The Era of the Limousine Liberal is Back

Hillary Clinton is not the only prominent, rich liberal who is having trouble articulating their vast concern for the poor and income inequality. Recently, there has been a rash of major liberal figures downplaying the fact that American capitalism has been quite good for them, while attempting to hamstring it for the rest of America.

Of course, this debate began anew after Hillary Clinton made her infamous comment that she was “dead broke” after leaving the White House, despite her ownership of multiple homes. Clinton doubled down on the sentiment in an interview with The Guardian, saying she’s not “truly well off,” even though her net worth is around $100 million.

Hillary isn’t even the only member of her family who sounded tone-deaf on their wealth. Daughter Chelsea told The Telegraph she’s tried really hard to care about money, but just can’t:

“I’ve tried really hard to care about things that were very different from my parents. I was curious if I could care about [money] on some fundamental level, and I couldn’t.”

Enter Vice President Joe Biden, whose salary has been paid for by taxpayers since he was elected to the U.S. Senate at age 29, said he doesn’t own a savings account, even though he kind of does.

Back in 2012, inequality crusader Elizabeth Warren, who lives in a $5 million house and whose stock portfolio totals around $8 million, boasted about her wish that no member of Congress own stocks.

And finally, anti-capitalist movie-maker Michael Moore was asked in 2011 why he produces movies trashing the same economic system that made him a very rich man. Let’s just say after four minutes of trying, Moore really never cogently explained that conflict of interest.

It seems the era of the “limousine liberal” has returned. Self-proclaimed crusaders for the poor who rake in millions while attempting to undermine the very system that allowed for their wealth.

Chicago To Begin Tracking EVERYONE In New Permanent “Big Data” Program

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel has quietly given approval for a massive new and permanent data collection program that will keep track of just about everything and everyone who enters the city.

New sensors will scoop up ‘big data’ on Chicago

"The smooth, perforated sheaths of metal are decorative, but their job is to protect and conceal a system of data-collection sensors that will measure air quality, light intensity, sound volume, heat, precipitation and wind. The sensors will also count people by measuring wireless signals on mobile devices.

Some experts caution that efforts like the one launching here to collect data from people and their surroundings pose concerns of a Big Brother intrusion into personal privacy."

Ya think? Not to worry. The experts are assuring that nothing can go wrong:

"In particular, sensors collecting cellphone data make privacy proponents nervous. But computer scientist Charlie Catlett said the planners have taken precautions to design their sensors to observe mobile devices and count contact with the signal rather than record the digital address of each device."

How difficult do you think it will be to turn sophisticated tracking features on? It’s a brave new world we live in today, and it’s being recorded.

WH Finally Admits its Role in Causing the Illegal Tsunami

Breitbart News commemorates a milestone in the deliberately-created humanitarian crisis on our border, as the White House finally admits that President Obama’s unilateral dismantling of immigration laws might just have been a factor in bringing a tsunami of underage illegal immigrants crashing down on our heads:

"The White House admitted rumors of free entry to the United States are motivating migrants to risk the trek northward. Officials said they are pushing back against “misinformation,” noting that Vice President Biden’s trip to Guatamala to meet with the leaders of El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico is part of that effort. The White House elaborated in a “Fact Sheet” distributed Friday that specifically, Biden “will reiterate that unaccompanied children and adults arriving with their children are not eligible to benefit from the passage of immigration reform legislation or from the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) process. Republicans have argued that DACA and lax immigration enforcement has served to draw more illegal immigration."

You know who else is arguing that? The tens of thousands of illegal aliens streaming across the Rio Grande. Every last one of them, from the youngest unaccompanied minor to families hoping their young children are tickets to group amnesty, tells every single media outlet which interviews them the same story: everyone back in Guatemala or Honduras knows that if you get a child across the U.S. border, he becomes a sainted “Dreamer” and will be allowed to stay. It’s an idea spread by both informal word-of-mouth and news networks.

The idea that Joe Biden is going to halt this catastrophe by meeting with the corrupt governments of South America and handing out fact sheets is beyond ridiculous.

Barack Obama: Our Ultimate Embarrassment

Barack Obama is fiddling while the world burns. Iraq, Pakistan, Ukraine, Nigeria, Kenya, Syria. These foreign wildfires, with more surely to come, will burn unabated for two years until the United States has a new president. The one we've got can barely notice. 

The big Obama bet is that Americans' opinion-polled 'fatigue' with the world (if not his leadership) frees him to push his progressive domestic legacy. Meanwhile, Iraq may be transforming into (a) a second Syria or (b) a restored caliphate. Past some point, the world's wildfires are going to consume the Obama legacy. And leave his successor a nightmare."

ISIS Advances in World Cup Tournament

(MFNS) RIO-The soccer world was shaken today as the team from ISIS (Islamic State in Iraq and Syria) overwhelming defeated heavily favored North Korea in the most chilling and sound defeat of the 2014 tourney.

Quickly down 2 to 0, Isis' Syrian born Belzal-el-Rosheed, better known as "The Assassin" went to work on the hapless Korean team and scored 3 unanswered goals to take the win. The coach of the NORK team lodged protest of two of the goals, claiming human heads kicked it into the net do not count as legal scores. The protest was quickly overturned by visibly shaken referees. 

This win for ISIS sets up a much anticipated and highly explosive eye-to-eye match with the rival Iraqi Al Qaeda Team set for this weekend. 

Update: The entire North Korean Soccer team has refused to return to Pyongyang and has ask for consideration of political asylum anywhere by anyone.
