A mix of outrage and disgust overwhelmed me as I read and heard about the massacre in Dallas of at least five police officers and the wounding of several more. As you all know, the shooting came at the end of a "Black Lives Matter" rally organized to protest police brutality. The media and the other purveyors of politically correct double-plus-good group think labelled it a peaceful protest, well, peaceful except for 12 cops being shot, a 7-Eleven looted, and other such minor things. Imagine, if you will, if this had happened at a Trump rally . . . it would have been blamed on Trump's hateful rhetoric and racism.

Once again, however, contrary to the approved Hollywoodesque narrative, we see that it is the left, the progressives, the purveyors of approved thought, the protected ones, the Democratic Party constituents who engage in lethal violence. Five decent police offers lie dead, with more struggling to live. The day before this atrocity, of course, the Progressive Supreme Commander, off on some pointless trip to Europe, and his minions, e.g., the dimwitted governor of Minnesota, the Congressional Black Caucus, lectured us on our racism, and on the need to reflect on our society, etc. In fact, even after this massacre, we have the usual idiots, and, of course, I do mean Reverend Jesse "Never Waste an Opportunity for Some Press" Jackson still going on and on about Trump and white racism. Give it a rest, Rev, give it a rest. Go reflect on how you and your corrupt associates--including your ex-con son--have betrayed the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr.

Let's be blunt: The people responsible for these killings are the people who did the killings. Period.

But, you want to talk about the atmospherics for those killings? OK, let's.

Republicans Cave to Obama Plot to Diversify Neighborhoods

“The original intent of the Fair Housing Act was to protect the God-given right of individuals and families — no matter their skin color or ethnicity — to buy and rent homes where they please. By contrast, the explicit purpose of HUD’s new rule is to empower federal bureaucrats to dictate where a community’s low-income residents will live. This is not what 'progress' looks like, Mr. President.”- Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah)

"After some grandstanding to placate outraged constituents, establishment Republicans in Congress quietly voted to fund Obama's unconstitutional plan to fundamentally transform your neighborhood by bringing in more federally funded “diversity.” In short, if Big Brother's race-obsessed data-gathering machine determines that there are not enough poor or minority residents on welfare living in your city, town, zip code, or neighborhood, Obama wants to change that using your tax dollars. The scheme also sidelines states and borders by considering “regions” instead, a key element of the agenda to break down the traditional United States and its federalist system of government.

Instead of voting to protect their constituents and defend the Constitution, which they all swore an oath to uphold, establishment Republicans joined with Senate Democrats to quash Lee's amendment. In its place, lawmakers did overwhelmingly support a weaker amendment — described as “toothless” by critics — that was offered by Senator Susan Collins of Maine, a liberal establishment Republican. Under the Collins amendment, HUD may not directly force local authorities “to undertake specific changes to existing zoning laws.” But as Lee explained, the Collins measure would allow the “underhanded and subversive” mechanics of the AFFH to continue.

Aside from the fact that the U.S. Constitution delegates no authority over housing policy to the federal government, making the entire HUD bureaucracy unconstitutional, the evidence also suggests that the HUD “Community Development Block Grant” bribes used to advance AFFH are a massive failure. Indeed, according to a study by the Reason Foundation, the flow of taxpayer dollars has primarily benefited cronies and special interests, while doing basically nothing to reduce poverty. So taxpayers are being unconstitutionally bilked out of almost $15 billion a year to shower on crony capitalists. Now Obama wants to use the handouts to help re-shape America too — and, presumably, to transform the demographics of America's state legislative and congressional districts...."

The Wealthy Are Fleeing Chicago

Chicago Trib - Millionaires are leaving Chicago more than any other city in the United States on a net basis. About 3,000 individuals with net assets of $1 million or more, not including their primary residence, moved from the city last year, with many citing rising racial tensions and worries about crime as factors in the decision.  That represented about 2 percent of the city's high net worth individuals.

Chicago was among four cities worldwide with the biggest flight of millionaires. Paris saw the largest exodus. The French city lost 7,000, or 6 percent, of its millionaires, followed by Rome, which lost 5,000, or 7 percent. Chicago was next, followed by Athens.

Most of the millionaires who left Paris and Rome fled their countries, while Chicagoans moved elsewhere in the United States, said New World Wealth, whose data is used by luxury-goods companies, private banks and real estate professionals, among others.

The report found that the Chicago area has fallen out of the top echelon of U.S. cities when it comes to the percentage of black households earning more than $100,000. In 2000, Chicago ranked seventh among the cities with the largest percentage of black households with income at that level or higher, but in 2015, Chicago had dropped out of the top 10.

Sources for the millionaire-migration study, the third done by New World Wealth, include: interviews with about 800 millionaires a year; interviews with migration experts, wealth managers and property agents; property sales records; and tracking of millionaire movements in the media.

Scientists Who Are Actually Really Stupid: #1, Neil deGrasse Tyson

Someone needs to remind Neil deGrasse Tyson that 
Star Wars is a piece of space fantasy

Neil deGrasse Tyson made the decision a long time ago to be a sort of media cheerleader for science instead of an actual scientist, and although he isn’t a great communicator, it was the right decision because he was unlikely ever to trouble the Nobel committee. Also, he is stupid and his politics are dumb.

Tyson, whom liberals love because they are racists who can’t believe a black guy could be smart enough to be a scientist and so spontaneously ejaculate and soil themselves every time they see him on TV, hasn’t published anything of note for years. The advantage of being a celebrity scientist is that you don’t actually have to do any science. You’re exempted from the usual “publish or perish” rules. 

Even when he was making a go of being a proper academic, Tyson didn’t exactly have the most glittering record. He didn’t get the PhD he was studying for at the University of Texas and had to go elsewhere for his qualification. Obviously, rather than take responsibility for his academic performance, Tyson has blamed racism. In reality, Tyson was playing in bands and appearing on stage instead of completing essays. Typical science PhD students are at any given time either studying, teaching or sleeping.

It’s tough to avoid the conclusion that much of what is frustrating about Neil deGrasse Tyson stems from identity politics and the victimhood ideology peddled by leftist academics and journalists. Despite all his media success, Tyson insists that racism is responsible for his academic failures, alluding to sinister “forces” that keep women and ethnic minorities down.

In 2005, he said: “I know these forces are real and I had to survive them in order to get where I am today. So before we start talking about genetic differences, you gotta come up with a system where there’s equal opportunity.” He of course doesn’t address the fact that the only reason Neil deGrasse Tyson is on television at all, given his intellectual shortcomings, is that he is black.

Social justice-inspired grievance culture has flavoured much of Tyson’s output during his media career. Indeed, some observers say he’s more left-wing propagandist than rigorous thinker these days. His reboot of Cosmos, for instance, was saturated with progressive garbage designed to appeal to liberal-minded students and lefty geeks.

Missouri President Tim Wolfe Just Plain Wimped Out

  You would have thought someone wiped out
an entire Indian village.

FSJ -  A black student government member was called a nigger: “he was walking with a friend to get cookies Friday night when a red pickup truck slowed and young people screamed the n-word at him.” There is no indication that the people in the pickup were or were not students at the University of Missouri, but the alleged incident happened near, but not on the campus, and the "Columbia Police Department do not have a report of that nature by the offended party, according to a spokesperson there". Dr Wolfe apparently didn’t express sufficient outrage, but he would have no authority at all over an incident which did not happen on campus.  But for the Social Justice Warriors, the responsibility for any offensive act must be pushed up to the nearest high ranking normal white male.

Jonathan Butler, a student, began a hunger strike, because he did not like what he saw as the culture at the University; one of his demands was that President Wolfe resign.

Was Dr Wolfe a decent President for the University? I really don’t know, but his job performance wasn’t bad enough for the Board of Curators to have met about it prior to the “strike” by the black players on the Missouri football team; that got some attention. How Dr Wolfe was supposed to be responsible for the actions of some people, who may or may not have even been Missouri students, in a red pickup is beyond me. but, for the SJWs, apparently he is. How Dr Wolfe is in any way responsible for the death of Michael Brown, 116 miles away, or would have any knowledge about the events beyond what the rest of us can read in the media, escapes me completely.

But, he’s apparently a heterosexual white male, and that makes him responsible for the acts of other people who are not under his authority, and thus he had to go! Considering that he was unwilling to fight for his position, perhaps he really should have resigned.

Nevertheless, this incident shows just how poorly American colleges are preparing students for the real world. Payton Head, the Student Government president who had been called the horrible “n” word, will eventually be graduated and have to leave Mizzou to begin a career in the business world, and there won’t be any university president to blame when the next red pickup drives past and someone yells offensive stuff to him. He’ll have to just man up and get on with his life. When he finds himself competing with other people to move up the corporate ladder, to get that next promotion, if he is unable to simply disregard insults, if he gets all flustered and upset, he won’t be able to compete to the best of his ability, and he will fall behind. 

That’s life in the real world! Whining and bitching and complaining does not get you ahead; in the end, it gets you left behind.

Campus Reform

In a sequel to the outrageous Project Veritas video, originally reported by Campus Reform Tuesday, administrators at Cornell, Syracuse, and Yale Universities join their colleagues from Vassar in ripping up the Constitution in response to a fake student's complaints.

The first video depicted two different administrators at Vassar agreeing to shred a copy of the Constitution in an effort to soothe the feelings of a "student" (actually a Project Veritas reporter) who claimed to have been deeply upset and offended when she was offered a free copy by a group on campus.

In the second video, officials at Cornell, Syracuse, and Yale all offer similar responses, though several of them, lacking access to a shredder, had to tear or cut the document instead. Like the first, it is filmed in the undercover style made famous by the 2009 ACORN videos produced by James O'Keefe, who is also Project Veritas' founder.

Introduces Senate Bill To Lift The Federal Ban On Marijuana

Bernie Sanders today introduced the 'Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act', a bill to lift the federal ban on marijuana. The bill is companion legislation to H.R. 1013, the Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol Act, a bill introduced in February.  But due to those ol' intolerant Republicans being stuck in the “just say no” mentality of the 1980s, this bill will not make it out of Congress. However, continually wasting time introducing these bills is still a vital step in achieving real change in the eyes of the lefties.

"American society has made great strides on numerous issues during the presidency of Barack Obama, but two great and intertwined challenges remain. The nation is making real bipartisan progress of criminal justice reform, but along with reforming the criminal justice system it is important to look at the decriminalization of marijuana. Yeah, emptying out the jails of low level drug dealers who will run right out and get themselves a good job will be real cultural progress. And I know, I'll feel much safer driving down the street on weekends knowing every 10th car coming my direction is full of teenagers stoned out of their heads. Yes, the Obama Presidency has made great strides for America, and putting criminals back on the street and making pot legal will be the cherry on the top. You go Bernie!

Just Goes to Show How Easy It Is For Blacks To Feign Outrage Over Just About Anything

Recently a popular magazine ran an article about hair styles for summer. Depicted in the story was a white girl wearing a hair style that set off the black women on that sewer known as Tumblr,  and lit up "Black Twitter" calling out the tutorial for being racially insensitive. 

In this day and age, certain minorities just look for a reason to be outraged at what they refer to as cultural appropriation. They called the hair style, one made increasingly popular in the past by movie stars such as a young Meg Ryan, an appropriation of their black culture. 

"It is not cool for white women to wear black hairstyles. It is not cute. It is not flattering. When white women wear black hairstyles, it's a slap in the face to black women..." 

"There are so many reasons why it's not okay for white women to  wear styles traditionally worn by black women, including Afros, braids and dreadlocks. Black hair is not just hair. There's history and context tied to these styles that cannot be ignored, a historical legacy forever linked to the ongoing cultural remnants of slavery and institutional racism....." 

"A white person who wears these styles dismisses that context and turns black hair into a novelty, a parody, a subtle form of blackface." 

Bitches Please! 

The hair style worn in the picture is 'Corkscrew Curls', or as they call it these days, a 'Twist Out'. It is a style once not uncommon to women throughout history with coarse hair and natural curls, and popular with many young girls I've known of Jewish heritage. The style goes back to ancient times. IT'S NOT AN AFRO!

As for cornrows, the first depiction of this hair style is from the art of the Sumerian and Akkadian cultures, both older civilizations than the High Egyptians (who BTW were a mixed race culture, not black). And hair braids are depicted in the oldest art of almost every culture in the world.  As for dreadlocks, you should read this. 

Most modern African American cultural references for the most part are inventions of 1960's anti-European Afro-centric scholars who managed to connect anything and everything to slavery and racism. Their lies and propaganda have made it into higher learning by that great institution of affirmative action. 

So now, my outraged protectors of black culture, explain this to me....

Funny, I have never heard anyone complain white culture is being hi-jacked by these people, wearing their colored and straighten white hair styles and  French designed clothing.  Should I be equally outraged at these displays as disrespecting my race and culture?

No, because I understand well that the average black women is at a disadvantage, seeing most of the male species of all races generally find black females physically unattractive. 

As for why any white women would want to wear cornrows or dreadlocks is beyond me. They look clownish and incredibly nasty. Yeah, I said it!  And as for my 2 cents on the matter, your silly outrage over hair styles can be reserved for your black culture's own internal consumption, and for your white PC friends who bow at your every disgust with America, because I think it's just more racist nonsense.  

K.C. Kansas Mayor Brags of City's White Population Plummet

Thanks La Raza (The Race) For Their Help

Mayor Mark Holland of Kansas City, Kansas, in an address to the radical socialist organization National Council of La Raza, bragged that his city is no longer majority white and the city’s schools now have students who speak 62 different languages. According to the 2010 U.S. Census, Kansas City, Kansas, was 52 percent white.

But in a speech before the La Raza National Affiliates Luncheon earlier this week in Kansas City, Mayor Mark Holland boasted that only five years later his city’s white population has been reduced to 40 percent. He seemed to suggest that La Raza was at least partly responsible for the progress. But he also cited the refugee resettlement work of the United Nations and U.S. State Department for the city’s transformation into a gleaming example of multicultural diversity.

Kansas City, he said, “is very proud of the work of National Council of La Raza.”

“Kansas City, Kansas, is a city with no ethnic majority. Kansas City, Kansas, is 40 percent white, 28 percent Latino, and 26 percent African-American. Our school district speaks 62 different languages by the children every single day. And Kansas City, Kansas, has a proud heritage of welcoming all people into the community, people who are not welcome in other places.” 

In recent years, the city has welcomed more refugees from other parts of the world, including Muslim Somalia, Afghanistan and Iraq, Hindus from Bhutan and Buddhists and Muslims from Burma. Kansas City has also thrown open its arms to the LGBT community, Holland said, even though most of the state of Kansas leans Republican.

Holland, an ordained Methodist minister, then went on the attack against any Christians who don’t share his liberal theological views on same-sex marriage.

"We cannot let our guard down. This religious freedom component, I believe is the Confederate Flag of religious bigotry, being flown long after the fact. As an ordained United Methodist pastor myself, I’m offended to note, when they say Christians are offended by the ruling. In fact, many of us Christians celebrate the ruling and the continued welcome and recognition of all people. 

But I want to close by saying we just couldn’t be more proud that La Raza is here in Kansas City and it’s an honor to be able to greet you.”

This past Friday, rapper Azealia Banks unleashed a Twitter rant in which she demanded that the U.S. government fork over $100 trillion in reparations, reports the Daily News:

“ITS MY MONEY, AND I WANT IT NOWWWWW!!!!!!” Banks tweeted on Friday afternoon, after linking to stories from various newspapers describing the ways in which American Indians and Holocaust survivors have sought reparations from the American and German governments, respectively.

“Jews and Native Americans all got reparations because they organized. Please don’t let my ‘beef’ with hip-hop distract from what we need… To be focusing on. We are owed MAJOR F***ING BUCKS kids, MAJOR BUCKS.”

Keep in mind that this lunatic happens to be worth $3 million and grew up attending posh music schools in Manhattan. If you wade through all of her deranged and rather racist tweets, you find her premise to basically be that a disturbing number of contemporary blacks drop out of school, kill each other, wind up in prison, amass zero wealth and frankly fail at life because the government allegedly never accommodated them for slavery: 

"Stop making this about my ‘feelings’ because it’s not. This is about what the black people are legally OWED. Affirmative Action, Welfare and Medicaid are patronizing as hell if you ask me…. It’s like, ‘here, we built this entire economic superpower of a country off of your backs, so here’s a nickel for bread.’ At this point, it’s not even about race or cultural appropriation or any other that other annoying sh*t because the black youth has a bigger Battle to fight. More than we need to preserve our identity, we need to get our f*cking money. And I’m dead serious."

"Let these corny white people get their little black fantasies out, because they’re only put in place to distract us from the real issue. We need to get our money. F*ck all this other sh*t. A huge reparations payout would mean mass access to HIGH education for ALL blacks in this country. We could re-write the script."

Notice how she mentions affirmative action, which itself is a racist policy that benefits blacks by hurting others, including Asians. Also notice how she mentions the “patronizing” nature of welfare. This despite the fact that blacks keep voting for the same Democratic stooges whose entire agendas revolve around passing out handouts left and right.

Plus, and this is key, handing out reparations (especially $100 trillion) to every single black person in the country would destroy the economy and thus rip opportunity and freedom away from everybody, including black Americans. 

The people to whom reparations were owed are long dead; our duty is to the living, and to generations yet to come, and their interests are best served by liberty and prosperity, not by moral theater.

We Fixed It. A Progressives' View of Urban America

Here we have a picture of Detroit Michigan, back when it was a hideous cesspool that lacked any semblance of diversity. Just look, this is Detroit in 1916.  Don't you feel disgusted?  

You don't see a single African-American expressing their culture. All the women are dress modestly in public because the white patriarchy insisted, believing leaving something to the imagination was a good thing or something silly like that. Not one gay porn shop in sight. Hell, no gays anywhere expressing their love, having to practice their lifestyle in private, and in the dark recesses of society. And no uncommitted interracial couples with their many bi-racial children walking through the crowded street.

And don't get me started on all the blatantly disgusting normative capitalist signs everywhere. Even the streets are revolting clean because of the white patriarchy's lackeys, the city's oppressive law enforcement that prowled the streets on foot with billy clubs in hand. 

It saddens me to look at this picture, then I look at modern Detroit, an interracial paradise of tolerance and diversity, and I breathe a sigh of relief. We liberals and progressives are going to fix the rest of America,  just like we did Detroit.  

Ready for Eric Holder 2.0?

Look for one of the first duties, hopefully after the president gets through licking his wounds from mid-term election results, is to send his nomination to the hill for replacement of the corrupt out going Attorney General, Eric Holder.  Speculation is it will be Thomas Perez, the present Secretary of Labor.  Yeah, the same Labor Dept. that gave us phony job numbers before the 2012 election, and almost unbelievable fairytale numbers just in time for the 2014 mid-terms. Imagine that!

He's a perfect tool for Obama's upcoming assault on America's Immigration Laws and enforcement on the states.  Look for a swift attempt at confirmation while Democrats still hold chairmanship of committees in the Senate.

Human Rights Campaign Report Brings Death Threats

A new report published by the Human Rights Campaign ratchets up the rhetoric in its fight for LGBT rights, claiming pro-family activists have formed a "global network of extremists." Complete with pencil-sketched portraits, the report lists leaders of 12 pro-family organizations as the “most vitriolic American activists promoting anti-LGBT bigotry abroad,” HRC said in a press release. Conservatives liken the report to a hit list. 

 “It’s like the only things missing are the words ‘wanted dead or alive,’” said Peter Sprigg, senior fellow for policy studies at the Family Research Council (FRC).

Scott Lively, the first activist listed in the report, claims he received death threats following the report’s publication. Lively believes HRC published the list to incite intimidation against the people named, especially in light of one gay activist’s attempted mass murder at FRC two years ago. “As of today, I am for the first time going to start taking precautions against the possibility of violence by agents of the LGBT movement,” Lively said in a blog post. 

In August 2012, Floyd Corkins II opened fire in the lobby of FRC’s Washington, D.C., headquarters, shooting one security guard in the arm before the unarmed officer subdued him. Planning to kill as many people as he could, Corkins carried more than 100 rounds of ammunition and 15 Chick-fil-A sandwiches to smear in his victims’ faces as a political statement. Corkins, who had been volunteering at The DC Center for the LGBT Community, targeted FRC after the organization backed Chick-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy’s stance against gay marriage. In September, a district judge sentenced Corkins to 25 years in prison.

To create its report, HRC relied in part on the Southern Poverty Law Center’s list of anti-LGBT “hate groups.” Corkins admitted he used the same list to select FRC as his target, Sprigg said.

The report places the people listed in the uncomfortable position of arguing they aren’t “haters,” said Peter LaBarbera, president of Americans For Truth About Homosexuality and the fourth activist listed in the report. American culture is saturated with the idea that opposition to homosexuality equals hate, and the rhetoric espoused in the HRC report increases the difficulty of disassociating Christian beliefs from hate.

 “This cultural war is hard to fight because these falsehoods are always advanced in the name of good,” LaBarbera said. “The average Christian is largely ignorant of how much premeditated work has gone into driving this false equivalence.”

"Hoping to stem the recent surge of migrants at the Southwest border, the Obama administration is considering whether to allow hundreds of minors and young adults from Honduras into the United States without making the dangerous trek through Mexico, according to a draft of the proposal.

If approved, the plan would direct the government to screen thousands of children and youths in Honduras to see if they can enter the United States as refugees or on emergency humanitarian grounds. It would be the first American refugee effort in a nation reachable by land to the United States, the White House said, putting the violence in Honduras on the level of humanitarian emergencies in Haiti and Vietnam, where such programs have been conducted in the past amid war and major crises.

Critics of the plan were quick to pounce, saying it appeared to redefine the legal definition of a refugee and would only increase the flow of migration to the United States...."

Leftists Flip Out As University Replaces Gender Studies With Founding Documents Center

Students, faculty, and alumni of the University of South Carolina are outraged and spitting mad over the university's decision to drop a gender studies center that teaches, among other things, how to become a lesbian in 10 days, in favor of an American Founding Documents Study Center.

Leftists are not only claiming it's  un-American to change the center, but the founding documents are not really relevant in the real world. However, somehow learning to become a lesbian in under two weeks apparently is.

Most importantly, though, the programs are intended to prepare students for the expectations of college-level discourse and open them up for the diversity they’ll find both on campus and in the real world...." 

"The move puts South Carolina colleges back in compliance with a 90-year-old state law which requires colleges to teach students a year’s worth of courses on the nation’s founding documents." 

Just so you understand, the Morning News’ official editorial is insisting that knowing the Bill of Rights is irrelevant to “college level discourse” and the real world.

The Reinvigorated Thought Police

In the space of just a few weeks, the quality of American freedom has been cheapened and its future made uncertain by a renewed assault of left-wingers bent on having their own way and running roughshod over all other opinions in the process.  
 
This intolerance is political. It is issue-driven. It is meant to ensure a leftist agenda prevails despite legality, logic or popular support. They often exaggerate their claims of support by quoting phony polls and statistics said to reinforce their views. 

Despite liberal declarations in 2008 that America was entering a “post-racial” era, the race card seems to be played more than every. Free speech through political contributions (from conservatives, at least) is under fire even though the U.S. Supreme Court, for one, continues to invalidate onerous campaign finance restrictions.  Americans who have spoken out on the issues of traditional marriage have found themselves attacked, protested and forced out of public and private positions they have earned on merit because they dare to hold views counter to the mob.

These leftist have sought to imprint their opinions on America through the media, public institutions and schools. Anyone who is found to hold beliefs counter to theirs are smeared as racist, traditionalist, sexist or homophobic because what this evil minority has not yet been able to do is stop the exchange of ideas that Americans have come to appreciate and is still guaranteed by our Constitution.
