The Department of Education has released it's changes to Title IX. The twisted and increasingly authoritarian Biden administration, who tout themselves as the leaders of the "Party of Science" just virtually eliminated what we have known as girl's and women's sports in the USA.  The new final rules re-write discrimination as "based on stereotypes, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex characteristics.” But not actual sex.

In other words, Government is eliminating sex-based categories and distinctions. They're gaslighting us into accepting that there is no actual difference between males and females. People who aren't familiar with US law won't understand how radical this is.

If implemented, it will guarantee preference for trans over women in many situations. There is only gender identity, sexual orientation, and sex “characteristics” which are not the same as biological sex.

They are playing games with language. And smuggling in lies. National Women's Law Center President Fatima Goss Graves, the liberal witness at the Title IX hearing, said that female athletes should "learn to lose gracefully" -- to biological men.

This is exactly the type of far-reaching “rule change” that should require a vote from Congress. No nameless DC bureaucrat should have the power to impose their ideology on the entire country, let alone impose a “rule” to effectively negate the law as written. The Department of Education has no power to rewrite a law that was passed by Congress. Any changes to Title IX would have to come from Congress.

My guess is that it will be overturned...but with that said, you mind fucked LADIES, you cried for this. You were the ones demanding "equity", "equality", "fairness" and "tolerance" for men in dresses. You supported "trans-women" and let them into our games; into our spaces; into our ceremonies, into our bathrooms, into our contest, and then gave them providence and gravitas with chants of, "you go girl", and "we support you" and called them "brave and courageous" as well as "stunning and beautiful" and they slowly took over OUR places and spaces...and now, the chickens have come home to roost. 

MSNBC is Straight Up a Cult

As one of the 99.9% of Americans who never or rarely ever watch MSNBC, my viewing habits were unaffected by the reports of the hissy fits triggered by the hiring and then firing of a failed RNC chairwoman. The pull of bias at MSNBC has so completely collapsed into itself like a cognitive black hole that there is not even room for a token punching bag RINO on staff. 

At his peak, Rush Limbaugh’s audience was 20-40 times larger than any show on MSNBC. Limbaugh and Fox News provided content and a viewpoint that was not available in the media echo chambers online, in print, or on the air. The appeal was because it offered a substantive challenge to the prevailing intellectually lazy, leftish orthodoxy.

In stark contrast, MSNBC is itself a circling of the wagons against any challenge to that orthodoxy, presenting highly distilled versions of The Narrative often using some deeply pathetic presenters and “experts”. Limbaugh’s audience was forced to listen to the other side from many outlets all day and welcomed support for the resistance he led, glad that a debate was undertaken and appreciative of the sheer novelty of common-sense pushback. MSNBC literally wants to prevent such debate.

The use of caricature, fear, an aversion to disobedient facts, and a strange common smugness create a well-defined but small and self-limited audience. It is a cult that thinks it is speaking to the nation. The weird thing is that a show in which articulate conservatives and non-zombie liberals conducted respectful, focused debates with informative interviews of real experts could probably double or triple MSNBC’s net audience in the evening slots; even allowing for the departure of most of their bubble-dwelling regulars, who would be triggered, offended and horrified. But there is a greater probability of LGBTQ+ concerns being debated on Saudi or Iranian news channels than such an event happening on MSNBC.

Serpent Head Speaks: The State of the Dem Party - Seeing your Grandma Naked - Too many Preachy Females.

Democratic strategist James Carville spoke to the New York Times of his overall disgust and disapproval of the current state of the Democratic Party. With his typical Cajun demeanor, Serpent Head took a swing at Biden poll numbers saying looking at them was equivalent to "walking in on your grandma naked." 

Despite his scathing take, Carville did add, "I actually like Biden. He's a tenacious guy that's had a real life."

Yeah, not many guys have actually sold their own driveway.

Despite his overall approval of Biden, Carville said that he suspected there to be too many "preachy females" in the party, who are turning-off black male voters, the mouth breathers of 'The Squad,'who are just to the left of the marxist wing of the party.  He also complained that "woke stuff is killing us' and that the left was talking in a language that Americans did not understand".

Carville recently made the news after referring to Marjorie Taylor Greene who heckled Biden's SOTU speech as 'white trash'. "I tell people I have the equivalent of a Ph.D. in white trashology, and you saw real white trash on display." "And let me say something about ... Marjorie Taylor Greene. She really needs a fashion consultant. Can I recommend George Santos?"🤣

"For over a year, the Biden administration and its surrogates have dropped hint after hint that the plan for winning in 2024 — against Donald Trump or anyone else — might involve something other than voting.  Lawsuits in multiple states have been filed to remove Trump from the ballot; primaries have been canceled or invalidated; an ominous Washington Post editorial by Robert Kagan, husband to senior State official Victoria Nuland, read like an APB to assassins to head off an “inevitable” Trump dictatorship; and on January 11th of this year, leaders of a third party group called “No Labels” sent an amazing letter to the Department of Justice, complaining of a “conspiracy” to stop alternative votes.

Authored by former NAACP director Ben Chavis, former Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman, former Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair, former North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory, and former Assistant U.S. Attorney and Iran-Contra Special Counsel Dan Webb, the No Labels letter described a meeting of multiple advocacy groups aligned with the Democratic party. In the 80-minute confab, audio of which was obtained by Semafor, a dire warning was issued to anyone considering a third-party run:

"Through every channel we have, to their donors, their friends, the press, everyone — everyone — should send the message: If you have one fingernail clipping of a skeleton in your closet, we will find it… If you think you were vetted when you ran for governor, you’re insane. That was nothing. We are going to come at you with every gun we can possibly find. We did not do that with Jill Stein or Gary Johnson, we should have, and we will not make that mistake again."

If this is how Beltway insiders talk about how to keep Joe Lieberman or Ben Chavis out of politics, imagine what they say about Trump?

We don’t have to imagine. Three and a half years ago, in June and July of 2020, an almost exactly similar series of features to a recent NBC story began appearing in media, describing another “loose network” of “bipartisan officials,” also meeting “quietly” to war-game scenarios in case “Trump loses and insists he won,” as the Washington Post put it.

That group, which called itself the Transition Integrity Project (TIP), involved roughly 100 former officials, think-tankers, and journalists who gathered to “wargame” contested election scenarios. The “loose” network included big names like former Michigan governor and current Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm, and former Hillary Clinton campaign chief John Podesta, who in his current role as special advisor to President Joe Biden overseeing the handout of roughly $370 billion in “clean energy” investments is one of the most powerful people in Washington.

Podesta played Joe Biden in one TIP simulation, and in one round refused to accede to a “clear Trump win,” threatening instead to seize a bloc of West Coast states including California (absurdly dubbed “Cascadia”) and secede. Podesta’s “frankly ridiculous move,” as one TIP participant described it, was so over the top that a player leaked it to media writer Ben Smith of the New York Times:

A group of former top government officials called the Transition Integrity Project actually gamed four possible scenarios, including one that doesn’t look that different from 2016: a big popular win for Mr. Biden, and a narrow electoral defeat. 

They cast John Podesta, who was Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, in the role of Mr. Biden. They expected him, when the votes came in, to concede...But Mr. Podesta… shocked the organizers… he persuaded the governors of Wisconsin and Michigan to send pro-Biden electors to the Electoral College. In that scenario, California, Oregon, and Washington then threatened to secede from the United States if Mr. Trump took office.

The Podesta episode was worse than reported, with the secession proposal coming on “advice from President Obama,” used as leverage to a) secure statehood for Washington, DC and Puerto Rico b) divide California into five states to increase its Senate representation, and c) “eliminate the Electoral College,” among other things. TIP authors also warned Trump’s behavior could “push other actors, including, potentially, some in the Democratic Party, to similarly engage in practices that depart from traditional rule of law norms, out of perceived self-defense......”  

On Sunday, January 14th, NBC News ran an eye-catching story: “Fears grow that Trump will use the military in ‘dictatorial ways’ if he returns to the White House.” It described “a loose-knit network of public interest groups and lawmakers” that is “quietly” making plans to “foil any efforts to expand presidential power” insisting Trump will misuse the Department of Defense to execute civilian political aims.

NBC’s quotes from former high-ranking defense and intelligence officials about possible preemptive mutiny were interesting on their own.  Bearing in mind that many of the people involved were also Russiagate actors.

The Bizarre Alliance Between Leftist and Muslim Extremists:

The virulent anti-Israel protests across America and Europe throw a glaring light on the bizarre alliance, the odd combination of far left activist at universities and the anti-west, militant followers of muhammad that now threaten Jews in the street, and intimidates anyone brave enough to voice their dissent.

What makes the alliance so strange are the deep-seated differences between leftists and muslim fundamentalists over core beliefs. The left supports women’s rights and full equality. Militant muslims oppose them. The left supports gay rights and gay marriage. Militant muslims toss homos off buildings. The left supports abortion rights. Militant muslims oppose them. They need the children to hide behind. The left is indifferent to religious freedom, Militant muslims believe infidels should be executed. The left opposes the death penalty. But they deal with differences very simply - Hate

Religious and Ethnic Hate serves as a kind of makeshift glue that binds these groups and their sympathizers in opposition to what they see as the West’s oppressive bourgeois colonizer culture, its tolerance for divergent views, and the unequal outcomes produced by merit and competition. 

Hate is a very powerful thing. Some know this more than others.

We Must Not Go Quietly Into That Dark Night.

In 2020 the hidden hands of the democrat party succeeded in installing a willing cipher and are using him to push/enact policies that supercharged the Progressive agenda. Now, after suffering for over two years under this regime, things have become insufferable in many different dimensions.

Our liberties have been substantially restricted, a large portion of the population struggles financially, and there is a threat of an expanding war no one wants to deal with in Europe. There is no credible claim that we are better off than during the Trump years, and if the dems remain in power things will only get worse, not better.

So Repubs are now having to consider who should be the “Head of the Party” in 2024. And the choices are not unlike those faced by the dems in 2020.  In a rational world anyone with an (R) behind their name should be able win the election. And that is why the field is so large. But this is not a rational world.

Let’s be clear: The “transformation” of America that Barky Obama promised is well underway. Only a herculean effort on the part of the American people can tack us back toward equal justice under law and the pairing back of the Unelected Administrative State that desires to control everything. People of good faith can disagree about where we are on the path to serfdom, but to deny that we are on that path at all flies in the face of reality.

The rule of law is under challenge. No one better personifies this reality than DJT and the lawfare waged against him. He is not alone, and too little (to our shame) has been done to assist the other victims of this malign attack on our constitutional liberties. No other Republican has a path to the presidential nomination without DJT succumbing to this lawfare and the highest visibility target of this unconstitutional process being taken down. One may wish that Trump had bowed out of politics and the democrats had dialed down their lawfare in response. That is a counterfactual that we will never know. But the practices of the Soros-backed DAs and the “criminal reform” policies in democrat-controlled cities suggest that the lawlessness is a part of the overall plan, not simply a reaction to DJT that will go away with him. 

Democrats behind the scenes are calculating how best to slip their now near useless puppet out (if they must) and slot someone else in for the finish.  Republicans need to figure it out for 2024, or the transformation of the Republic will be completed. We must not go quietly into that dark night.

Just How Far Left Has the Democrat Party Gone?

It has always puzzled me why good God Fearing, Red Blooded Patriotic Americans sheepishly allow the Left in this country control not only the narrative, but also the language with little or no push-back. I admit at times it seems to be changing.... but really never does. One thing that has bugged me to no end is the calling the Republicans the "Far Right" with absolutely no objection.

Democrats fall into two categories: profoundly comfortable sheep in ignorant bliss, and the stunningly stupid, led about by people that in most other civil societies in the world would be called the "Far Left".   It's a 'You don't have to call me a Communist, you don't have to call me a socialist, you don't even need to call me a progressive. You can just call me a Democrat.' (apologizes to Ramon J. 'Ray Jay' Johnson Jr.). 

People in the center-right spectrum of American politics have not changed radically their views and beliefs in the past decades. That cannot be said of Democrats, and as anyone paying attention these days should agree, from this day forward should be referred only as the "Extreme Left".  And For Good Reason. 

Gallop just released their findings on the divide in American politics and societal thinking of American adults conducted between 2003 and 2023 at roughly 10-year intervals. It's very revealing. (more at the link )

The Right have remained strong in their beliefs in God, Country and the Freedom from oppressive government as laid out in the Constitution. But the "Far Left" continues to thirst for authoritarian rule through big government, disrupting of the delicate balance of this almost 250 year old experiment with their poison of lies, greed, their underhanded dealing in cultural chaos and the blatant murder of the Blind Folded Lady Justice...... and we witnessing it all out in the open and in real time.

Shed No Tears for Two Sleazy Leftist Media Publishers

Two flagship leftist publications of the digital-media age recently announced their own demise. (a moment of silents please)  It's notable what’s been missing from media narratives about Vice and BuzzFeed's fall: any recognition that in their pursuit of buzz and clicks, their leaders abandoned some important journalistic principles and contributed a great deal to the declining trust in media.

They raised up a generation of half baked journalists that have helped make media untrustworthy and their information suspect. Vice, once valued at $5.7 billion, did their part by selectively targeting the small community of thirtysomething hipsters with niche identity politics viral rage content. The “young and online” orientation eventually infected all of media and had its own deleterious effects on journalism in general. As more and more “young and online” reporters embraced identity politicking and put pressure on their editors and managers to publish pleasing political narratives rather than often-uncomfortable facts, they help skewed younger readers perceptions of what the rest of the world believe about controversial political and cultural issues. Just read twitter.

As for BuzzFeed, they were responsible for kicking off one of the modern world’s most effective disinformation campaigns when it published the Steele dossier, that steaming pile originally meant to help Hillary Clinton by claiming that Russia had salacious, compromising information about DJT. We all knew it wasn’t true, but when BuzzFeed published the dossier in its entirely in December 2016, it effectively launched the Trump #resistance and spawned Russiagate.

None of the obituaries for BuzzFeed at sites like Slate or NPR mentioned the Steele dossier, and in the Atlantic, former BuzzFeed News editor in chief Ben Smith is still making the case that his decision to publish it was not a craven effort to drive traffic and attention to his site, but, in fact, an act of respect for you. He wrote:

“Don’t you, the reader, think you’re smart enough to see a document like that and understand that it is influential but unverified without losing your mind?” 

No. It was BuzzFeed’s publication of the dossier that made it “influential,” since Smith’s organization broke the dam that had prevented other outlets from writing about it. He and his BuzzFeed minions are in many ways responsible for the orgy of Trump-era rumor-mongering on the left. And yet this still elicits from him a “meh” rather than a mea culpa.

Their staffs also partied like they had the lavish expense accounts that legacy media institutions had long since eliminated. Guess what happens when you give a group of twentysomethings unlimited resources to chase stories?  It might explain why BuzzFeed published more than one story under different bylines about a Navy pilot who drew a giant penis in the sky.

The steep decline in the public’s trust in media occurred at precisely the time that outlets such as Vice and BuzzFeed were patting themselves on the back for breaking all of journalism’s rules. 

Now they’re broken.

Longtime readers know that "The Tribe That Rubs Shit In Their Hair" is my shorthand for your typical leftist meatsticks who have wallowed in wingnut dung of uninformed twitter rants and racist MSNBC liberal conspiracy claptrap for so long that is has become the quotidian argot of their wretched lives. It is their tavern-talk. Their worst paranoid delusions, externalized, validated, tarted up as The Unvarnished Truth and then regurgitated back to them by ghouls and race mongers like Joy Reid or the debonair Ricky Maddow.... which are, in turn, passed around again like so many fish stories, getting bigger and wilder and truthier with each iteration. It is the shit they eagerly rub in their hair. The shit which, year after year, they sculpt into ever more elaborate pompadours because everyone else in their dingy, lightless corner of universe is doing it and they lost their sense of smell years ago.

They preen over each other. They are happy in each other's company. They praise each other on the little, individual touches with which they have customized their Shitheap Toupees. An extra layer of Russia Russia, perhaps, appliqued over something something the conservatives! And all is right with the world, right up until they leave the cocoon of their Wingnut Pig Sty and step into the normal world, where they are Shocked!Shocked! that ordinary people flee from them in horror.

Their Wingnut Pig Sty is a world of political cubicles and ideological corridors, underground and plenty roomy enough for Shit Hair Tribe members to spend most of their lives only interacting with other members of the Shit Hair Tribe. Some of the more advanced members of the tribe are aware enough of the outside world to gird themselves with slipperier language and a Gish Gallop bag of lies  for when they are forced to move about in the Real World, slathering on SPF 1200 goop to protect from the climate change whenever the sun peeps over the horizon, the occasional light that jumps out at them from between their cement temples in what we used to call cities.  

So it is especially glorious when a senior member of the Tribe That Rubs Shit In Their Hair thinks they're in a 100% safe space among fellow Shit Hairians and unfurls some especially bold-faced lie, in the sure and certain belief that no one would dare whip out a pin an puncture it. 

And then it happens.

But of course, all that happened during the 'Before Time'.  And as has already been well established by dogma and custom.  Mention of actual truths and events taking place during the Before Time that contradict whatever fiction Leftist (and the legacy media) are selling today is doubleplusungood. 

And yet, every now and then, there comes someone like a Elon Musk or a Tucker Carlson with a pointy stick, watching as the lie that the Leftist are inflating today becomes so bloated and unbelievable that they just can't resist.

Just where is the line crossed between reporting (an occasional accidental activity at NBC) and joining in on the stone throwing like a bunch of juvenile window breakers. Guess we know who "with a little help from his friends"refers to.
