Now, 72 years later, not content with trashing films with their agenda-driven toxic-white-masculinity rubbish they're on to literature, and another classic is going to get a 'corrected and re-educated' rewrite from the Left.

 

“Woke” Squad Decrying Sex Bias in Dead-Animal Studies

I hereby proclaim, by no other authority but my own, that 'Wokeness' will be from this day forward officially deemed and refered to as a mental illness. I present the latest evidence for your consideration:

According to researchers at the Natural History Museum in London, the world’s top natural history museums in New York, Chicago, Washington, D.C., London, and Paris, are misogynistic because their animal exhibits contain more males than females. They found a slight bias towards males in birds (40% females) and mammals (48% females),” according to a research report. The report warns that scientists must be vigilant about rooting out “undetected male bias” when conducting research on dead animals. 

The lead author of the study was a female: Natalie Cooper, a researcher at London’s Natural History Museum. The research team was comprised of two women and four men. In other words, the group contained 67% men and only 33% women. It’s unclear why a “woke” squad decrying sex bias in dead-animal studies was not more vigilant about ensuring against sexism in their own work. Hello!

Cooper concedes that the males of many animal species are “larger and more colorful” than females and that could be a major reason for the slight male-to-female skewing in the animal exhibits. Uh. Ya Think!  However, Cooper insists that sex bias abounds in the field of dead-animal research, and this sexism must end.

I rest my case.

Dems Plan to Name Prescription Drug Bill for Bullet Head Cummings

According to Roll Call, Nancy Pelosi told reporters in her weekly news briefing that Ways and Means Chairman Richard E. Neal has suggested they name their prescription drug bill HR3 after the Maryland Democrat Elijah 'Bullet Head' Cummings. "Prescription drug prices were a focus for Cummings as chairman of the House Oversight and Reform Committee. He just fought to the end," Pelosi said.

I guess it apropos that a drug bill be named for a representative of a congressional district who's economic engine offers so many steady and prosperous employment opportunities in street corner free lance pharmaceutical distribution and a constituency as major consumers.

The Nuts Were Jumping Out of the Trees At The Nutroots Nation Conference.

For more than a decade Netroots Nation, an original creation of that nest of crazies at The Daily Koz, has hosted what is the closest thing to a religious celebration for leftist. At the annual conference Proglodytes, Deviants and Gucci Communist gather to listen to learned panelist drone on about how bad America is, to discuss more effective ways of calling you a racist..etc. all while trying to come to some semblance of cohesion among themselves that never materializes because these are people who will never be satisfied no matter what.

This weekends get together featured, among others, the little commies who are now engaged in a civil war with Nancy Pelosi: Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and Ayanna Pressley. The fake weave maven Pressley in particular went off the rails, throwing bombs at the Congressional Caucus' of Colored People for not being colored enough and supporting San Fran Nan in their girls locker room feud.

 

In the context of the panel, she’s clearly saying two things. That black or brown or sexually deviant representatives only speak for people like them and people who aren’t like them can just f*** right off. She’s also saying by implication that the Congressional Black Caucus and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus are disloyal to their own heritage presumably because they are supporting Nancy Pelosi.

The Democrats, both establishment and “Justice” varieties can try to tamp this down but the fact is that the Justice Democrats have no interest in winning the 2020 election–Trump is a much better foil for them than any Democrat–and probably no interest in retaining the House if that means that the Democrat caucus has a lot of members who are from purple districts or who are trying to hold onto seats in Red districts.

They want a more cohesive and more radical majority in charge before trying to gain control. This is nearly a remake of the Menshevik-Bolshevik split in Revolutionary Russia. Just this week, AOC accused Nancy Pelosi of fomenting death threats against her and her chief of staff, Saikat Chakrabarti, who both called Blue Dog Democrats in the House the equivalent of segregationists.

I suggest you stock up on popcorn. It's just gettin' gooder and gooder.......

Attention White People: You Have Been Given Permission To Enjoy Cinco de Mayo

Yes! Our tolerant and moral betters at the Huffington Post have given you almost guilt-free OK to drink beer and appropriate Mexican cuisine for yourselves this weekend!!! You may proceed to the store for your Dos Equis and Cuervo and salsa. Getting a pass from an outlet so plugged into progressive puritanism is a big deal don't ya know. But tread carefully, Gringos. HuffPo’s Garin Pirnia is on to you:

"May 5 is Cinco de Mayo, an American-Mexican marketing holiday in which people drink an excessive amount of margaritas and Coronas, stuff their faces with discounted tacos and probably have no idea what the holiday actually represents...."

Uh, Yeah. And we already know about the kickin' Napoleon's nephew out of Mexico thing. So your point is?? 

"Despite the commercialism of the holiday and the way people (usually white people) can disrespect Mexican culture by wearing sombreros and fake mustaches, a couple of Mexican chefs are fine with the day."

I guess this wouldn’t be the Huffington Post we all have grown to point and laugh at if the cat ladies didn’t have a tortilla chip on their shoulders. Not that it really matters. We’re only talking about it because, as Pirnia put it:

"In the late 1980s, Mexican beer companies discovered they could make loads of money from an Americanized holiday."

People making money serving delicious food and drink, and people having fun. What a disgrace! Anyway, don’t have too much fun, oppressors. You’re still on probation for that Cinco de Mayo party you threw in 2006 -- you know, with the hat dance and the pinata full of airline bottle liquor, downed margaritas, donned fake mustaches and ate tortilla chips out of oversized sombreros!  White people -- is there anything they can’t ruin?
