Efrem Zimbalist Jr. Please Pick Up the White Courtesy Phone

Inspector Lewis Erskine & Inspector Trainee Jacques Clouseau Jr.

Back when the world was still in black and white, most peoples idea of the FBI was a cadre of honest and upstanding men and women of law enforcement. The best at the ready; G-Men willing to risk life and limb to prevent crime or solve one, like super heroes always getting their man, and always within the span of one-hour.  No one ever thought the FBI would be tasked with creating a crime.

The plot to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer was, from the start, doomed to fail. It was never going to happen because in the ranks of 14 cartoon characters were, at a minimum, an additional 12 G-Men. These informants are supposed to be like mall cops. Observe and report. They are not tasked with creating a crime, but that is apparently what the FBI does now.

'Oikosphobia' is not the Fear of Mass-market Greek Yogurt

As history has pointed out many times, that when the freest and most prosperous societies for their times reach the peak of egalitarianism, something strange happens. The most comfortable and privileged members of  free and prosperous society develop a hatred of their own people and home. Sound familiar??

Benedict Beckeld, a Swedish PhD in Philosophy has written about this combination of insanity, stupidity and self-hatred that is sometimes called 'Oikophobia.’ In 2004 philosopher Roger Scruton described Oikophobia as, “the felt need to denigrate the customs, culture and institutions that are identifiable ‘ours’". Part of this has to do with a need by many to feel superior to others.

Here in America, even as the population of half the third world so it seems, is risking its life to enter mature, tolerant, prosperous Western liberal democracies, the coastal elites have come to despise American culture. Through media and the educational system, the idea has been promoted that America is nothing but a backwards culture built on oppression and exploitation. The elite seek to deconstruct culture then construct a new more repressive one, thus destroying the original culture without a national consensus.

As is always the case during prosperity fueled oikophobia, the sins of the society are compared to some imagined utopia, not against conditions as they have existed in most societies for most of history. If the status seeking elite were to compare their culture to the human sacrifice of the Aztecs.....or the oppression of the Cultural Revolution.....or the persistence of modern day slavery in the 3rd world...their pronouncement about the awfulness of their own culture could be seen to be the product of either ignorance or an attempt to mislead.  Instead, they have  embraced the playbook of Mao’s Cultural Revolution and we now have calls for snitch squads to be created, turning people against each other and creating the platforms to turn each other in as “extremists.

The important thing to remember is that this degrading of one’s own culture, history and people is a status seeking technique. When a young “woke” college student decries White Privilege....…they aren't offering to make a sacrifice on their part to help elevate some oppressed person. They're simply pointing out that they're better than the other guy.

As Dr. Beckeld also pointed out, as oikophobia increases among elites in a society, oikiphilia increases among the lower classes. So the more the elites come to hate and despise the culture, heritage and history of their society, the more the lower classes seek to defend it.

And so Patriots.....here we are.

Deplatforming Reaches New Heights of Absurdity

Summit - Conservative commentator and former baseball star Curt Schilling says that AIG canceled his insurance policy over his "social media profile," a new level of deplatforming not yet seen. "The agent told us it was a decision made by and with their PR department in conjunction with management."
While innumerable Trump supporters have lost their Twitter and Facebook accounts due to social media censorship and cancel culture, cases of individuals being cut off by banks and other financial services are now growing too. The purge has gone beyond the realm of simply silencing people on major platforms for their opinions, but punishing them for expressing them by trying to make their lives unlivable.

Numerous respondents to his tweet pointed out the obvious – that without insurance it’s impossible to mortgage a home or register a vehicle. Other leftists applauded the move and said that Schilling deserved it for his support of Trump. "You’ve definitely earned it," remarked one.

What happened to Schilling is yet another chilling example of how Chinese Communist social credit score system is being implemented in America.

Democrats Are Not European-style Socialists. They Are Worse.

If I had to describe the single most disturbing thing about today’s totalitarian socialist leaning Democrat Party, I’d be hard-pressed because the number of possible choices is so large. But if I may, give an observation as a former resident (and also citizen) of a Social Democracy on a point that I don’t think most Americans fully understand.

What distinguishes social democracy from other forms of socialism is that when social democrats lose an election they accept the results. That was true in Sweden when the Social Democratic party finally had to give up power after about 50 years. And it was true in Australia when the current PM Scott Morrison surprised everyone by winning their most recent election.

American democrats have never, and never will accepted the results of the 2016, and are promising us not to accept the results of the 2020 election should they lose.  They have signaled this for the last four years by Russiagate, the ridiculous impeachment theater, the nomination of an obvious puppet candidate (proxy for others), their push for mail-in voting, and proposals such as ending the filibuster, packing SCOTUS, creating several new states, ending the Electoral College, making illegal immigrants citizens, and open borders, every single one of them designed to fundamentally change the country in ways that would keep the left in power indefinitely.

The left is exploiting the goodwill of Americans and their desire to bend over backwards to avoid any taint of racism and to atone for the racist past. Therefore, a great deal of the Democrats’ agenda has been redefined as anti-racist. That is the key they believe will lead to permanent power, and they are betting that the citizens of the US will hand it over to them.

Leftists can sense that Obama’s “fundamental transformation” is well within the possibility of imminent realization, and thus by fair means or foul they will stop at nothing to pave the way for rule by a corrupt and senile fool, managed by a Lady Macbeth of color and abetted by a large group of wealthy and powerful interests within the MSM and Academia to ensure that never again will non-leftists ever be able to have any real influence on policy or opinion within this moribund republic.

50 Day Siege of the White House - Leftist Collective Issues Tactical Briefings

"Through the campaign, candidate Trump tapped into a deep vein of concern among many citizens that America is at risk and is slipping away… Attacks on President Trump are not just about destroying him but also about destroying the vision of America that led to his election."
The 2020 political cycle is being utilized to mask the extremely hostile revolutionary nature of these events. Even the violence is a distraction. Current intelligence indicates that a siege of the White House may initiate on or about September 17th and culminate in a November 3rd election crises that carries on past the election. - former NSC Staffer, Rich Higgins

We will lay siege to the White House. We will sustain it for
exactly fifty days. This is the #WhiteHouseSiege.

The Canadian based group, known as the Blackspot Collective credited with starting and “branding" the Occupy Wall Street protests, are plotting to “lay siege to the White House” for 50 days: from September 17, the anniversary of the Occupy movement, to November 3, Election Day.  To little US media attention, they called out to their minions by issuing a series of “tactical briefings" last month. For those who may have  forgotten, this is the group that spawned, and do not condemn, the violent fascist movement we now know as ANTIFA.

From their briefing:
While, this howling void of a president, his sins too many to name, sits smugly atop a corona death-toll that may surpass two-hundred thousand Americans by Christmas, it’s time again for dramatic, decisive action. Which is why, on September 17th, in the original and enduring spirit of Occupy, we and tens of thousands of our fellow citizens will stream into Lafayette Square, in Washington. D.C.
Lawyers are already in court, mounting pre-emptive strikes and preparing for the scorched-earth scenarios likely to come … Together we can organize pop-up sieges at federal buildings in dozens of cities. What can they do if hundreds of thousands of us turn up all over the nation’s capital, day after day.”

If your cause requires bullying to get the message across, perhaps it isn't as righteous as you think it is.

The difference between leftwing ‘activism’ and the zombie apocalypse gets smaller by the day.  If your cause requires bullying to get the message across perhaps it, and your defence of it, isn’t as righteous as you think it is.  But I suppose it depends on whether you’re amused by making people miss flights and hospital appointments, or job interviews, or thwarting parents’ attempts to collect their children from school. That kind of thing. And regardless of the pretext offered on any given day, you do have to marvel at the moral vacancy of it all.

Apparently, it isn’t hard to understand that the way to make people sympathetic with your cause, whatever it may be this week, is to screw them over, because you can, and then applaud yourself for doing so. Somewhat harder to understand is that go-to solution, of which they so proud – i.e., the gratuitous trapping of motorists, is a moral non sequitur and rather like saying, “I’m troubled by the plight of the Javan rhinoceros, so I’m going to start spitting at the elderly and keying random cars, and then boast about it.”

The Obstructing-Traffic-And-Frustrating-Random-People-While-Feeling-Immensely-Self-Satisfied Thing™ first came to our attention during the Occupy (enter cause celeb) fad and it rapidly degenerated into opportunist thuggery and self-indulgent farce. A high point being when a Mao-ling mother placed her four-year-old daughter on active train tracks. Since then, in the name of “teaching others to care,” we’ve seen self-righteous mobs deliberately blocking the paths of ambulances and giving paramedics the finger, while exulting in their power to alarm, frustrate and coerce. And to endanger lives with collective impunity.

And we’ve seen fearless, selfless anti-Trump protestors surrounding and terrorising a lone female driver by trying to smash her car’s windshield, and videoing her distress for their own amusement and peer-group cred. And at which point, what you’re seeing isn’t politics or protest. It’s sociopathy.

We’ve also seen Mao-lings in running into traffic on a highway  because terrorising random motorists is the woke thing to do, apparently. And when one of them gets hurt - which will tend to happen if you swarm onto a motorway in the dark, the Mao-lings will immediately started blaming someone else, anyone but the people who actually chose to run into the path of oncoming traffic. And of course we’ve seen things like these items here and many others in the archives. All done in the name of forcing others to be compassionate. And comply.

Because Random People Must Be Punished.

Do BLM Protesters Care Whether They're Hurting Biden/Harris

They're so irrational it's particularly hard to work out what might be going on in that rusted amusement park in their heads, but with Antifa's almost nightly orgy of fire and violence, and black BLM members enjoying their opportunity for unbridled psychotic screaming in faces of white people and yelling at lamp post, the answer is clearly no.  Why would they care about helping Biden/Harris, who's past policies helped fill america's prisons.  I don't see how, believing in systemic racism and the deeply ingrained evil of America, they can think Joe Biden will further their cause. And there's a big risk that his election would deflate their energy.

The Democrats are learning, much to their chagrin, that the problem with courting and covering for chaotic anarchists and inbreed intercity soft skulls is that you can't really control them.

The Social Justice Movement has Degenerated into a Bizarre Coalition of the Aggrieved & Weird

Fat Phobia Is Rooted in Racism Against Blacks

The whole point of the political movement and religious cult of "intersectionality" is simply to construct a Coalition of the Aggrieved, and create a religious architecture that binds them completely so that they will not defect from the coalition.

This requires claiming that wealthy white women's travails are similar to those of impoverished black street kids. Muslims' oppression in AmeriKKKa is just the same as a transgender's. Note that some of the biggest fights in the Coalition of the Aggrieved come when this proposition -- that this group's alleged struggles are just as bad (or worse) than this other group's struggles, or likening one group to another group they don't like -- is tested and pushed.

But again, intersectionality is not meant to be taken as literally true. At least, not by the people running the grift. It's simply a political claim which absolutely no one believes which is repeated like a mantra to keep the Coalition of the Aggrieved voting and rioting together.

That's a decent context, I think, for evaluating a Fat Acceptance pyrsyn's claim that if you're anti-obesity, that must be because you're also anti-black.
"A professor who regularly writes about race and health issues recently argued that the stigma surrounding obesity is linked to racism. Sabrina Strings, a professor of sociology at the University of California, Irvine told CBS News that the medical community's approach to weight issues stems from anti-blackness and oppression...."
"We cannot deny the fact that fat-phobia is rooted in anti-Blackness. That's simply an historical reality. Today, when people talk about it, they often claim that they don't intend to be anti-Black ... they don't intend all of these negative associations, and yet they exist already, so whenever people start trafficking in fat-phobia, they are inherently picking up on these historical forms of oppression."
Any claim which ties one part of the Coalition of the Aggrieved to another part is a useful claim, and all useful claims must be insisted to be true even though they're plainly false or even plainly bonkers.

She also claims the mass-body index is racist.

Because: Of course.

Don't Blame Donald Trump if the Post Office Loses Your Vote

Just minutes before the start of primetime coverage of the first night of the 4 night Democrat Infomercial "Vote For Biden Because He's Not Trump" was to begin, Conspiracy Central's Joy Reid on her new MSNBC Crazy Negro Hour ramped up dangerously irresponsible rhetoric and conspiracy theories by her and her guests that would make even Ricky Maddow blush.

Not only were they openly accusing DJT of dismantling our democratic process before our very eyes and of intentionally destroying the Postal Service to rig the 2020 election, but of taking calls and directives from authoritarian world leaders on how to ensure he doesn’t leave office in January.

Worst yet, this evening's most renowned Crazy Negro was the unhinged fear-mongering liar, Russiagate conspiracy theorist Malcolm Nance, who said if worse comes to worse and DJT wins, Americans will have to take to the streets like in Belarus and try to remove Trump from office by force. Video Here.

By now you've probably heard from various soft skulls like CNN's Tater Stelter that DJT and the Postmaster General "are sabotaging democracy in plain sight" through a mix of nefarious ploys ranging from removing "blue Post Office drop boxes" to scrapping mail-sorting machines to allegedly mandating a slowdown in delivering the mail,  supposedly doing everything possible to block what is expected to be a historically high level of mail-in ballots.

The truth is far less incendiary, though still troubling. As USA Today concluded in a fact-check of various rumors floating around:
...."it is false to say mail is intentionally being slowed, despite reports that a new USPS [United States Postal Service] system might inherently cause delays.
The Trump administration said the president did not direct USPS to slow down its deliveries, and USA TODAY found no evidence of that claim being true either."
In any case, as NPR and other supposed news outlets have reported, the president has said he'd sign a bill including more funding for the Postal Service, including aid dedicated to processing any surge in mail-in votes.

Here's a little bit of math that should give voters succor.
In 2016, about 140 million total votes were cast in the presidential election, according to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission. Now assume, for the sake of argument, that the same number of votes will be cast this year as in 2016.
Even if all voters used the mail and posted their ballots on exactly the same day, that would comprise only 30 percent of the amount of mail the USPS says it processes every single day.
So if the USPS screws up delivering votes in a timely and efficient manner this fall, it won't be because of any sinister actions by the White House.

It will be because of longstanding, well-documented managerial and cultural problems that gave rise to such stock portrayals of letter carriers as Seinfeld's Newman and Cheers' Cliff Clavin.

It may take weeks for a final tally of all votes this fall depending on the closeness of the race on Election Day, and that waiting period may be excruciating to live through. But that has less to do with the USPS and more to do with local and state voting boards.

For those who are interested in the post office's chronically bad performance and "unsustainable" situation, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) has produced a long list of studies on where the problems come from and how they might be addressed. The short version is that Congress and government workers unions have blocked all sorts of serious reforms to an operation that has seen a 33 percent decline in mail volume since 2006.

If the election is stolen or rigged in any way, you can bet it's done by our friends who lost touch with reality, and vow revenge for what they believe was stolen from them in 2016.

Quite an Interesting Video on Second Inspection

As most news interview go these days, we've all learned that at least half of what we hear isn't true,  and the other half is suspect. But in the case of the short video below, those rules don't apply.  I have never seen a video quite like this one.

It's a NewsBusters clip of MSNBC's  Queball Vishnu substituting for Larry 'Stop That Hammering' O'Donnell on his basement rated sludge fest, 'The Last Word',  interviewing NPR's chia pet, chief WH press agitator Yamiche Alcindor, and associate editor Renee Graham of the once respectable but dead in the water, Boston Globe. On first play my self said WTF did I just hear her say?

What makes this short video remarkable is that not one statement, save the first few words on the percentage of the black population by Alcindor that is only slightly exaggerated and then proceeds to go off the rail, not one statement expressed by either guess is factual.  Go to the google thingy and look for yourself.  Even the negro genius from Boston got the covid numbers wrong.

It's one thing for a paid analyst to spout bullsh*t in line with the newworks biases, that's what they're paid to do. But to watch two people who pretend to play journalist lie on network television like this is a sad commentary of what we've become as a society and sure sign the establishment media as a source of truth of any kind is dead. On the integrity scale the media ranks just below Pimps.

Protesters Sue City Because It's So Expensive to Attack Police

It seems a fiberglass skateboard and a dry-rotted polish military surplus gas mask aren't enough to fight a proper revolution in the twenty-first century. Or at least the soy infused, anti-police, anti-capitalist, anti-fascist fascist, gay gamers/revolutionaries of the great northwest have come to find out.

So much so, an ambulance chaser has file suit on behalf of protestors, claiming their constitutional rights have been violated by the police department’s “indiscriminate” use of common crowd control tactics, which have forced demonstrators to purchase “expensive” protective gear in order to safely continue to attack police and vandalize downtown seattle businesses during their Summer of Love peaceful protest.

The suit claims the Seattle Police Department has acted above and outside the law and the government effectively has establish a de facto protest tax requiring purchase cost-prohibitive gear to withstand munitions as a condition to exercising their right to free speech and peaceable burn, destroy and riot.

The suit also claims the city has created a pay-to-protest racket where only a privileged few who are wealthy enough or popular enough to crowdsource funds to purchase gear akin to that used by the police department they fund can run be in the streets.

Just imagine being born in 1998 and envisioning yourself as a social justice revolutionary. You grew up in those horrific years of the obama administration, struggling with segregating your smartphones from your flat screens. Now you are finally weaned off your mother's tit, out of her suburban basement and ready for war on racism.....only to find yourself yelling into the faces of black cops.

Fighting Racism & Inequality By Racially Discriminating

Tuesday July 7 has been designated as #BlackoutDay2020, a campaign in which oppressed black people and their melanin challenged progressive supporters are called to boycott all businesses as a show of solidarity for the racial justice movement.

The movement’s founder, a Texas hip-hop artist no one has heard of named Calvin Martyr, posted a YouTube Video about holding a blackout day that sparked the movement in May.  Martyr claimed that black people account for $1.2 trillion in annual spending, so withholding spending for a day will help “break free from the chains of financial servility.” (looks like someone's been reading a dictionary)  Instead of boycotting buses, the campaign aims to boycott business, holding a day where “not one black person in American spends a dollar.”

Oh.......but participants are allowed to spend money at black-owned businesses, though.

The movement’s website states: “we will organize days, weeks, months, and years if necessary” until “the system is broken and we have risen to power as a people.”

The movement, headed by the Blackout Coalition,  revealed exactly what they are fighting for: “Our ASK is that we stop being shot down in the streets. Our ASK is the cancerous ideology that this country was founded upon be rooted out.” No specific legislation or policies were cited. Typical "It's not my fault I fail".

Personally I don't have a problem with this. It means I can go to the grocery store and not have to listen to some 300 pound Shah-Na-Na yell at her kids, or have to navigate around two overweight divas smelling of a hot Louisiana summer, doing the loud black girl act and blocking the aisles with motorized shopping carts while they visit and the kids bust open a bag Doritos off the shelf.

I'm really looking for a downside to all this. I don't see one.

Sex-crazed Monkeys Take Over Movie Theater and Setup HQ

No, while there could be parallels drawn we're not talking about Seattle or Portland, but Lobpuri Thailand, where amidst the covid lock-down the population have had to barricade themselves at home as thousands of monkeys take over the streets, monkeys who's aggressiveness making it extremely difficult for the humans of the town to move about in public.
"The randy primates have set up a HQ in a disused cinema, lashing out at anyone brave enough to try and drive them away. Unfortunately some residents first thought the best way of calming the overzealous monkeys down was to give them fast food – but this has just made the situation worse. Their new sugary diet and the lack of tourists because of the Covid-19 crisis has conspired to make life miserable for the people of Lopburi.
The macaques are laying their dead to rest in a projection room as locals struggle to come up with a plan to reclaim the streets. Many have been forced to barricade themselves at home as the monkeys take over....."
I think it’s fairly clever of the monkeys to set up their own pseudo-city hall in an abandoned movie theater.  It shows they have more sense of the need for civil order than the anarchists and their street allied skateboarders & gay boy gamer live stream journalist and homeless junkies of the late CHAD, or CHOP, or whatever Seattle was calling it in it's last days. And the monkeys wouldn't even dream of setting a Wendy’s on fire. There’s too much food in there.

And like some 'protesters', shameless monkeys crap and have sex wherever they want, and don’t care.  But Hey. It’s their city.  They can do what they want. At least the monkeys don’t have the nerve to run the police off and then try to call 911 when they have a problem.

The monkeys in Lobpuri seem to have a more cohesive sense of community than we do here in America. Maybe it’s because they’re focused on only a few things, like screwing, eating and chasing cats whereas we spend an awful lot of our time arguing with each other about things that don’t even matter all that much.

Dem's Banking on America's Soft Skulls

Call this conspiratorial thinking if you want, but the whipsawing back and forth between COVID-19 hysteria and street rioting over exceedingly rare deaths of black criminal suspects while resisting arrest – while we’re being told that those “mostly peaceful” protests have no effect in spreading the virus – is something unprecedented in the history of American media, and while it would appear to defy explanation it certainly does not.

Might we remind our readers that this is an election year?

Let’s remember that 40 percent of the electorate thinks Biden might have dementia, which is not an impression Biden’s latest public appearance did much to dispel. Biden said that he’s taking “regular” cognitive tests, which isn’t something he’d have to do if people didn’t think he needed them.  It’s fair to say that a party saddled with this as its nominee would be interested in creating sub-normal circumstances by which to skew the electorate.

It’s July. The vast majority of Americans are nowhere near thinking about the election. But whatever media buzz there would be about the resiliency of the economy has been buried by talk of riots and mask mandates and assurances that riots have nothing to do with spreading the virus (though bellying up to a bar for a much-needed cocktail is a “super-spreader” event, dontchaknow). If you can’t see that these things are connected, and if you can’t see that the June jobs report is the precise thing the Democrats and their media allies have unleashed cultural mayhem on America to stifle in the public’s mind, then you are not paying attention.

Another Scourge of Systemic Racism - Misspelled Names

The legendary American showman P T Barnum once famously said: "I don't give a damn what you say about me as long as you spell my name right." Which brings us to Tahlea Aualiitia: an alleged journalist and, it seems, attention-seeker who as a victim of our times laments "The last person I had to correct for the misspelling of my name was someone from my own employer."
"I was invited to join a panel on representation in pop culture by the ABC News Channel earlier this month, and because the name super (the strap with my name at the bottom of the screen) was added during production, I wasn’t aware my name was spelled incorrectly until after the interview had finished and I was informed by my family and friends.
Typos happen and I understand how a slip of the finger on the keyboard turned my surname from Aualiitia into Auakiitia."
Ah, like a beer fart through silk, her forgiveness. How refreshing. An apology was forthcoming, too, so I’m sure we’re all ready to move on....
"But while it was the first time I had done a TV interview, it wasn’t the first time I had seen my name spelled wrong in the media."
Scratch that. Incoming.
"Just a month ago, my name was spelled incorrectly by a producer in my own department, the Asia Pacific Newsroom."
Yes, another misspelling of a phonetically unobvious Samoan name. That’s two whole times. A scarring experience, it would seem, one that “can have big impacts among communities that often don’t see themselves reflected in the media.”
"I knew I had to call them out.  It’s no coincidence I’m speaking up about this during the latest wave of the Black Lives Matter movement...."
Ahh...the sweet chirpings of the young and enraged. Just enough understanding to accurately point out the failings of the establishment left but experience anemic and lacking sophistication.
"It’s hard to explain what racism feels like to someone who has never experienced it.  For me, it feels like walking around with a big target hanging around my neck. You don’t know where the next attack — verbal, physical or systemic — might come from, and lived experience means you know it has to do with the colour of your skin."
Systemic name misspelling. It’s a thing now. A racist attack. And when you're on a public platform like national TV or social media, it feels like that target triples in size.  A sense of proportion is not, I fear, Ms Aualiitia’s strong suit.  We’re then informed, pointedly, that some people can be obnoxious on Twitter. Oh My!

As grounds for a drama of racial victimhood, it all seems a little unsteady, not entirely load-bearing. But apparently, we’re to believe that two occasions of an incorrectly spelled name constitute racial oppression - systemic racial oppression - and a basis for public weeping and some kind of corrective activity.

Perhaps she takes inspiration from artist Kira Puru who wrote a clause in her contract stating that her appearance fee doubles if they misspell her name, after two Australian music festivals spelled her name wrong in promotion material in 2018.

Such is the fearlessness of our heroine in her ongoing fight against racial bigotry.
"There are countless times where the POC talent I’ve met have audibly exhaled in relief when they saw that me, a brown woman, was the one interviewing them."
And White People are fragile?

I’ll just leave that there, I think.

The “Woke” Dominatrices “of Color”

"We are now entering the third generation of those who have been indoctrinated rather than educated, which means that the political ideologies of a minority in the Sixties, today are more widespread and embedded in the halls of government, as well as in popular culture and entertainment. We sowed that wind in the Sixties, and now we are witnessing the whirlwind. The longer we appease public violence and disorder, the bolder the protesters become....."
"We have the spectacle of mayors, governors, and Congressmen abasing themselves before the “woke” dominitrices “of color,” and shedding crocodile tears for offences they never perpetrated and their punishers never suffered. Worse yet, such empty moral preening changes nothing for the people they’re supposed to help. "
"... It's not just the big cities. Increasingly, small towns have faced similar harassment. The woke mob has targeted local elected officials for the sin of not being sufficiently woke. Its goal appears to be to intimidate conservatives from getting involved at any level of government. It also appears that the mob efforts are expanding faster than anyone realizes..." - Bruce Thornton@FrontPage

This thing is now on the verge of getting out of control. I don't mean necessarily violence; I mean everything and everyone that you encounter on a daily basis and rely on for your sustenance, basic needs, commodities and services will have embraced the anti-American political movement or will go along to get along, as it were.  One way or another, you will be made to care.

Piety Through Neurosis

A concerned parent, a white Slate reader, seeks counsel from the woke hive mind:
"My sons have graduated, and their closest friends are still a mix of black, Hispanic, and white kids. I have never been concerned about the kids having any issues around race..."
That’s nice. However, inevitably, the sky soon begins to cloud:
"But one of our sons mentioned recently how irritated he is by the form he has to fill out regarding a college roommate. He has to specify his race, and all of the profiles of potential roommates he views also include race. He says all he cares about is if they are male or female and what their interests are — he doesn’t care about race..."
At which point, sharp-eyed readers may sense where this is heading.
"I’m doing more reading on racism, and if I’m understanding correctly, not caring about race is almost as bad as focusing only on race. Should he care what race his friends are? Is there something we should be doing or talking to our kids about before they go to college, or is it too late? Are they just as racist as someone who only has white friends, or am I worrying about nothing?"
Slate’s purveyor of progressive wisdom, Michelle Herman, knows a rube when she sees one:
"Not caring about or noticing race is a privilege reserved for people who are white."
A bold, indeed sweeping, claim, evidence for which is not forthcoming, presumably on grounds that time is better spent inculcating neurosis - and habitual, exploitable insecurity - all in the name of piety:
"As the sociologist Megan R. Underhill, who studies race and family, has said, “White people aren’t ‘outside’ of race—they’re at the top of the racial hierarchy.” Dismissing or downplaying this reality only perpetuates inequity and violence..."
Again, the precise mechanism by which these things occur, if indeed they do, is not shared with the unenlightened. We must, it seems, take such things on trust. A kind of woke gospel. However, the expectation of fretting and psychological prostration is harder to miss.

You see, by not fixating tediously on every person’s melanin levels and minor variations of physiognomy, by not endlessly categorizing people by their brownness and therefore presumed suffering, and therefore innate nobility and entitlement to favors, you are it turns out, perpetuating violence.

Please update your files and lifestyles accordingly.

The Monster Has Turned on it's Master

The media’s left-wing outrage machine created a generation of entitled, hypersensitive snowflakes that will now tolerate no dissent.  All must march in lockstep with progressive purity.  And now, suddenly the people who championed this attitude are terrified to find themselves in its political crosshairs.

Enter Matt Taibbi, a pretty hard left contributing editor at what was once long long ago the American iconic music magazine 'Rolling Stone' who is admitting the truth of one long-held conservative position: “The American left has lost its mind.” According Taibbi, progressive leaders have jettisoned their supposed beliefs in favor of fascism and of what we’ve come to know as cancel culture and mob rule.
"Among self-described liberals, we’re watching an intellectual revolution. It feels liberating to say after years of tiptoeing around the fact, but the American left has lost its mind. It’s become a cowardly mob of upper-class social media addicts, Twitter Robespierres who move from discipline to discipline torching reputations and jobs with breathtaking casualness.
The leaders of this new movement are replacing traditional liberal beliefs about tolerance, free inquiry, and even racial harmony with ideas so toxic and unattractive that they eschew debate, moving straight to shaming, threats, and intimidation. They are counting on the guilt-ridden, self-flagellating nature of traditional American progressives, who will not stand up for themselves, and will walk to the Razor voluntarily..."
It’s certainly not the kind of talk you would expect to hear from the Rolling Stone brain trust. So, what could have ignited this bout of introspection?

SELF PRESERVATION.

The monster has been unleashed. After lamenting the fact that this new breed of lefty fascist is empowering their worst actors to target thought-crime, he discusses the real issue. The Frankenstein's Monster that progressive journalists spent decades assembling has turned on its master. Now, this madness is coming for journalism.
"Beginning on Friday, June 5th, a series of controversies rocked the media. By my count, at least eight news organizations dealt with internal uprisings (it was likely more). Most involved groups of reporters and staffers demanding the firing or reprimand of colleagues who’d made politically “problematic” editorial or social media decisions."
Taibbi makes a fair point about free speech and the over-zealous, intolerant and increasingly violent left. His column is worth reading, if only to witness a dawning realization about what American media has done to itself

Dear Professor - Field Report From CHAZ

Unrolled Tweeter Thread from @MattsIdeaShop:

Autonomous Zone Day 1
Dear Professor Whoake, Well, we did it. I can’t believe we are actually dismantling the system! We got the cops out and set up a few co-ops food stands like you suggested. People are very happy. Everyone has really positive status updates. Talk soon.

A.Z. Day 2
Hey Professor Whoake,  So minor set back. A roaming band of homeless steampunks stole the co-ops supplies. We have a few sketchy pieces of fruit and enough water to last until tomorrow when we can resupply. The stores closed tho so I’m not sure where to go? Ttyl

A.Z. Day 2 [dusk]
they took the fruit and water. I don’t understand the steampunk genre. There’s rumors of a rapper warlord wandering around with an ak47. Your classes never taught us how to deal with that. Starting to think need a group of people to enforce our laws...

Day 3
U know what? F*** you “Professor” Yeah. I slept in a hut made from a torn down street sign & a CVS shopping cart. Pretty sure someone used me as a toilet. I have to pay armed guys to charge my device now. paid $13 just to be sure I could text u this 🖕🏼 I’m changing majors.

Day 4
no escape. a gypsy bartered me to the s/e sector warlord in exchange for the bagel store's wifi password. my warlord's name is Indigo Peaceblade. I recognize him from the Starbucks on Clark Ave. i think his real name is bryce. my job's to collect feces for farm soil.

day 5
the farm has been lost. A meth head took it over and challenged everyone to mortal combat for the farm. Yes, it’s basically just a small pile of soil on top of some cardboard but it’s our small pile of soil on top of cardboard. At least it was. He had two bamboo spears.

day 6
camp was raided by a quartet of unicyclers. i fled during the fracas. While roaming a neutral zone i was confronted by a man known as Big Juice. He controls a very large supply of batteries. He has deals with many warlords. No one touches Big Juice. i'm under his wing.

Jonathan Pie Might Not Be A Household Name In America, But He Should Be.

Sir Winston Churchill

Chaos is king in progressive politics at the moment and in America the tendency is to believe all outrage is organic and borne of latent rage over the sins of our past.  Because we are told that if we're good people, and we want to admit to, correct, and atone for things we had nothing to do with, we will bow down to moral superiors of color.

Across the pond, the current outrage is much more organized than organic and more political than polemic.  Otherwise, why would the English outraged be so invested in the local affairs of a Midwestern U.S. state?  With growing clashes between rioters in the UK and native born ENGLISHMEN in ENGLAND who’ve decided to protect their 3000 year history and heroic statuary from vandals (while being labeled by US media as "The Far-Right") the current unrest begins to look more and more like an attack on shared Western values than a reactionary response to perceived abuse at the hands of rogue law enforcement.

All of which makes this video from British comedian Tom Walker, using his character of journalist Jonathan Pie, to issue one of the better indictments of the current social disarray at the hands of latter-day Marxists in a video that’s gotten many UK viewers praising it as the essence of what they think but cannot say for fear of the rage mob and cancel culture.

For context, the character of Jonathan Pie is a popular parody of an English journalist who regularly films commentary addressing the news of the day.

His commentary on the current civil unrest is one for the books. Language warning:
The Brits have always been particularly skilled at skewering social insanity through humor (see literally anything Monty Python has ever made) and bless them, they’re doing it again. Bloody brilliant.
