Imagining Themselves Our Saviors, The Left Preps for Civil War.

Leftist sees Donald Trump as a potential dictator and they fear his re-election as the biggest catastrophe that could ever befall America Them.  So, romantically imagining themselves as freedom fighters, they are preparing to fight.

According to the Daily Beast, a group of leftist organizations met on Zoom to make post-election plans.

Over the course of two hours, participants broached the question of what the progressive political ecosystem can functionally do in a series of election scenarios. They began charting out what it would take to stand up a multi-state communications arm to fight disinformation, a training program for nonviolent civil disobedience, and the underpinnings of what one official described as mass public unrest. 

They poured over a report from the Transition Integrity Project, a bipartisan group formed in 2019, that analyzed various election season scenarios and made clear the type of ratfu**ery, corruption, and chaos that potentially was ahead. "The potential for violent conflict is high."

The connecting thread in this argument is that the radical right is armed and wants to kill them - blacks, Jews, their political opponents. There are practical problems in starting a war and the radical groups pondered their alternatives.

Some of the hurdles were straightforward: how you “occupy s**t, hold space, and shut things down, not just on Election Day but for weeks,” explained one source familiar with the Democracy Defense Nerve Center operations.  

"It is very obvious that Trump is laying the groundwork for claiming victory no matter what," said Rahna Epting, executive director of MoveOn. "At the end of the day believe in our democracy and we will fight to protect it from what we truly see as a president who has gone off the rails and taking this country down an authoritarian fascist path."

Shutting things down for a couple of weeks and occupying shit would be an invitation to war.  Civic order is breaking down and, like in 1860, Americans on opposing sides are seeing an enemy across from them and not a fellow countryman.

He always hits his mark. He wears no shoes to keep completely silent! He wears a flack jacket just encase (not that it would stop a round). Then we have 'Dread Lock the Deadshot' with his Magpul P40. He fires round after round at the Nazis. His NC Star scope was damaged and bent down in the last war! Its said he now only point & shoots.

A Good Monday Morning

If your cause requires bullying to get the message across, perhaps it isn't as righteous as you think it is.

The difference between leftwing ‘activism’ and the zombie apocalypse gets smaller by the day.  If your cause requires bullying to get the message across perhaps it, and your defence of it, isn’t as righteous as you think it is.  But I suppose it depends on whether you’re amused by making people miss flights and hospital appointments, or job interviews, or thwarting parents’ attempts to collect their children from school. That kind of thing. And regardless of the pretext offered on any given day, you do have to marvel at the moral vacancy of it all.

Apparently, it isn’t hard to understand that the way to make people sympathetic with your cause, whatever it may be this week, is to screw them over, because you can, and then applaud yourself for doing so. Somewhat harder to understand is that go-to solution, of which they so proud – i.e., the gratuitous trapping of motorists, is a moral non sequitur and rather like saying, “I’m troubled by the plight of the Javan rhinoceros, so I’m going to start spitting at the elderly and keying random cars, and then boast about it.”

The Obstructing-Traffic-And-Frustrating-Random-People-While-Feeling-Immensely-Self-Satisfied Thing™ first came to our attention during the Occupy (enter cause celeb) fad and it rapidly degenerated into opportunist thuggery and self-indulgent farce. A high point being when a Mao-ling mother placed her four-year-old daughter on active train tracks. Since then, in the name of “teaching others to care,” we’ve seen self-righteous mobs deliberately blocking the paths of ambulances and giving paramedics the finger, while exulting in their power to alarm, frustrate and coerce. And to endanger lives with collective impunity.

And we’ve seen fearless, selfless anti-Trump protestors surrounding and terrorising a lone female driver by trying to smash her car’s windshield, and videoing her distress for their own amusement and peer-group cred. And at which point, what you’re seeing isn’t politics or protest. It’s sociopathy.

We’ve also seen Mao-lings in running into traffic on a highway  because terrorising random motorists is the woke thing to do, apparently. And when one of them gets hurt - which will tend to happen if you swarm onto a motorway in the dark, the Mao-lings will immediately started blaming someone else, anyone but the people who actually chose to run into the path of oncoming traffic. And of course we’ve seen things like these items here and many others in the archives. All done in the name of forcing others to be compassionate. And comply.

In what is proving to be a growing trend of protesters showing up on the doorstep of politicians, as unwise as it may be, outraged women wearing curlers in their hair and draped in plastic as if they were at the beauty shop, as characterized by KRON, hung blow dryers in a tree outside San Fran Nan's home.

Describing themselves as “angry salon customers” who want to get their hair done, protesters gathered outside House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s mansion Thursday in response to what has been dubbed “Salon-gate.” San Francisco Chronicle reporter Jessica Christian shared several videos online of the demonstration, noting that the women are not salon owners, as some reported, but disgruntled consumers stymied by local politicians.

Demonstrating at the homes of politicians is becoming a staple on the left, but Pelosi should be grateful it wasn’t Antifa and Black Lives Matter activists gathering outside her mansion. Just ask Portland’s Democratic Mayor Ted Wheeler, who’s reportedly looking to move out of his Pearl District high rise condo after violent protesters broke windows and set fires on the property earlier this week.

Salon-gate easily outweighs the ridicule Pelosi experienced after showcasing a freezer full of expensive ice cream during the height of the coronavirus shutdown, while most Americans were worried about putting food on their dinner tables.
