Trashing Liberal Arts for the Masses

“Liberal professors have trashed the liberal arts, by converting so many liberal-arts courses into indoctrination centers for left-wing causes and fads, instead of courses where students learn how to weigh conflicting views of the world for themselves. 

Now a professor of English, one of the most fad-ridden of the liberal arts today, blames conservative critics for the low esteem in which liberal arts are held. Surely a professor of English cannot be unaware of how English departments, especially, have become hotbeds of self-indulgent, trendy fads such as trashing classic writings — using Shakespeare’s works as just another ideological playground for romping through with the current mantra of “race, class, and gender…The problem is not political, but educational.

As someone who's early education was in a foreign country and came home to America and finished University at 19,  I witnessed first hand the educators who in the 1960s and 70s as students demanded their views be heard, their speech be unencumbered, the truth from their political leaders and demand fair social justice for all,  in turn produce a generation of Journalist who have become a political party master's most useful idiots, who believe truth is what every they make it, falsify facts to fit their needs and become in some cases, the story themselves. 

They have produced a generation of scientist who subscribe to unproven theories, supported by falsified data and hold steadfast in their views in order to gain lucrative grants. They have produce a generation of teachers that see racism or oppression in almost every piece of literature from "Moby Dick" to "Dr Seuss". They teach the White Male,  who's historical achievement in the advancement of civilization are being either attributed to someone else, criticized as evil or ignored altogether, as well as made life hell on earth for everyone of color, despite the evidence.  

They have succeeded in producing a generation who protest and shout down anyone with views opposing their own, worship social media as their god of truth, and refuse to see their responsibility in electing the corrupting forces that are tearing the country apart, all the while being willingly led around by the nose. 

North Korea Recruiting 'Pleasure Squad' for Kim Jong Un

"Pleasure squads" have existed in North Korea since the rule of the country's founder Kim Il Sung, grandfather of the present dictator. Officials were sent to select women and girls they deemed the prettiest to the dictator's many mansions, where they were expected to be available upon request.  The South Korean Paper Chosun Ilbo reports that Kim Jong Un became interested in re-forming the troupe while recovering from an undisclosed physical ailment at one of his summer cottages last year. 

The UK Telegraph reports that while most of the women were singers, dancers, or maids, those judged to be especially beautiful were made to be concubines to members of North Korea's elite power structure. 

According to the paper, many of the women were "retired" from the squads in their 20s and paired off with military officers looking for wives.   

The group that used to perform for Kim's father, Kim Jong Il, was disbanded shortly after the elder Kim's death in December 2011. The members were made to sign a pledge of secrecy in exchange for money and gifts. Toshimitsu Shigemura, a professor at Tokyo's Waseda University described as an authority on North Korean affairs, said that Kim believed the women who entertained his father knew too many state secrets.  

The Chosun Ilbo reported the women who worked as entertainers received an amount of money worth $4,000 before returning to their hometowns.  Women who worked in Kim's palaces and summer homes as maids and cleaners received about half that amount.

Both groups of women also reportedly received home appliances.

To facilitate the often treacherous process of entering the United States illegally through the southern border, the Obama administration is offering free transportation from three Central American countries and a special refugee/parole program with “resettlement assistance” and permanent residency.

Under the new initiative the administration has rebranded the official name it originally assigned to the droves of illegal immigrant minors who continue sneaking into the U.S.  They’re no longer known as Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC), a term that evidently was offensive and not politically correct enough for the powerful open borders movement. The new arrivals will be officially known as Central American Minors (CAM) and they will be eligible for a special refugee/parole that offers a free one-way flight to the U.S. from El Salvador, Guatemala or Honduras. The project is a joint venture between the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the State Department.

Specifically, the “program provides certain children in El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras with a safe, legal, and orderly alternative to the dangerous journey that some children are undertaking to the United States,” according to a DHS memo obtained by JW this week. The document goes on to say that the CAM program has started accepting applications from “qualifying parents” to bring their offspring under the age of 21 from El Salvador, Guatemala or Honduras. The candidates will then be granted a special refugee parole, which includes many taxpayer-funded perks and benefits. Among them is a free education, food stamps, medical care and living expenses.

During a special teleconference this week officials from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the State Department explained how CAM will work. 

Only “friendly” groups and individuals invited by the government were allowed to participate and the event was not open to the media.
