions across the state strongly object to the proposal, which would be an unwarranted infringement on the privacy of our members and create complex new reporting burdens.   We have alerted congressional leaders, submitted a joint letter with the Louisiana Bankers Association, and submitted thousands of messages from credit union advocates. Our advocacy messages highlight that new IRS bank account mining would: Be intrusive and indiscriminate for our members. Increase taxpayer complexity and confusion. Enlist credit unions as agents of the IRS while imposing new reporting burdens. Expose credit unions to penalties for inadvertent errors. Channel more information into the IRS than it can process. The Louisiana credit union movement will continue speaking out against this proposal and the threat it poses to consumer privacy and credit union operations. Know that we will not simply hand over personal information at any time without it being required by law.   Please let us know if you have any questions.
