The #8 ranked LSU Tigers (2-0) travel to Yankee country and the ACC to take on the undefeated Syracuse Orange Men (3-0) Saturday in the Carrier Dome. The Orange Men are not a ticket ready to be punched. They have a good defense and history of upsetting ranked teams, given many coaches indigestion over the years (just ask Lou Holts). If an ever improving LSU offense line can make the holes, it will be "The Leonard Fournette Show" again this week. If not, we may see LSU's ace in the hole, Brandon Harris' throwing arm. I watched this kid lay waste to the 5A Louisiana High School record book and he's a very capable Run-Throw double threat yet to be unveiled. I say LSU by 17.
Elsewhere in the SEC:
A wounded #12 Alabama Crimson Tide (2-1), who beat themselves last week, come back in a vengeance to smoke UL Monroe,
#3 Ole Miss (3-0) struggles to beat Vanderbilt (1-2), proving they aren't a top 5 team. You heard it here first.....
Jan's Picks YTD: 5-1
MIKE IS PLEASED....
