The BEST REASON YET to Disband the Department of Education

When President Jimmy Carter created the DOE in the late 1970's America had one of the best early education systems in the world. Those days have passed  Taking over the system by the Federal Government as a sidebar to equality in education under the guise of civil rights, gave undue power of indoctrination. Courts began upholding a misinterpreted "Separation of Church and State" and ACLU lawyers stormed school house doors with orders to stop anything (like evil Christmas plays) even remotely Christian in nature. 
Where are they now while children are being indoctrinated in Islam?

Department of Education Indoctrinates Students Into Islam

Christian Action Network (CAN) has sent a “Letter of Demand” to the U.S. Department of Education (DOE) mandating that it cease its Islamic education program for the nation’s public schools. The DOE Islamic education program is currently being presented to the nation’s schools and teachers through the Federal Funded PBS LearningMedia website.

If the conditions of its “Letter of Demand” are not met within 60 days, CAN says it will bring a federal lawsuit against the DOE challenging the constitutionality of the federally funded program. CAN is also issuing a “Letter of Demand” to the Public Broadcasting Service demanding that it also remove all Islamic educational material from its PBS LearningMedia that violates the U.S. Constitution. 

"It doesn’t appear that the either DOE or PBS LearningMedia offer similar instructional material on Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism or Hinduism through the PBS LearningMedia website...."

"The DOE Islamic education program is not only a certain violation of the U.S. Constitution but a brazen and underhanded attempt to indoctrinate children into the religion of Islam. It must be removed immediately."

Among the contentious material being presented through the DOE Islam program are worksheets, questions, activities and media that steep children into the world of Islamic worship. Children are asked, or told, to complete such assignments as:

“…explore and understand the basic beliefs of Islam as well as the Five Pillars that guide Muslims in their daily life; belief, fasting, almsgiving, and pilgrimage.” 

“…focus on learning about the core duties of Muslims…”

“…read about what it means to proclaim faith or belief as a Muslim.”

“…watch the two streaming video segments about prayer preparation and the set of movements for prayer.”

In addition, students are expected to correctly understand and answer such questions as:

“Describe the process that Muslims go through to prepare to pray.” “What do the prayers sound like?”

“What do the movements look like?”

“What are some of the things Muslims say during prayer?”

Activities include having students “create a poster about the Five Pillars of Islam to be displayed in the classroom and around the school.  

“This Islamic educational program fails as an appropriate lesson plan for the public schools. It has little or nothing to do with understanding the history of Islam, its contributions to society or its impact on social norms.”

This is MUSLIM INDOCTRINATION, pure and simple!

In this case Maximum Maxie Waters, who took to the floor of the House to denounce a man who has probably done more for, and has plans to do even more for Blacks in America then she will ever do. Standing up and giving one of her usual progtardish racist rants didn't set to well with one man, a veteran and a proud American....

We continually see this moonbat at the helm spewing her anti-Trump rhetoric as she goes on CNN leading the charge for his impeachment, even though she has zero evidence to support her ridiculous nonsense. But when she went to the House floor Monday night to play the race card and then viciously attack Trump supporters by labeling them “un-patriotic,” one veteran heard the nonsense and immediately opened up a huge can of whoop ass that Waters couldn’t contain.

Waters began her 9-minute tirade flat-out telling Americans that she has “no respect” for President Trump, announcing that her sole mission in life is not to support the will of her constituents, but to “destroy Trump.” While we’ve all grown accustomed Waters’ vitriol against the president at this point, she then decided to go on the attack against Trump’s supporters, blasting them for not being as patriotic as she and Democrats are.

"When we fight against this president, and we point out how dangerous he is for this society and for this country, we’re fighting for the democracy. We’re fighting for America. We’re saying to those who say they’re patriotic but they’ve turned a blind eye to the destruction that he’s about to cause this country, ‘You’re not nearly as patriotic as we are."

"Mr. Speaker, my position against this president and his administration is clear. I oppose this president. I do not honor this president. I do not respect this president."

Once she was done putting Trump supporters on blast, she then went onto round #2, where she dropped her famous race card, saying that African-Americans have always “been there for America” by fighting in wars, but that America has never had their back:

"African-Americans have struggled and fought historically, many African-Americans have paid a huge price fighting for justice and equality in this country, have died for it. “…Despite the fact that America has not always been there for us, we’ve always been there for America. We have fought in America’s wars. We have suffered discrimination, we have suffered isolation and undermining. But we stand up for America, often times when others who think they are more patriotic, who say they are more patriotic, do not."

Waters doesn’t speak for every African-American, much less for the countless veterans who have fought, died, and bled for her right to stand in front of Congress and flap her ungrateful and bigoted fat mouth. And when one Vietnam veteran caught wind of the ridiculous nonsense that Waters was spewing, he immediately unleashed a fiery tirade of his own, sending the race-baiting hag straight to the cave that she crawled out of on Monday. Here’s what the Vietnam Veteran Dan Flynn had to say about Waters’ speech, that will make you proud as hell to be an American:

"No, I don’t just say I am patriotic, I am. I was combat infantry in Vietnam, my dad served with Patton in WWII and my great great great grandfather served on the side of the North in the Civil War. His brother died in that war. A lot of my family’s blood has been spilled giving you the right to spout your crap. In fact, a whole lot more white blood has served this country, much of it in the Civil War. No one has ever diminished the cost or sacrifice of African Americans. DO NOT DIMINISH our contribution! The Lord has taught me I shouldn’t hate. But, I can loathe and despise you and everything you stand for. 

You are an ignorant, bureaucrat who has sucked off the public teat for so long it has deprived what little brain you have of the oxygen to even make a coherent argument. You talk of the black caucus. What a joke! How many members of the CBC have had ethics charges levied against them (including you)? How many are currently under indictment, are currently incarcerated or have served jail time? The percentage is way above the Congress as a whole. Stand proud Maxine, you are a moron’s moron."

The Slow Painful Death of the Truth

The general public truly lives in two separate worlds. We have the world of the mainstream media, popular culture and political rhetoric; a world which constantly and desperately seeks to twist or destroy any legitimate measure of reality, leading people into a frenzied fog. Then, we have the world of concrete facts; an ugly, brutal world that upsets many people when they see it and leaves them with little more than the hope that the most innovative of us will perhaps reverse the disastrous course, or at least, survive to carry on a meaningful level of civilization.

The sad thing is, if a majority of the population studied and accepted the world of fact, then preparation and intelligent or aggressive action might negate any destructive outcome. Reality only grows more ugly because we continue to ignore it. Have you ever come to a logical or practical conclusion in response to a national or global problem and waited in vain to hear it represented in the mainstream? Have you ever thought — if I can figure this out, why can’t they? And by “they,” I mean the people most commonly offered a mainstream platform.

This includes so called “professional journalists,” political leaders, mainstream economists, highly paid “analysts,” etc. Well, I think more and more Americans in particular are finally considering the notion that these “professionals” are either not very smart, or they have an agenda that seeks to perpetuate the problem rather than fix the problem. Yes, the intellectual class, the longtime gatekeepers of public thought and consent, are actually mostly morons and/or liars with a terrible purpose in mind. I understand that this does not come as a surprise to many of my readers, but remember, the masses are still trapped in a stupefying fog.

The Healthcare Bill Debacle: If you happen to take note of stock market reactions to legislative events, you may have observed that equities recently suffered a swift sidekick to the solar plexus (read the section on stocks below as to why this matters little). This is, according to the mainstream, due to the failure of the Trump administration’s Obamacare repeal efforts. The first assumption here is that stock markets exploded higher after Trump’s election win purely because the investment world was placing bets that Trump would ram through tax cuts and pro-business legislation within his first year. The second assumption is that because Trump’s first piece of major legislation, the repeal of Obamacare, has failed, he will not be able to achieve any of his other stated goals, including tax cuts.

Russian Hackers And Political Influence: This narrative just refuses to die, and the only point I can see to it so far is that it is a way for establishment elites to keep the political left constantly agitated. The left becomes more and more insane in their rhetoric and behavior exactly because the mainstream continues to perpetuate the rationale that Trump is “not really president.” Think about it — the left was already hurtling towards the madness of full-blown communism, but in order to reach a crescendo of schizophrenic violence, they need a little more psychological justification. If they can be convinced that Trump is now a “Russian agent,” they have all the justification they need to take their mob actions to the next level.

Clinton Corruption: Why are the Clintons still running around free? Why is no one talking about prosecution anymore? This question is for Trump, of course. Now, I predicted post election that Trump would indeed abandon all talk of Hillary Clinton going to prison almost immediately, but I would like to hear his argument as to why this should no longer be pursued.

Illegal Immigration: Why is enforcement of existing immigration laws, laws which have been a standard for decades, such a divisive issue? Most countries in the world have stringent immigration laws, why is it that America is not allowed to enforce similar laws? Why does the left in particular consider the removal of illegal immigrants representative of “racism” or “fascism?” I realize they are mostly insane, but I would just like to hear one valid and practical argument from them as to why the U.S. specifically should be saddled with wide open borders and why American conservatives in particular are racist merely for demanding that the current laws be followed? Why are we still arguing about this?

The Mainstream Media Is Dying: The bastion guardian of all that is “mainstream,” the arbiter of who is “fake news” and who is “real news,” is actually in rapid decline, but you will never hear them admit it publicly. Many alternative media outlets are crushing the readership and viewership numbers of many mainstream media publications and shows, but much of the public still clings to the faulty concept that there is a particular level of “professionalism” that goes into the production of these narrative peddlers. We have been brainwashed with stories of “journalistic integrity” that lead us to consider media a higher calling. This is, of course, pure garbage.

As was made fully evident this past election, there is absolutely no integrity whatsoever in the journalistic field. There are only people with agendas and people who whore themselves out for people with agendas. That’s it. You may find a few honest souls on the conservative side of the media apparatus, but in large part, journalism is like a Vegas brothel.

Without Nikki Haley, Like Locusts, Unions Swarm On South Carolina

* Full Discloser - I am, and have been in the past because of the nature of the business being grandfathered in before our Right-to Work laws passed, a legally intimidated member of a labor union. I am also a business owner who has defeated union tactics before the state labor relations board. Unions have far surpassed their original purpose of fairly protecting employees, to becoming extremist in the protection of their power bases such the teacher's union, protecting under-performing and unqualified teachers at high cost to our education system. They have become for the most part a legal skimming operation that extorts money from members for political purposes and are the biggest donor to the democrat party. I am in no way criticizing union members, just the extortion racket they are forced to participate in.  

With the departure of Governor Nikki Haley to become the ambassador to the United Nations, vocal advocacy for union-free growth has seemingly gone missing in the state capitol of South Carolina. The unions believe they smell blood in the water.

The Spectacle - "Recently, more than a dozen out-of-state organizers from the United Auto Workers checked into a hotel in Greenville. Their mission? To start making intrusive house calls at the homes of BMW’s union-free employees in nearby Spartanburg in attempt to unionize the German car maker. 

Elsewhere in the state, Teamster organizers out of Washington, D.C. and elsewhere are targeting food-delivery drivers in an attempt to build up that union’s sagging membership. In Georgetown, the United Steelworkers are trying to unionize workers at a nursing home, according to a recent petition filed with the National Labor Relations Board.

All of these efforts in the Palmetto State come on the heels of the Machinist union’s overwhelming defeat at Boeing’s plant in North Charleston in February, when workers voted three to one to reject unionization.They also come at a time when the state is enjoying the lowest unemployment rate in years and companies like Volvo and Mercedes are bringing in thousands of jobs. In large part, South Carolina’s reputation for being a good place for employers to bring jobs to is due to its status as a Right-to-Work state, as well as having the lowest unionization rate in the country.  

Both of these are things unions would like to change.

Ms. Haley’s successor, Henry McMaster, was elevated to the governorship when Haley became U.N. ambassador but he, so far, has remained rather silent when it comes to unions targeting the Palmetto State. Unlike his predecessor who actively campaigned on keeping unions out of South Carolina, during the Boeing union drive in February, McMaster remained rather subdued

Given that South Carolina has the lowest unionization rate in the nation–at 1.6 percent–union organizers may be relying on South Carolinians naïveté about unions in their efforts to unionize the Palmetto State. If so, that would be unfortunate.

South Carolina’s ability to attract companies like Boeing and BMW, as well as Mercedes, Michelin and Volvo, comes in large part because it is a business-friendly state that unions have not ruined…yet."

AL Sharpton Wants Ivanka Trump Out of the WH

Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka apparently has an office in the West Wing and will act as a private citizen and consult the President on certain affairs. According to what I've read this is legal, ethical, and is not costing us a thing. Ivanka is not drawing a salary. But For some reason, Al Sharpton, who was Obama’s “go-to guy” on race relations and had unimpeded access to the White House seems to have a real problem with his room temperature level IQ understanding this.

“Giving a office on the West Wing of Ivanka Trump, somebody explain to me how you can give security clearance, access to classified material, and a office to somebody that don’t have a title or job? They say now she ain’t got no title. She ain’t got no role. We ain't payin' her no money. But she can see everything classified.” 

First off AL, the office is in the West Wing, not on it.  It's not a roof-top patio, it's an office. As for the security clearance, there are different levels of this. It's unlikely that Ivanka is allowed to see the most sensitive information, but she does need a certain level of clearance in order to consult the president. And I find it hilarious that Sharpton’s biggest problem is that Ivanka doesn't have a job. Sharpton is probably the richest, least employed person in the county, which is probably what he finds so confusing. He doesn't do anything without an extortion big bucks payday.

As ridiculous as this manufactured outrage is, at his heart, Sharpton is a race hustler and managed to insert some racism into this:

“If President Barack Obama had given his daughters or his mother-in-law an office and some access they would have run him and everybody else out the White House." 

This is just more proof that Sharpton doesn't understand how things work, like paying taxes or reading off of a teleprompter.

Taking a Stand in the Debate Over Illegal Immigration

According to the Sacramento Bee, the City Council of the celebrity enclave  of Malibu California voted 3-2 earlier this month to approve a resolution prohibiting use of city resources to enforce federal civil immigration law, thus joined the ranks of sanctuary cities.

Councilwoman Councilperson Laura Rosenthal introduced the resolution after Malibu resident, actor and former President Martin Sheen, appeared before the council in December to urge a sanctuary designation. Rosenthal told the Los Angeles Times: 

"When I reached out to some of the people at the schools and other people in the community, they told me people are scared. To the influx of immigrants coming into Malibu who may be undocumented, I wanted to send a clear message that we are here for you."

Malibu is home to wealth movie moguls and rock stars from Bob Dylan to Steven Spielberg and Barbara Streisand, who interestingly just so happened recently got their panties in a wad over access to the beach in front of their homes by the unwashed commoners. 

So you can't imagine my surprise when Diogenes recently received an email from Barbara Streisand (obviously by mistake) and addressed to someone named Arthur Sulzberger, who must run a website or something that famous people write Op-eds and pretend to know a lot about everything. After I read the unpublished post embedded in the email, I couldn't resist sharing it with my readers.

I'm sending my pool boy to NY with the $247.00 submission fee (such a pittance for a posting fee these days) but I don't mind doing my part to redistribute the wealth as our former great leader Barack once said we should.

Why I'm Against Immigration Reform

I have this employee in my housekeeping department we'll call "J". We'll call her that because most Hispanic people have a name starting with the letter J and I strictly forbid my employees from learning the names of each other because name-knowledge promotes needless chit-chat. It would be hypocritical of me not to abide by the same instructions I demand my staff follow, therefore I have no clue as to J's real name.

While reviewing security footage one night with my husband.....what's his name.... I noticed that everyone really seemed to like J. They smiled at her, waved at her, and often made physical contact,  which I'm told expresses admiration, support, or just general kindness. The traditions of the everyday little people are simply fascinating!

Coincidentally, J passed me in the hallway the other day. While she was careful to observe the two-foot rule, she did not abide by Chapter 25, Paragraph 15 of the, "Streisand Household Handbook for Successful Dealings with Ms. Streisand," which states, "On rare occasions in which you are lucky enough to come within earshot of Ms. Streisand, you are to refrain from making a single sound with any part of your body, orifice or otherwise, or article of clothing. Violation of this rule could result in termination, and replacement." She dare muttered "Excuse me!"

People seem to enjoy enjoy the company of J even though she has no musical ability. How in the world does she pull that off? Babs no comprendo.

I asked husband about it and he said that a lot of people enjoy engaging in conversation for recreational purposes. Apparently speaking with others is cathartic for some. But she doesn't speak with people because she’s asking for political favors or election donations. She's not admonishing underlings for inappropriate eye-contact, because 13% of the kitchen floor tiles contain unacceptable levels of grime, or because she found a Cheerio underneath the refrigerator and is demanding to know who's responsible. So apparently J is the Barbra Streisand of talking to people. Like I am great at singing, she is great at conversing. I'm told those who excel at conversation often have many friends.

The reason I became an Academy Award winning superstar singer/actor/director triple threat is so I could talk to other Academy Award winning living legends. If I wanted to talk to maids, I would have taken up house cleaning.  Conversations with the help are a waste of my time and a waste of their time. And I'm paying them while they're at my residence.  Plus, it's always awkward because I can't understand a word they say.  Besides, people don't get paid to talk to Barbra Streisand; people pay to talk to Barbra Streisand.  

So why do I care so much about a meaningless staffer that I may have already fired but don't remember? Why do I care so much about a lady that I may eventually have deported because her extra-dark arm hair really grosses me out? Why do I care so much about a woman who may one day accuse me of devouring an entire box of Twinkies because I desperately want to keep a late night binge session secret?

Well, the truth is, I don't. But Babs needs a supply of readily available inexpensive fence jumpers for replacements and full staffing. That's why I'm against Immigration reform!

Schumer Continues to Further the Bad Reputation of Rats

The leader of the "Pack of Rats", Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer of New York, said today that the democrats will filibuster the nomination and not vote to confirm Judge Neil Gorsuch to the U.S. Supreme Court.  Yeah, I know you're as shocked as I am seeing it's coming from the mouth of the Meryl Streep of CSPAN.

And Schumer, being the punk we all know him to be predictably trotted out his bogus reasons for opposing Gorsuch, all of them easily lifted from Democrat political talking points and none of them having anything to do with the law: 

"He favors the powerful over the weak.” ........."He won’t act as a check on President Trump”.........“We don’t want judges with ice water in their veins......”  

“After careful deliberation I have concluded that I cannot support Judge Neil Gorsuch’s nomination to the Supreme Court........”

Chucky engaged in no “deliberation” at all and made up his mind to oppose Judge Gorsuch before the man was even nominated, demonstrating an absolute lust for the irrelevant, and even suggesting that the New York State Bar Exam, which Schumer passed after graduating from Harvard Law (where else?), is way too easy.

But then Schumer, the greasy lawyer he is, knows that his objections to Gorsuch are political and have nothing to do with law or the proper role of judges.
