Fights break out at Anti-violence Event 
KSBH - KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Fights broke out at the Rock The Block event Saturday night in Kansas City, Mo., at Union Station, resulting in multiple arrests and organizers closing the gates.
Police said they responded to several fights throughout the night at the event put on by Mayor Sly James meant to crack down on teen violence. The event is aimed toward keeping the streets safe and giving young people something fun and safe to do. Rock The Block ended early a short time later, with the mayor's spokesman saying, "(The mayor) wasn't going to let there be an unsafe situation. (Video)
Man killed at ‘End Violence’ March
KMOV- ST.Louis Mo. -  Homicide was called to the scene of a shooting near the spot where an end violence march ended on Saturday. Police say the victim, a man in his 30s, was shot in the torso and head on 21st Street and St. Louis Avenue near Rauschenbach Park.
This homicide marks the 127th of the year. In 2014, St. Louis had its 127th homicide in November.
