Lockjaw Brokaw Pretty Much Says You and I Are To Stupid to Discern The Truth

Tom Brokaw appeared on MSNBC’s Squinty and Meat Puppet in the Morning to participate in the media-wide offensive against Congressman Nunes’s unreleased classified memo. Brokaw declared that he had been loath to compare “what’s going on here" to the Watergate scandal, then goes on to compares it to the Watergate scandal......

He bemoan that the media would be unable to access and report on the memo before it was available to the general public: “...this is not, in my judgment, a good sign that they want to release an FBI report and they want the public to take a look at it without any context whatsoever."

This is one of the best examples of just how the media looks at the people they see as nothing more then an ignorant flock. The fact they're criticizing and trying to discredit a memo they themselves are yet to see should tell anyone any "context" they would put it in would be only what 'their truth' says it is. Sorry Tom, but congress works for us and we don't need a bias media siding and protecting any corrupt and dishonest employees we may have in our employment...........And you sir, you should have rode off into the sunset and enjoyed what was once a respectable reputation and cushy retirement, for now these days you have involved yourself, along with the rest of the left wing media and their undermining attacks on the President, in what may become to be known as the most disgraceful chapters in American Journalism.

And Bernie Makes Four....

Crazy Ol' Commie Coot To Rebut SOTU Address from His Alternative Universe

As the Democrats continue to retreat into their make-believe world of Russian conspiracy theories, race-baiting, gender politics and betting the farm that voters will turn out for a party that is on the record as more concerned with illegal aliens than U.S. citizens, are getting ready to pour more gasoline on the smoldering wreckage of a party with their upcoming responses to President Trumps State of the Union address.

Today, communist coot Bernie Sanders announced that he would also be giving a rebuttal to the President's Tuesday State of the Union Address. He joins the privileged whiny self-obsessed celebrities and their idiotic “People’s State of the Union” address on Monday, the official Democratic rebuttal featuring the alabaster white Rep. Joe Kennedy III (aka Mr. Diversity whose selection can’t please the identity politics member of the crybaby caucus) and the Lunatic Fringe conspiracy theorist and race-baiting fanatic Maxine Waters who refuses to attend but will be giving her own twisted rebuttal on Black Entertainment Television
Sanders’s office didn’t hint at what the Vermont lawmaker will say. But he simultaneously blasted out a note to supporters from his campaign account knocking Trump and predicting what the president won’t discuss during the prime-time address.
“He will surely not be apologizing for the many lies he told American voters: how he promised to defend the interests of working people, but then sold them out to Wall Street and the billionaire class,” Sanders said in the note to supporters. - The Hill

Hollywood Celebrities to Hold Alternative
State of the Union Address

DT- Perhaps one of the biggest yet unacknowledged problems with American society is the unwarranted importance placed upon what self-important, pampered and privileged celebrities think. This has never been more evident than today as the Hollywood #Resistance continues to vent their anger over Hillary losing the election.  The latest collective shaking of the fist at Donald Trump will be an alternate State of the Union. The event will be held in New York City the night before the real State of the Union Address and be live-streamed to liberal nitwits who after over a year, still refuse to get a freaking life.

It can be reasonably argued that in lieu of an actual leader, that the Democratic party is represented by the noisy leftist cranks who were deprived of those swanky affairs at the Clinton White House. They will never admit it, but that is what is really eating many of them.

The star-suckling rag People magazine reports on “The People’s State of the Union”:
"In essence it’s a better reflection of our state of the union based on a more populist point of view, based on the people’s point of view. I think it’s important because we have a president who has a difficult time with the truth, who has a radical, divisive agenda, and spends an enormous amount of time focusing on the negative and hopelessness and despair. We want to celebrate this moment that we’re in of what is now probably one of the most influential and powerful and really beautiful movements to come into play in the United States since the civil rights movement.”
"Stars expected to attend include Whoopi Goldberg, Michael Moore, Wanda Sykes, Zoe Kravitz, Cynthia Nixon, Kathy Najimy, Rosie Perez, and Andra Day and Common, who will perform their Grammy and Oscar-nominated song “Stand Up for Something” from the film Marshall. The progressive groups We Stand United, MoveOn.org Political Action and Stand Up America are hosting the event, which will also be attended by representatives from United We Dream, AFSCME, Women’s March, Planned Parenthood and other organizations of the resistance movement."
Liberals actually used to stand for something no matter how wrongheaded that it was. But today they are just meat puppets parroting leftist talking points.

The White House Asked to Borrow a Van Gogh.......Offered a Original Solid Gold Cattelan Instead

Artsy-Fartsy Guggenheimer

The emailed response from the Guggenheim’s chief curator to the White House was polite but firm: The museum could not accommodate a request to borrow a painting by Vincent van Gogh for President and Melania Trump’s private living quarters. Instead, wrote the curator Nancy Spector, another piece was available, one that was nothing like “Landscape With Snow,” the 1888 van Gogh rendering of a man in a black hat walking along a path in Arles France with his dog.
“We are sorry not to be able to accommodate your original request, but remain hopeful that this special offer may be of interest.”
It is common for presidents and first ladies to borrow major works of art to decorate the Oval Office, the first family’s residence and various rooms at the White House. The Smithsonian loaned the Kennedys a Eugène Delacroix painting, “The Smoker.” The Obamas preferred abstract art, choosing works by Mark Rothko and Jasper Johns.

The Guggenheims curator’s alternative to the WH request: an 18-karat, fully functioning, solid gold toilet — an interactive work titled “America” that critics have described as pointed satire aimed at the excess of wealth in this country.

Cattelan’s “America” caused something of a sensation after the Guggenheim unveiled it in 2016, drawing more than a few headlines.“WE’RE NO. 1! (And No. 2)” was the New York Post’s front-page offering, the huge lettering over a photograph of the toilet. The tabloid’s coverage included a reporter’s first-person account (“I rode the Guggenheim’s golden throne”) and a photograph of that reporter seated on the toilet (reading the New York Post, naturally).

Cattelan has resisted interpreting his work, telling interviewers he would leave that to his audience. He conceived of the gold toilet before Trump’s candidacy, though he has acknowledged that he might have been influenced by the mogul’s almost unavoidable place in American culture.

When asked if the museums director Richard Armstrong supported the curator’s offer of the toilet to the White House, the Guggenheim’s spokeswoman replied, “We have nothing further to add.”

Spector, in blog posts and on social media, has made plain her political leanings. “This must be the first day of our revolution to take back our beloved country from hatred, racism, and intolerance,” the curator wrote on Instagram a day after Trump’s election in 2016. Her post was accompanied by a Robert Mapplethorpe photo of a frayed American flag. - Read More
