Could It Be Joe's Time For Shot At The Title?

ABC News contributor Cookie Roberts said Tuesday that Democrats are "nervously beginning to whisper" about  Hillary Clinton and what might happen if their nominee for president has to be replaced.  With Grandma Clinton seemingly with one foot in the grave and obviously can't keep from lying about everything, and Bernie Sanders kicked back and making out like a good socialist Bandit with a ton of money in the lock box and a new vacay house (compliments of your 20 buck contributions kids), one of the most viable candidates to carry on the destruction of America should Grandma seize-up or check out would be none other then Crazy Uncle Joe.
"People are angry at the lack of transparency -- it was hours before the diagnosis of pneumonia was revealed -- after seeing this incredibly damaging video of her being helped and stumbling into this van.
Look: There's a reason why the campaign is not transparent. Obviously it gives Trump ammunition, and he has been setting this up for months. Back in January he said that she didn't have the strength and stamina to be president. And then he knew at some point in the campaign schedule, she, like all candidates would get exhausted. But the fact that it comes now, when the polls are tightening and Democrats were already saying that Hillary was the only candidate who could not beat Trump, and it’s taking her off of the campaign trail, cancelling her trip to California today. It has them very nervously beginning to whisper about her stepping aside and finding another candidate...
Ironically the candidate everyone looks at is Joe Biden, who is even older than Hillary, and then again, so is Donald Trump....."
Of course, this could all be for naught, as those great investigative reporters and scholars of the political scene at over at The Free Republic remind us, Hillary has a Body Double who was obviously the one that emerged from Chelsea Medvinsky's Apartment Monday.

Among the reporters making the claim on the Twitter that secret, high-level meetings are taking place among Democrats to consider a possible replacement are David Shuster, an Emmy-award winning journalist based in New York City who formerly worked for MSNBC.

And just to show Joe Biden is healthy and ready to put on the gloves, he has even challenged Donald Trump to go jogging with him.   And just think about it....what would be more entertaining then a Joe Biden-Donald Trump Debate?

Mainstream Media Admits It May “Never Recover” from 2016 Election

AntiMedia - In a revealing statement that flew largely under the radar earlier this month, members of the mainstream media admitted it would never recover from its irresponsible and negligent coverage of the 2016 presidential election. A recent column published in the New York Post referred to the media’s reporting as “the complete collapse of American journalism as we know it.”

In his article for the Post, Fox News contributor Michael Goodwin discussed the media’s pro-Clinton bias – one recognized by supporters of virtually every other presidential candidate, from Bernie Sanders to Jill Stein to Gary Johnson and, of course, Donald Trump. Even Americans who don’t necessarily have a horse in the 2016 race notice the slant.
“By torching its remaining credibility in service of Clinton,” Goodwin wrote, “the mainstream media’s reputations will likely never recover, nor will the standards. No future producer, editor, reporter or anchor can be expected to meet a test of fairness when that standard has been trashed in such willful and blatant fashion.”
Indeed, he is correct in this regard. The Clinton machine has effectively infiltrated corporate media. Last year, the Intercept reported MSNBC failed to disclose that multiple pundits who spoke favorably about Clinton were actually employees of a consulting firm hired by her campaign. More recently, embarrassing DNC leaks released in July revealed DNC officials attempted to craft narratives painting Sanders in a negative light to undermine his campaign. They also organized a secret fundraiser with the Washington Post and were careful to keep it under the radar.

There is no question the mainstream media has sided with the political establishment in its decision to craft narratives that paint Clinton as a competent leader who is the only option in the face of a catastrophic Trump presidency. Indeed, in spite of Clinton’s lack of popularity among the general population, the media continues to suggest she is the only thing standing between America and its descent into fascism.

While the degree of negative press Trump has received is undeniably staggering, Goodwin failed to recognize — at least in this article — that like Clinton, Trump is wildly unpopular and  the mainstream media is undoubtedly fervent in their coverage of Trump.  Therein lies the problem: rarely does the mainstream media devote as much time to questioning Hillary Clinton, her rhetoric, and her policies.

From the corporate media’s flagrantly irresponsible coverage of the Iraq War during the Bush years to the media’s ongoing blackouts of relevant news in favor of more superficial, inconsequential stories, Goodwin’s assertion that 2016 is the year American journalism died is as factual as the content churned out by Fox News.

Bernie Feels the Devil's Heat After Selling Her His Soul

It is the wonderful day when Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton holds hands and say “Bernie Sanders, you have done MANY GOOD THINGS and I will listen to you about Free College For  Everybody and More Better Public Options,” and Bernie Sanders will say, “I REALLY HATE DONALD TRUMP AND I GUESS YOU ARE NOT THE WHORE OF BABYLON. MAYBE!” ......and everything is wonderful in democratland.

Bernie Supporters Plan One Last Public FU for Hillary

The Bernie Sanders campaign and his supporters have been the comedy gold of the 2016 campaign. But of all the silly ideas and economic nonsense we've been exposed to, this just may be the best idea put forward so far......

World’s Largest ‘Fart-In’ Is Planned for Hillary Clinton’s
  Coronation Speech in Philadelphia

According to the lefty website TruthDig, Cheri Honkala and the leadership of the Poor People’s Economic Human Rights Campaign  announced that her group was organizing the World’s Largest “Fart-In” to be held on July 28 at the Wells Fargo Center during Hillary Clinton’s much anticipated coronation  speech at the Democrat National Love-in.
“We will be holding a massive bean supper for Bernie Sanders delegates on American Street in my Kensington neighborhood on the afternoon of July 28. We are setting up a Clintonville there, modeled on the Hoovervilles of the 1930s where the poor and unemployed built shanty towns.
The Sanders delegates, their bellies full of beans, will be able to return to the Wells Fargo Center and greet the rhetorical flatulence of Hillary Clinton with the real thing.”
Honkala said she would issue an invitation to Sanders to join the bean supper, which she is calling Beans for Hillary. She has asked donors to send cans of beans to 1301-W Porter Street, Philadelphia, Pa., 19148. Any remaining beans will be served to the homeless, although she said they will be urging Sanders delegates to eat as much as possible.

Chris Hedges, an author, activist and Pulitzer-prize winning former New York Times foreign correspondent who is an ordained Presbyterian minister, will open the Beans for Hillary the meal with a nondenominational prayer.
“The Democratic primary process, as Sanders supporters now realize, was rigged from the start,” said Hedges. “The Democratic National Committee and the Clinton machine used a variety of mechanisms to game the elections including the appointing of superdelgates, the banning of independent voters from numerous primaries, purging voters from voting lists and using millions in dark money and from Super PACs to fund the Clinton campaign. Caucuses, as we saw in Nevada, were shamelessly manipulated on behalf of Clinton. Sanders never had a chance.”
The Revolution Continues!

Bernistas Preparing to Soil Madam Cankles' Coronation

Anyone who’s ever attended a specialty convention will tell you that it is a rather massive undertaking to coordinate several thousand like-minded individuals in a confined space. Whether it’s a gathering of animal costume fetishists, comic book geeks, porn stars and/or politicians, these meet-ups are logistical nightmares that require the cooperation of local authorities, police, and private security, as well as a venue large enough.

You'd think that some 180+ years after the first Democrat National Convention, the 46th time would be pretty easy. It’s done every four years, right?

Just get some balloons and confetti, a couple cops, and find a stadium with air conditioning and a solid P.A. system where you can hold a bitchin’ laser light show, and wrap everything up with a break dancing Teddy Kennedy hologram. Offer up some cheap booze, some shitty fried food, and bing-bang-boom, you've got yourself a spectacle to soak up news coverage for days. What could go wrong?

Days of Future Passed
Well, they weren't counting on the Bernistas. According to the Daily Caller, more than twenty thousand leftist have committed to protest Hillary Clinton’s likely stolen nomination at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia. And that number is quickly growing.

The protesters are united in their support for Bernie Sanders, and their opposition to “a fraudulent Hillary nomination,” according to the group’s website.

Their leaders have set up a Facebook group titled 'Occupy DNC Convention' to organize housing and transportation. One document issued by the group is titled “Why ‘Occupy DNC Convention’?” explains the protesters’ mission: we are contesting Hillary’s nomination on the grounds of fraud, voter suppression, and corruption. We show them who we want.

One group of black activists, the Philly Coalition for Real Justice, has planned a “resistance march” against the Democratic party for allegedly breaking its promises to black voters. Local news coverage describes the group as an affiliate of Black Lives Matter but the activists declined to either confirm or deny that fact.

The activists’ Facebook event says:
“The Democratic Party has consistently betrayed their promises to the Black community and the 2016 presidential election is not going to be any different.”
“We must capitalize off of this moment with one goal in mind; and that is to resist the capitalist and racist power structures that allow white supremacy and capitalist oppression to flourish."
Philadelphia is no stranger to protest and rabble rousing, and have proved in the past they can tear gas with the best of em.  Stock up on popcorn boys and girls. I have a feeling the 2016 Democrat Convention may be an even bigger clusterf**k of a shit-show then the Republican Convention is expected to be.

Hillary Clinton is Putting David Copperfield to Shame

Her Vanishing Voter Trick.

Granny Clinton's base of support is disappearing right before our eyes, but unlike Copperfield, Clinton isn’t putting on an act. On Tuesday, Cankles lost the West Virginia primary to the hippie marxist Bernie Sanders 51% to 36%.
That’s a stark contrast to 2008, when she trounced Barack Obama, 66.9% to 25.7% (John Edwards received 7.3%).
But perhaps what’s more telling is the raw vote total.
In 2008, she received 240,890 votes. Yesterday, Clinton netted 84,176 votes, according to NBC — a 65% decline. Other numbers show how the angry sands of the American landscape has shifted under her feet. According to data obtained at the polls yesterday, 33% of Democrats say they will vote for Donald Trump in November. Only 44% of Dems say they’ll vote Clinton. Twenty-one percent say they’ll support neither.
Of course it's really a politically stupid move to tell voters your going to kill there industry and put them out of work like she did the West Virgina coal miners. Duh!

Something Weird Going on in Crazyville

With all our our attention focused on the Drama / Pissfight of the Trump-Cruz nomination battle, few of us payed little attention to what has been going on over in the Capital of Crazyville, the Democrat party. With Hillary having a firm thigh lock on the nomination and the Bernie forces having begun to see the light, without much notice the granddaddy of leftist loony websites, firmly in loser Bernie Sander's corner, believe the establishment standard bearer of the Democrat Party isn't progressive enough and tainted goods are suggesting.........and I shit you not............Why not vote for Donald Trump?

But just not necessarily for the reasons you might think:
A liberal case for Donald Trump
"There are perhaps no three words more jarring to liberals than “President Donald Trump.” The GOP front-runner and presumptive nominee has undoubtedly made enemies with his nativist rhetoric and bellicose persona. That said, now that the race between Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton, with the former secretary of state essentially guaranteed the nomination, many liberals and progressives are preparing, once again, to vote for the lesser of two evils. The choice may not be as clear as some Democrats believe — especially if Democrats can take back the Senate and assure themselves of a check on a GOP House.
Once you’ve let that sink in, try this: There is a liberal case to be made for Donald Trump. The prospect of Trump defeating Clinton this November is not necessarily the apocalypse that some would lead you to believe. Here are some of the reasons why.
1.) He’ll Change the Conversation
Perhaps the best thing I can say about Trump is that he speaks his mind. This sometimes leads to some pretty outlandish things, but not always.  Trump has spent much of his time lately, railing against free trade and NAFTA, as well as the gross inequality in our system. Trump often talks about raising taxes on “hedge fund guys,” and he has acknowledged that the primary process is skewed in favor of the establishment.
Like Sanders, Trump is neither beholden to special interests, nor coordinating with a Super PAC. This alone sets him apart from the other candidates in the race — especially Hillary Clinton. The parties pick the candidates, and regardless of what their policies are, the people fall in line with them eventually. Power never truly changes hands.
Excusing the fact that Trump, himself, is a corporate interest, he would shake the current system to its core — which needs to happen....."
2.) That said, most of his policies are DOA
In all likelihood, Trump will not accomplish anything. He has made serious enemies in both parties and the media, whom he feels have slighted him, and I cannot see him working with those people. Trump holds grudges. He has filed more frivolous lawsuits than anyone in the public eye — or maybe we just hear about them more. Either way, politics do require compromise to one degree or another, and without it, nothing gets done. As such, when Trump finds himself up against institutional and bureaucratic resistance, it is unlikely he will deliver. For example, his wall — paid for by Mexico — is never going to happen. Ban all Muslims from entering the U.S.? Slim chance if any.
Even if he does work with Congress, he is still not going to get his social policies passed. The Senate with its filibuster and cloture rules is enough of a check on that, even if Democrats do not have a majority. Basically, we will not have immigration reform, but we will not have people rounded up in the streets and deported.
But most important of all: I do not need to trust Donald Trump in the same way I would have to trust Hillary Clinton were she elected. The reason for this is very simple: Trump represents the GOP brand, and Clinton claims the mantle of progressive. If Trump fails to accomplish anything in office, or if he manages to do whatever damage he can do, he will represent the Republicans. Moreover, rightly or wrongly, he represents America’s crypto-fascist element. The best way to discredit both of these groups is to let them fail on their own. Trump will not succeed as a president.
On the flip side, if Hillary Clinton screws up by compromising too much (which is likely) or doing too little (also likely), progressivism will take a big hit in the public eye, which is something we cannot afford....."
3.) The 2020 election looms
Now we arrive at the point where I start sounding old Jud Crandall from Stephen King’s “Pet Semetary.” [sic] Progressives and Democrats should be focusing on the election in 2020 because 1) it is a census year — meaning the makeup of the House of Representatives for the following decade will depend on down-ballot voting — and 2) there may be more openings on the Supreme Court...."
4.) I’m Not Afraid of Donald Trump
Some of you might be reading this and thinking to yourselves: “That’s all well and good, but Trump is dangerous.” I understand those feelings. Donald Trump’s messages on social policy have been mixed at best, and fascistic at worst. His approach to climate science is frightening considering the dire situation our planet is in. Trump is also the kind of man who would use the office of the president to aggrandize himself, and punish his detractors — well, attempt to do so, like in his many libel and slander suits. Over the last twenty years the powers of the president have expanded considerably as commander-in-chief, and that’s concerning, too. Additionally, there is the matter of the Supreme Court of United States.
We have no way of predicting who Trump would appoint, but we can speculate with Hillary Clinton. While she has said that her litmus test for nominees will be commitment to overturning Citizens United v. FEC, there is little reason to trust her given how much she benefits from the current campaign finance system...."

So there you have it. The anti-establishment Dem's calling to jump the curb and vote for the anti-establishment Republican. Believing they will make gains or recapture the senate in the next mid terms as the out of office party, hate Hillary as much as we do and believe Trump will be just a blow-hard failure and so damage the brand that a progressive will walk right into to the White House in in 2020 and save us all!

Things are gettin' crazier and crazier.

They are taught to believe the US stole Mexican land. It's called the Reconquista. They believe in a fairytale of a magical Aztecan land called Aztlan. They've been pumped full of this garbage by a fascist named Jose Vasconcelos who was in charge of culture and education after the revolution. Vasconcelos called for the extermination of Anglos and capitalism.
Their goal is to populate the SW states, drain the US of its resources through welfare, and then reclaim it for Mexico through violent uprising.

Kids, wearing sombreros and ironically holding signs reading “No hate,” screamed “F*ck you!” repeatedly at the passing motorists. One of the children in the center of the action can be seen holding a Bernie Sanders sign.
Hillary Clinton campaign signs could also be seen in the crowd.

Obama budgets $17,613 for every new illegal minor

Obama has budgeted $17,613 for each of the estimated 75,000 Central American teens expected to illegally cross into the United States this year, $2,841 more than the average annual Social Security retirement benefit, according to a new report.
The total bill to taxpayers: $1.3 billion in benefits to "unaccompanied children," more than double what the federal government spent in 2010, according to an analysis of the administration's programs for illegal minors from the Center for Immigration Studies. The average Social Security retirement benefit is $14,772.

A Veiw From the Cheap Seats

Bernie's Toast
After Madam Cankles has seemingly coughed and barked her way to the lead and ready to mount the Democrat Party Mantle and hump it all the way to the White House, Bernie Sanders is basically toast......

Sanders is planning to lay off “hundreds” of
campaign staffers across the country
"After Tuesdays drubbing in the latest round of Democratic party primaries, the great Bernie Sanders socialist revolution is officially on life support. Following a comment from Democrat Senate capo Harry Reid that there was no path to the nomination for Sanders, the pressure is going to be turned up on the old goat to give up the ghost and drop out of the race.
It’s quite clear that the sell by date for the Sanders campaign has now passed and after losing all of the votes last night with the exception of Rhode Island the fat lady is now humming as she gets closer to bursting into song.
The increasingly desperate codger is grasping at anything to save him as he gets slowly sucked under by the quicksand of history, like floating the idea of recruiting progressive heroine Elizabeth Warren as his running mate."- (READ MORE)
Reports today say Bernie is ready to lay off hundreds of campaign staff. As the old hunting saying goes: it’s time to call in the dogs and piss on the fire, Bernie

Trump Gets All Foreign Policy and Stuff
Dressed with the trappings of gravitas, Trumps Foreign Policy speech was held at the stately Mayflower Hotel (after a last-minute location change blamed on “overwhelming interest” - from the media) and was presided over by Zalmay Khalilzad, a former U.S. ambassador to Afghanistan and Iraq.
Gaul is supposed to be a big deal, but it’s
nothing. Very disappointing. Terrible hotels.

Trump used a teleprompter despite the fact that he has mercilessly mocked his rivals for doing the same, saying at one point: “If you’re running for president you shouldn’t be allowed to use a teleprompter.”

I read the text of Trumps Speech. (I did liked the complete sentences) But all in all, it was a bunch of lines from other Trump speeches forced into an outline by some poor speech writer.  I learned nothing new, except that when a text of his usual blather is shoved in front of him, he can deliver it with only minimal digressions into calling things "great", "wonderful" and "tremendous". And by some miracle, the only wall he mentioned was the Berlin one. (really no need, this was not a rally of rabid supporters to lather up) But Trump did give an indication of believing what he was saying. The Big Question left is whether Trump is too big of a flake to live up to executing his own speech once in office.

Get ready to start hearing from the media about how presidential he is, at least until the next rally where he pulls down his pants, waves his dick around, and the crap gets beat out of someone.

Clinton Campaign Unveils New Slogan, Readies to Take on 'The Donald'

With Donald Trump's pronouncement he is the Republican "Presumptive Nominee"

Salon.com Writer Out Salons Salon.com

This primary season has brought out the crazies in mass. The over the top, the uninitiated, the attention hungry websites and the clueless first time voters. The right has it's own wealth of these, but the crazy needle on the left always points directly to Salon.com.

Lately, for the most part, all Salon does is yell shrilly at people for belly dancing while white or other, but equally genocidal crimes against the proletariat. It's also become the favored home of young idiots smugly explaining the many murders of Hillary Clinton.

But in a posting Saturday they were playing deep left field crazy more than the usual. In the post by , she proclaims that a pure young person (?) should not vote at all ....maaaaybe for Bernie Sanders, but that would still be “uncomfortable”......because voting makes you complicit in the criminal enterprise that is American politics.
"Four years ago, I attended a College Democrats conference in Chicago. I set foot inside Obama’s campaign headquarters and felt the enthusiasm about his presidency first-hand. For the first time, I called myself a Democrat with confidence. Democracy empowered me. I wanted to share my enthusiasm with the entire world."
Okay, now that Danielle has clarified her credentials as a typical 'Age of Obama Millennial Idiot', it gets even better.  She drones on about Sanders winning the popular vote in the Wyoming caucus by 12%, but Clinton scored four more super-delegates. "This is a crime against the will of the people", using none other then Joe Scarborough for support, while declining to mention Hillary Clinton’s 2.4 million vote lead in “the will of the people.”
"I’m uncomfortable abstaining from the most invaluable, basic aspect of democracy. It’s a new concept for me. However, shedding my Democratic label is also new to me.
So far, Sanders is the most competent candidate for my political positions and stances. Although I’ve been a vocal advocate for him in the past, he doesn’t meet my standards for gun control, racial justice and foreign policy.
Previously, Sanders voted against background checks for gun purchases in Congress and explicitly explained his stance against reparations. Only recently has he started standing up for Palestinians.
However, if Sanders somehow wins the nomination, he’ll get my vote. I’ll feel uneasy about it, but at least the Democratic ticket picked my more favorable candidate.
Otherwise, I’ll leave that space blank...."
Boycott voting! That will definitely teach all those scum sucking plutocrats, instead of them laughing their asses off while snorting cocaine off the backsides of unartisanal, non-organic, fair-trade sex slaves.
"In a truly democratic system, we’d have more competent, diverse candidates. Voting no longer provides me the indulgence and satisfaction it once did. I feel it does more harm than good with our current political climate. If I vote for Clinton as a rejection of Trump, or vote for Sanders to dodge a Clinton vote, what duty am I actually performing?
When I vote for a president I don’t support, I support a flawed political system. I refuse that system."
NOTE: Danielle Corcione would like to move to Narnia, where unicorns run free so she can vote for Aslan, who is Jesus and stands up for Palestinians the right way instead of only doing so just recently.

Meanwhile....Back At the Bernie Sanders Campaign HQ

There Is One Similarity Between Trump Supporters and Sanders Supporters …

Let’s be clear: the differences between Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders are profound. Their policies, their dignity and their visions. Sanders is a crazy old Commie. Trump a self-absorbed ass.  Which is why I find their respective supporters’ opinions so interesting on one matter: lots of Trump’s supporters, and lots of Sanders’ as well, seem completely convinced that if their candidate is not the nominee, it will be the result of some conspiratorial combination of party leadership and media perfidy.

According to some of Sanders’ supporters, then, it is in no way shape or form possible that Hillary Clinton has spent 30 years building connections in the Democratic Party, doing and calling in favors, and so has worked her way to a winning position. Instead, the recent party-joining Sanders is the “real” Democrat.  It’s all media and party bias.  Nor does it matter that the media has REALLY over-attended the Trump campaign, not Clinton’s.  It’s all party and media bias.

Likewise, for Trumpsters, it’s their guy or the highway, but he’s neither a Republican nor a credible national leader.  The fact large numbers of Republican voters and leaders might have qualms about supporting his celebrity candidacy is absurd on its face to such persons.  It’s all conspiracy all the time.

Bernie Gets a Grip

Bernie Sanders is standing by his criticism that Hillary Clinton isn't "qualified" to be president as the Democratic presidential candidates engage in an increasingly heated battle ahead of the New York primary.
While much of the media attention is focused on the race for the Republican nomination and the civil war that seems likely to break out in the GOP depending on how the nomination fight plays out, there’s suddenly a lot of acrimony on the Democratic side of the aisle.  This reminds one of the acrimony that existed at the end of the 2008 campaign between Clinton and Obama supporters, most of which ended up disappearing after the party convention. At the same time, though, when it’s viewed in conjunction with similar polling that shows large numbers of Republicans who say they would never support Donald Trump even if he did win the nomination, it could be an indication that we’re in for an interesting General Election campaign to say the least.

Breaking: Spokesperson From Progressive Insurance Detained By Trump Security

MFNS -Trump Tower N.Y. - After in-house security this morning found all the elevators in the Trump Tower apartments plastered with 'Bernie Sanders 2016' posters, MFNS has learned a few hours ago the actress from the Progressive commercials, Flo, was bodily dragged from her palatial apartment on the 16th floor of the Trump Towers and escorted off the premises to an undisclosed location.

Donald Trump is calling Flo a “person of interest in the case,” but has yet to explain why he plans to detain her indefinitely.
“Look, this is covered in the Patriot Act and I am the number one acting patriot.”
Donald Trump also told reporters:
“I'm not saying she's guilty, but she's very progressive. She's very progressive. She wears the word on her shirt, even when she's not on camera she wears it on her shirt. So is she worth questioning? I think she is, which is why she was detained by my people. Don't worry, I have the best people on this. I have Great people working for me. Tremendous people. They will get the truth out of her, one way or another."
We were also able to learn Flo was able to get a message to the Amnesty International, but it was mostly garbled gasps for air with intermittent spitting sounds. When we contacted the Bernie Sanders Campaign headquarters about the posters, they denied any involvement and declined any further comment, but hilarious laughter was heard in the background.

The Geico gecko, Benito Juarez, formerly known as the 'Frito Bandito' and the guys from the Sonic commercials are all publicly demanding her immediate release.

In Spurious Defense of Donald J.Trump

By Conrad Stankie III
Capital Improvements Coordinator
Middle Finger News Service HQ. NY.

Donald Trump is a great American. In the past nine months, he has done a masterful job of uniting millions of Americans from all different backgrounds, admittedly mostly by uniting them in their deep hatred and fear of Donald Trump. But that’s simply because they’ve not gotten to know him the way I have.

If only he had more TV exposure, then people would see the light.

I know all about the trash talking dished at The Donald. Unflattering slurs, like he’s a narcissist, a racist, a sexist, that he often insults people using coarse language unsuitable for a serious presidential candidate, that he lashes out at anyone who dares say a negative word about him, that he has a hair-trigger temper, that he is unpredictable and mentally unstable, and that he flaunts his wealth every chance he gets. And these are just his supporters talking. Don’t get me started about his detractors.

But these attacks are unfair. The Donald Trump I know is one to admire. Listen to my heartfelt defense of the man, who, God willing, will be the next President of this great nation.

Claim: Trump is not fit to be President. This is
totally untrue. He is every bit as fit to be our next
President as any other flamboyant reality star. In
fact, he'd crush 'Jersey Shore's Snookie' hands
down in a head to head race for the White House.
CLAIM: TRUMP IS A NARCISSIST:
Unfair. So he has a healthy opinion of his own point of view. So he harps on how he’s greater than everybody else. So he flaunts all the properties he owns worldwide. So he brags about how tough he is and how he’s the best deal maker since Thomas Jefferson engineered the Louisiana Purchase from France. So he likes to blow his own TRUMPet. Does that make Trump a narcissist?

I happen to know for a fact that you bragged to your dad about your third place ribbon in your middle school science fair. Do you see me calling YOU a narcissist?

Did it ever occur to you that just maybe underneath all of Trump’s bravado, there is a fragile little boy begging to be loved? That all of his braggadocio may be masking the excruciating pain of not having any friends as a young boy, or ever? No, I didn’t think so. You’re so heartless.

CLAIM: TRUMP FLAUNTS HIS WEALTH:
Sure, Donald Trump has a lot of money, no doubt about it. But he made his billions the old fashioned way, by starting off with millions, specifically inheriting a 2 million dollar stake in his father’s real estate empire. But that’s all he got and not a penny more. Think about it. $2 million couldn’t even buy a major league baseball team these days. And when you do the math, $2 million is a lot closer to ZERO dollars than it is to a billion. So if you round down, in a way he started out almost penniless.

It is true that he owns a fair number of properties, after all, his career was in real estate. He’s owned Trump Park, Trump Towers, Trump Plaza, Trump Casinos in Atlantic City and Las Vegas, approximately 14 golf courses all featuring the Trump name, a fleet of Trump helicopters and his own Boeing 757, Trump One. Okay, so he’s not very original when it comes to naming things. Or humble.

In reality, there are really only two occasions when Trump discusses his enormous wealth: When he is being televised – and when he’s not. In fairness, he only brings up his long list of resorts and office towers to attract well-endowed women in their twenties to do a photo op with him, usually at the opening of a Hooters restaurant. Either that or to point out how many jobs he’s provided for thousands of people – of which many are only slightly above the minimum wage (but don’t worry,  they’re most likely held by Mexican immigrants – who will soon be shipped back to Mexico, opening the door for real Americans to take back these jobs)
.

Claim: Trump is a Sexist: Totally Untrue. In fact
in a poll of 1000 young, struggling, unemployed
actresses who were asked: Who would you prefer
to marry, Donald Trump or Bernie Sanders? -
Trump won by 82%
CLAIM: TRUMP DISRESPECTS WOMEN:
Pul-lease. No man in America respects women more than Donald Trump. I dare you to name another presidential candidate who cares more about America’s sexiest models than The Donald. He cares about them so much he even married one.

It’s possible that on one or two (hundred) occasions, Trump may have referred to women as bimbos, dogs, fat pigs, slobs, or disgusting animals, and has at times said things in interviews like “a young and a beautiful ass is all a woman needs to be successful in life.

But he was taken out of context. For example, the complete quote was this: “I love the ladies. And I probably should not say that a young and beautiful ass is all a woman needs to be successful in life. The microphone’s not on, is it?”  See? A simple misunderstanding.

CLAIM: TRUMP HATES MEXICANS AND MUSLIMS:
Simply not true. The fact is Donald Trump is all about family. He may be one of the most family-oriented men ever to run for the White House. In fact, he loves family so much, he’s gotten married three times. And none of the presidential candidates has worked harder than Donald Trump to keep Mexican families together, where they belong, with each other, in Mexico.

It is true that on one occasion, Donald Trump referred to Mexican immigrants as “criminals and rapists.” But he was only referring to the 90% of Mexican immigrants he believes are dangerous thugs. If asked, he will quickly tell you that the other 10% are composed of people who are absolutely NOT criminals and rapists, although they do tend to be unreliable parents, slackers at work, and cheap tippers, according to the Donald.

As for Muslims, Donald will be the first (and only) person to tell you unapologetically that Muslims love him. Millions of Americans misinterpreted his words when he proclaimed that we should keep all Muslims out of America. He was only acting out of concern for their own safety. He was trying to keep them safe from the rampant gun violence on America’s streets by keeping them safe at home in the neighborhoods of Syria and Iraq, protected by American drone strikes.

CLAIM: TRUMP IS NOT EMOTIONALLY STABLE ENOUGH TO BE PRESIDENT:
Ridiculous. I’m sick and tired of flimsy attacks, usually lobbed by Harvard psychologists who are experts on personality disorders,  that Donald Trump might somehow be mentally and emotionally unstable to hold the most important job in the world. First of all, he held the top job on The Apprentice, and that show did quite well in the ratings for several years.

Trump’s critics argue that, with his mercurial temper and tendency to lash back at anyone who is critical of him, it would only be a matter of time before Trump presses the button to start a nuclear war against Russia, perhaps in response to Putin posting a nasty comment about him on Twitter. First of all, Trump is not nearly that volatile. It would undoubtedly take at least a couple of dozens negative tweets before he would ever even consider pushing the button. And besides, I am sure, that if The Donald decided to declare WWIII against Russia, or Iran or Norway for that matter,  they probably had it coming. The Norwegian ambassador should have known better than to make a snarky joke about Trump’s hair.

So please keep an open mind about Donald Trump. He can’t possibly be the worst person ever to be elected President. That honor would go to Millard Fillmore.

Bernie Sanders Supporter Redefines the Term 'Grassroots Support'

You Can Burn One for Bernie and His Campaign

Bernie Sanders supporters can take the phrase "Feel the Bern" to a
whole new level by buying weed pipes with the campaign's
logo from  the Portland-based Stonedware Company.

Ariel Zimman, a 29-year-old from Portland, told the Center for Public Integrity she will donate 10 percent of all proceeds she gets from sales of ceramic marijuana pipes emblazoned with the Vermont senator's campaign logo to the Sanders campaign. Supporters who want to take the campaign slogan "Feel the Bern" to a whole new level — most likely "Burners for Bernie" — will have to shell out $60 for a pipe and $30 for a chillum, according to Zimman's website

Sanders has previously introduced a bill in congress to end the federal prohibition on recreational marijuana and allow states to decide on legalization. But like most legislation Mr. Sander puts forth, everyone just ignores anyway.

The 29-year-old told the Center for Public Integrity that she's already donated about $150 to the Sanders campaign and plans to send about $200 more in about a month. That's out of roughly $3,000 in pipe sales. "There is profit on my side of the business, but I'm also doing it for their profit as well."

Obama Reportedly Vetting Republican Governor for SCOTUS

The Spectacle
Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval's office says its the first he's heard of it, but sources "close to the Nevada governor's office" are saying that the Obama Administration has begun the Supreme Court vetting process for the Republican moderate and former Federal district judge.
Supposedly, Harry Reid has been running interference for Obama as the plan comes together - a plan that makes very little sense when you consider Obama and Reid would be selling out their liberal constituents for ease of process, and, ostensibly, to protect a Republican Senate. But, apparently, the process continues unabated, and looks, at least for now, promising.
Brian Sandoval, the centrist Republican governor of Nevada, is being vetted by the White House for a possible nomination to the Supreme Court, according to two people familiar with the process.
Sandoval is increasingly viewed by some key Democrats as perhaps the only nominee President Obama could select who would be able to break a Republican blockade in the Senate…Sandoval met Monday with Senate Minority Leader Harry M. Reid, a fellow Nevadan with whom he enjoys cordial relations.
A person familiar with the conversation said that while Sandoval told Reid he had not made a final decision on whether he would accept a Supreme Court nomination, he would allow the vetting process to move forward. Another person in Nevada familiar with the process confirmed that the process is underway.
It's not that Sandoval is a bad guy. He's been mentioned routinely as a good, Republican choice to replace Harry Reid, and his name has been tossed around for Vice President a few times. But he's not exactly the scintillating legal mind that Barack Obama claims he wants on the court.
He reportedly likes Justice Sandra Day O'Conner as a model for judicial excellence, which means he likes to go where the wind takes him on everything from Constitutional law to his lunch order.
There are obvious benefits to putting a moderate Republican forth. It would be the best conservatives could do, probably, with the prospect of President Donald Trump breathing down their necks, or worse, President Hillary Clinton or President Bernie Sanders. It also helps the Administration demonstrate their willingness to cooperate, however fake the willingness is, which would give a boost to people like Sen. Mark Kirk who want to push Sen. Mitch McConnell to open the confirmation process, rather than deny the President his SCOTUS pick.
It's a good opportunity to troll: after all, how could Republicans in the Senate possibly refuse to confirm a member of their own party?  Obstructionism might cost the GOP the Senate, which would pave the way for either a President Hillary or Sanders to nominate the Westminster Kennel Club dog show judges if they so chose. Or worse, Barack Obama.
This seems like a weird gamble. But it also might just be a red herring, designed to play on Republican fears - after all, President Trump is looking likely, and any Republican would be better than whomever he'd nominate, probably. Scared enough and you'll go along with the Plan A.
