Yesterday was a perfect example, another epic flip-out Friday for the media after a disappointing morning as the job numbers came out and ruined their prepared negative screeds about DJT's flailing economy and failed policies. It took most of the day to find a way to spin the positive numbers. To no ones surprise, Jim Acosta and PBS' disrespectful yelling dim bulb Yamiche Alcindor were among the triggered White House reporters over the seating at the morning rose garden press conference, called a "a flagrant violation of CDC guidelines on social distancing and a move that puts reporters at risk for the purpose of turning the press corps into a prop for a so-called ‘press conference." While Alcindor headed over to MSNBC to do her daily "Trump is a racist", CNN treated the seating arrangement like a crime against humanity, covering it four times on Friday afternoon. Acosta breathless told host Wolf Blitzer that he “was in the Rose Garden and saw the whole thing firsthand.” Blitzer call the incident "Dangerous". One comenter on the tweeter asked why didn't they just move the damn chairs?? Why, because then it wouldn't be about them, and they would have had to talk about the good job numbers. Oh Hell No!

And not to be outdone, over at CBS, Paula Reid, CBS’s version of one of CNN's Brook Baldwin's epic makeup experiments gone terrible wrong, was uncovering some insipid DJT racism:

Vermont is actually the whitest state in the country and is no coincidence, represented by the whitest person ever, Bernard Sanders. I foolishly wasted my time looking for tweets or articles from CBS accusing Bernie of racism for representing such a white state. This is what things look like when the liberal media has run out of stupid crap to bitch about. In one single day, they lied about a Trump quote, accused him of trying to kill journalists with chairs, cried about a soldier eating lunch, and accused the President of racism for visiting Maine. This is why nobody trusts these dregs of humanity to deliver the truth and they wonder why their popularity rest somewhere between a rat turd and a root-canal.
Y'all remember that time Hillary lost the 2016 election and then joined that wacky Jill Stein, the Green Party candidate, in a recount effort that was certain to reveal massive voter “irregularities” they are quick to claim only happens when they lose? Yeah, Good Times, Good Times.... Clinton now claims that Jill Stein was, and remains, a Ruskie operative controlled by Vladimir Putin who was used to deny Clinton her rightful place as President of the United States, and she believes that the red menace is once again going to use a third party candidate to divide the left. Specifically she accuses US combat veteran Tulsi Gabbard of being a Putin puppet who is being “groomed” to damage the Democrats in 2020. For the record, there have been third party candidates in almost every election dating all the way back to (at least) the early 1800’s. There may even have been some who weren’t Soviet agents. However, everyone, and everything, who had anything to do with a Democrat’s loss is now part of a Russian scheme. Hillary declares it, so that’s just the way it is. For the record, Stein was on the ballot in 45 states in 2016. The Green Party, crazy though its members may be, has been around a long time. They’re not “Russian assets” any more than any other socialist, including Bernie Sanders, and Hillary didn’t seem to have a problem with them when they were launching their recount effort. The bottom line is High-level Democrats, including Hillary, are trashing anyone who doesn’t 100% toe the official Dem line. You can agree or disagree with Gabbard on Syria, but there’s no evidence to suggest she’s some sort of Manchurian Candidate. Dems’ simply have no substantive attacks, so they’re trotting out Russia at every opportunity. Unless they have some severe skeletons in their closets, Gabbard and Stein should sue the hell outta Hillary for defamation. UPDATE:Tulsi Gabbard Responds
The democrat Kabuki Theater (aka J. Fatman Nadler's Mueller report investigation) reached ludicrous new heights with the House Judiciary Committee kicking off a series of testimonies with none other than John Dean, convicted felon, best known for his role in the Watergate scandal, who valiantly threw various people under the bus to save his own sorry as from a long jail stretch. The purpose of his testimony was clearly a stunt engineered by democrats to compare the Mueller report to Watergate, though that comparison is shaky in reality at best. Like senile Watergate reporter Carl Bernstein, Dean once again gets to bask in the bright lights of his own perceived relevance only because of constant appearances as a commentor on cable news Trump hate-feast masquerading as news helped make him a natural from the dems to exploit and bolster their desperation. For two long years all the democrats talked about was the Mueller Report, because they knew that it was loaded with 13 Angry democrat Trump Haters. In the end, Dems were devastated. In his opening remarks, J.Fatman Nadler did his usual song and dance about the Mueller report being far more damaging to Trump than it is. Dean’s testimony concluded in pretty much the same way the Mueller investigation did, by offering the American people a big nothing burger to munch on. The best Dean could come up with when accusing the president of obstruction of justice is several times he may or may not have tried to obstruct an investigation. Yeah, and I may or may not have spun gold from straw this morning. Rep. Jim Jordan Takes him to task:
It seems one of the best government appointments to come out of Trump’s election was Ajit Pai as Chairman of the FCC. He’s stood in the fire against all manner of leftisthysteria and verbal non-sense when it comes to net neutrality, censorship, and federal overreach at the FCC. He also stood up to the President when he made the ridiculous suggestion that certain broadcasters should have their licenses pulled. Pai isn’t partisan, he’s principled. Thursday, he reaffirmed those principles again by formally rejecting an insane request from a dozen Democrat Senators (including Lizzy Warren, Bernie Sanders and Cory 'Scatman' Booker) asking the FCC to “investigate” Sinclair broadcasting for “purposely distorting the news.” Yes, the same Democrat party that shits bricks every time Trump says “fake news” now wants to use the power of the Federal government to investigate the editorial decisions of news agencies because their own media allies got called out. I’d go ahead and call them all hypocrites, but would I be telling you anything you didn’t already know? Here’s the money quote from the Dem's Clown Posse's request…
“We are concerned that Sinclair is engaged in a systematic news distortion operation that seeks to undermine freedom of the press and the robust localism and diversity of viewpoint that is the foundation of our national broadcasting laws,” the senators wrote. They added that it “may have violated the FCC’s longstanding policy against broadcast licensees deliberately distorting news by staging, slanting, or falsifying information.”
This is nuts for many reasons, i'll give you two. For One, all Sinclair did was tape promos saying they’ll be honest, diligent, and not report fake or unsubstantiated stories. I’m no English major, but where in any of that did Sinclair “stage, slant, or falsify” information? Or are we saying because local news promos are staged, they are actually illegal? And secondly, suggesting they should have their broadcast license pulled is exactly the kind of idiocy that Trump was excoriated for by these very same Senators! The FCC does not have the power to, nor should they go around pulling broadcast licenses based on their determination of what is “slanted” or any other such qualifier on a free press.
Luckily for freedom loving Americans at least, FCC Chair Ajit Pai responded in kind Thursday, and he didn’t hold back…
"Dear Senator Cantwell:
Thank you for your letter requesting that the Commission investigate a broadcaster based on the content of its news coverage and promotion of that coverage. In light of my commitment to protecting the First Amendment and freedom of the press, I must respectfully decline.
A free media is vital to our democracy. That is why during my time at the Commission I have consistently opposed any effort to infringe upon the freedom of the press and have fought to eliminate regulations that impede the gathering and dissemination of news.
I understand that you disliked or disagreed with the content of particular broadcasts, but I can hardly think of an action more chilling of free speech than the federal government investigating a broadcast station because of disagreement with its news coverage or promotion of that coverage. Instead, I agree with Senator Markey that “any insinuation that elected officials could use the levers of government to control or sensor the news media would represent a startling degradation of the freedom of the press.” I also take this opportunity to reaffirm the commitment I made to several members of the Senate Commerce Committee last year that the Commission under my leadership would “not act in a manner that violates the First Amendment and stifles or penalizes free speech by electronic media, directly or indirectly."
While he does keep it civil, he points out just how ludicrous and “chilling” this request by Democrats was. The idea that any aspect of the Federal government should delve into judging editorial choices of the free press is antithetical to everything this country stands for. To have elected representatives demanding the FCC go after local broadcasters for filming a promo spot (that doesn’t even say anything false) is outright dangerous.By that standard, there is no standard. The government could shut anyone down for basically any ginned up reason.
Even worse, to do so would be blatantly unconstitutional. The 1st Amendment isn’t ambiguous, but then again, to democrats the constitution is only viable if it meets their usefulness. After this episode of foolishness, none of these Senators nor the larger contingent of Democrats who went after Sinclair, have any credibly to speak on freedom of the press. What they have made clear is they don’t actually believe what they’ve sold in the past. It was never about freedom of the press for these people. It was just about freedom for outlets they see as helpful to their cause.
