Judge Rules Jim Acosta Gets His Lil' Pecker Back

A Trump appointed judge ruled Friday morning the Constitution say DJT doesn't have the basic powers all other Presidents have. The president can not deny a press pass to an unprofessional grandstanding insufferable reporter from a disgraced basement ranked news network who physically pushes away an intern, and declares that Jim Acosta now has his press pass back. This is an emergency injunction, not a decision following a full trial, but the judge found a substantial likelihood that CNN would prevail on the merits (which is necessary finding for granting an injunction). The judge said the government could not say who initially decided to revoke Acosta’s hard pass. The White House had spelled out its reasons for revoking his credentials in a tweet from White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders and in a statement after CNN filed its lawsuit. But the judge said those "belated efforts were hardly sufficient to satisfy due process."

The judge also found that Acosta suffered "irreparable harm," dismissing the government's argument that CNN could simply send other reporters to cover the White House in Acosta’s place. The suit by CNN alleges that Acosta's First and Fifth Amendment rights were violated by suspending his hard pass. While the judge didn't rule on the underlying case, he signaled they were likely to prevail in their claims. Press Secretary Sarah Sanders released a statement responding to Jim Acosta’s temporary reinstatement of his press pass via a court ruling: 

“The court made clear that there is no absolute First Amendment right to access the White House. In response to the court, we will temporarily reinstate the reporter’s hard pass. We will also further develop rules and processes to ensure fair and orderly press conferences in the future. There must be decorum at the White House."

The judge framed all this as a matter of process, which justifies Trump issuing a set of rules of decorum. I assume the rules will include a requirement that a reporter who has received a response (whether it's to his liking or not) must relinquish the microphone once the President (or press secretary) has moved on to the next questioner, and that there can be no physical interference with a staff member who is there to retrive the microphone.

Hillary Finally Wins An Election

The Texas State Board of Education have elected to keep Hillary Clinton, Helen Keller and several other historical figures in the Texas social studies curriculum. Clinton, Keller and other figures were on the chopping block, but ultimately will remain as well as (much to the chagrin of leftest) the biblical figure Moses, who is currently listed as a basis of Law in the U.S. government curriculum.

The board undertook this curriculum streamlining effort to save teachers time and provide them more flexibility in the classroom. Students are resorting to rote memorization instead of real learning, the board said, and one way to tackle this would be to cut down on what they're required to learn.

Volunteer working groups were convened to find places to cut and tweak the curriculum. The board then took up these suggested changes in September, voting to eliminate Clinton, Helen Keller and dozens of other historical figures. Since then, the story has gone viral, with the majority-Republican board accused of allowing its politics to influence what kids are taught in classrooms. The board voted 12-2 to keep Clinton with Republicans Pat Hardy of Fort Worth and Geraldine "Tincy" Miller of Dallas voting for elimination. Hardy said she voted to axe Clinton because "she doesn't represent good citizenship."

And finally on Wednesday, the board shot down an attempt by board member Erika Beltran, D-Fort Worth, and backed by all other five of the board's Democrats, to cut Moses from the high school U.S. government standard that describes him as an 'individual whose principles of laws and government institutions informed the American founding documents'.  "This particular individual, we have no evidence that he actually influenced the founding fathers," Beltran said, to which board member Bradley who objected replied, "I'm going to go ahead and err on the side of caution. I'd rather disagree with you than Moses."

The board also rejected a recommendation to remove a reference to the “heroism” of the defenders of the Alamo, meaning, as a Board of Education release said: "Texas schoolchildren will still learn of the heroic ‘Victory or Death’ letter penned by Lt. Col. William Barret Travis while besieged in the Alamo."

Carisa Lopez, political director of the leftist nonprofit Texas Freedom Network (which describes itself as the “state’s watchdog for monitoring far-right issues, organizations, money and leaders”), reacted to the latest vote by the board in expected ironic fashion:

"When it comes to writing curriculum standards for our kids’ schools, it’s painfully clear that the personal beliefs of politicians on the state board matter more than what countless historians and teachers have told them is factually true. Rather than teaching the truth, too many board members stubbornly mislead students on fundamental facts from our nation’s history. Texas kids deserve a lot better than a politicized version of history that fuels so many of the divisions in our country today."

The brazenness of the theft is astounding. The theft of elections, even defying court orders to stop while the whole world is watching, is a new low in American politics, and testifies to the Left’s overriding lust for power. The Democrats have never recovered their equilibrium after losing to Donald Trump in 2016, and now appear to be willing to stop at nothing -- absolutely nothing -- to neutralize Trump and regain their hegemony.

But there is more to this open theft than just that. The shamelessness and unapologetic audacity of this election fraud is no accident. The Democrats in Arizona and Florida and their allies in the establishment media piously intone that “all votes must be counted” as this fraud unfolds before our eyes, but they’re neither stupid nor naïve. It is much more likely that their very brazenness is not a bug, but a feature. The Left is doing this out in the open to send a message: There is nothing you can do. We will win. If we lose, we will cheat. We will lie. We will steal. And there is nothing, absolutely nothing, that you can do about it.

The election fraud in Arizona and Florida is a continuation of the Kavanaugh hearings. Just as the outrageously false allegations of sexual assault and rape against Brett Kavanaugh did, the election fraud demonstrates that there is no low to which the Democrats will not stoop to gain and hold power. They will even affect a self-righteous mien of moral superiority while stooping.

Cicero is remembered today as a great Roman orator, but few recall that he was a lawyer by trade. Cicero’s eloquence eventually enabled him to rise to the rank of Consul, in which capacity he presided over the execution without trial of five Senators. He was exiled for this unlawful act and, at length, was himself illegally executed. There’s a lesson here for the Democrats who increasingly employ lubricious lawyers to circumvent the rule of law.

Cicero’s career, which contributed to the republic’s collapse, came to mind when Democrat Bill Nelson hired attorney Marc E. Elias — a “recount specialist” with ties to Hillary Clinton and George Soros — to sue the state of Florida over the outcome of its recent senatorial race. Elias made his intentions clear upon arriving in the Sunshine State: “We’re doing this not just because it’s automatic… we’re doing it to win.”

In the eyes of Democrats, the law is just something to get around when it comes to winning what you want. That’s why they’re dangerous. Our government, like the Roman republic, is based on the principle that no one is above the law. The Democrats have assiduously undermined that principle, but this is as dangerous for them as it is for us. They should consider Cicero, whose executioners had been sent by his young protege, Octavian. The latter knew about those five executions and the former wound up with his head in a bag. It's bad enough we have to witness the Democrats attempt with no shame what-so-ever to dismantle the sacred idea of America, pretending all the while, in the name of free and fair elections to proceed making a mockery of our system by stealing elections right in front of our eyes. The same Americans proclaim their liberal tolerance as their supporters followers Brownshirt and Jackboot their way through our culture.

These same people support without hesitation the grand scheme portending the rapidly advancing death of mother earth by academic grant money fueled pseudoscience and dystopian Sci-Fi novel fear mongering, some even claiming man-made global warming deniers should be punished for their thought crimes. And let's not forget their "race is just a social construct".  But who are really the deniers of true proven science? The Deniers of Genetics and Biology.

Democrats: ‘Cruel and Unscientific’ to Define Legal Sex by Biology

It is “cruel and unscientific” to define a person’s legal sex by their biology, says a pro-transgender complaint signed by 98 Democratic House legislators.

The Democrats’ statement was sent to President Donald Trump’s administration after the New York Times reported that the administration will formally clarify that the sex of people involved in sex-discrimination legal fights will be based on their male or female body.

Trump’s biology-determines-sex policy “makes it clear that members of this administration are willing to … solidify an archaic, dogmatic, and alarming view of the world,” the Democrats complain their letter to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The Democrats and transgender advocates want government agencies to let people define their legal sex by declaring their internal feeling of male or female “gender identity,” regardless of their male or female body and biology. Yet there is no scientific or legal measure of “gender identity.”

This identity-beats-biology change would erase any recognition of biological women and biological men from the law. Trump’s biology-determines-sex policy would preserve the nation’s existing law and culture that accepts the near-universal view that that women and men are legally equal but also different and complementary.

The letter also gaslights Americans by pretending that the law already defines sex by “gender identity.” This pretense allows the Democrats to claim that Trump’s “re-defining [sex] raises countless practical, legal, and medical questions.”

So Now Butt Hurt Is Grounds For Litigation??

According to some news reports, CNN, on behalf of their highest profile self-important, grandstanding asshole jerk Jim Acosta, may be preparing to sue the Trump administration for suspending Acosta's press credentials. The action was taken after Acosta's latest juvenile tantrum at the last WH Presser.  I'm not clear on why CNN thinks they can sue and for what, seeing the White House is the sole arbiter of who holds WH Press credentials.

Former ABC News reporter Sam Donaldson, himself a  confrontational thorn in the side of Ronald Reagan for eight years, appeared Sunday on CNN's Lil Brian Stelter's "Reliable Sources" (ironic name to say the least) and said he believed a lawsuit had already been filed. Donaldson said he was told about the possible legal action because "I've been asked to give an affidavit, which I prepared, to be submitted to the court."

And once again, the media muddles the water with fake news. Acosta was not barred from the White Press Room solely for being the usual ass we have all come to know, but was suspended , just as WH statement issued read, for the treatment of the intern, treatment the media immediately tried to quash with their own loony conspiracy theory.

I think we may have taken a turn in relation to the view of the media in this country. The Media may have lost almost all of their fragile credibility, but finally have what they hoped for, Victim Status. And with their newly attained status as victim, they can now use any word, any situation they please against DJT, just as every other whiny tantrum throwing group that claims victimhood for one thing or another. 

UPDATE: In an interview with Axios, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) claimed that it is “very squarely within our responsibility to find out” if Trump’s attacks targeting CNN and the Washington Post are an abuse of White House authority and power. So get out the body armor and the good Bourbon, this might be real interesting to watch......

Former first lady Michelle Obama has chosen to bless us with her first book post-White House,  a memoir titled “Becoming” that is set to hit the store shelves Tuesday. It follows Obama’s journey from the South Side of Chicago to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

Middle Finger News was able to steal attain an advance readers copy of the 426-page book and undertook the arduous task of reading it so you don't have to. We even mustered enough enthusiasm to write a review for you, because we're just that kinda people.......

Even though she resides in the top .001% of wealth, power and celebrity, Ms. Obama never lets us forget the deep personal pain of growing up in a middle-class, two-parent household and receiving one of the finest educations the world can offer. She gives the reader the impression she's felt most of her life people saw her a large unattractive woman, because so many address her "Sir".

The most interesting parts of the generally boring ramblings were about the Fame and Fortune of White House Years, when America dressed her in the finest, and kissed her feet as their Queen.  Mrs. Obama tells of her overwhelming feeling of apprehension to take all those wonderful royal, incredibly luxurious, taxpayer-paid vacations, vacations sometime under the guise of education, that along with moms Robinson and daughters Sushi and Malaria, cost the us millions of dollars. But, because she is was elected queen of all America, she considers that cost her just due. She bravely confesses to us her mother being “a little bit” wary about her effeminate future son-in-law being part cracker, a product of a white mom and black dad. But she tells us that apprehension was finally wiped away while kicked back collecting a pension and living in her own apartment with antique four-poster bed and sitting area on the third floor of the White House, living large at the taxpayer expense. 

The most touching parts of Mrs. Obamas memoirs tells us one of her warmest memories as First Lady was while a lengthy taxpayer funded vacation in Europe she was honored by the city of Milan and Italian Government with a sculpture done in her honor, 'The Grosso Culo', capturing in stone the very essence of America's First lady. Mrs. Obama also devotes a chapter of thoughts on her devoted love of Charity work and another on memories of her many requested Television appearances, and a non-blockbuster movie of her budding bromance with a young Barack.

All in all, The Prestigious Middle Finger Book Review gives  Michelle Obama's Memoir "Becoming" 2 of 7 Stars. It's printed on really nice quality paper and is quite hefty for it's size, so if you happen to receive a copy as a gift this holiday season, it will make an excellent doorstop and the cover image should help keep rodents at bay. ~T.M.

It's One Thing To Refuse To Condemn. It's Another To Defend

It's hard to imagine any organization trying harder to becoming less respected then this one. CNN is the network which featured Chris Cuomo defending antifa violence, claiming that it was a better kind of violence than the violence which might be offered by its victims. He doesn't bother to mention that antifa is the one that starts the attacks and that there is usually zero violence offered by its victims. They're too busy bleeding from a headwound from a bicycle lock.

CNN is the network which featured Don Lemon claiming that the mob that harassed, threatened, and chased Ted Cruz out of a restaurant were "just people who were upset," and further riotsplained that this "was not mob behavior." The specific group Don Lemon defended was SmashRacism, which is the same group that just attempted to smash through Tucker Carlson's door when his wife and children were in the house. He actually defended the specific group that just attacked a journalist's home.

When commentator Matt Lewis brought up SmashRacism -- again, the very group that just attempted a home invasion of Tucker Carlson, and its chasing Cruz out of a restaurant, calling it mob behavior, CNN's Brooke Baldwin again defended SmashRacism, claiming it wasn't a "mob," and in fact forbidding the very word from being uttered. So we have CNN repeatedly defending antifa's tactics, and we have them repeatedly defending the tactics of this particular sect of antifa, SmashRacism.

Remember, this is the network that screams "You're threatening the media!" when people chant "CNN sucks!
