US Drone Strike Destroys Classic Dylan Album Supply

WASHINGTON- MFNS — The Pentagon is refusing to either confirm or deny that late friday night one of its unmanned Predator Drones targeted an undisclosed warehouse somewhere in the middle east containing a large stock of the classic Bob Dylan album "Desire", which features the 7 minute iconic track “Isis”

At a press conference Saturday a Pentagon spokesman, while refusing to comment on the alleged strike, did asserted that the U.S. military does not include music warehouses on it's terrorist target list, or intentionally target civilian or humanitarian supply depots.  “Ultimately the responsibility for this sort of tragic collateral damage lies with the ISIS terrorists group themselves,” the source said.

The carefully-worded statement leaves open the possibility that someone high up in the pentagon is still pissed off about Dylan’s controversial 1965 embrace of electric amplification at the Newport Folk Festival, and may have left him open to attack.

I watched this kid lay waste to the 5A Louisiana High School record book and he's a very capable Run-Throw double threat yet to be unveiled. I say LSU by 17.

Draft Biden Movement Staffing Up

"Reuters is reporting that the draft Biden folks in eleven key primary states are staffing up. Apparently they are concentrating on the super Tuesday states. Generally one does not begin to add paid staffers until they are sure they are going to run. The Draft Biden group is a PAC not a campaign staff and the two are not allowed to talk to each others but it seems to make sense if draft Biden is staffing up someone from the SHMOTUS’ must have given them the wink, wink! They are also staffing up in Florida whose primary is on March 15th. Florida adds another 207 elected delegates.

The political action committee backing the vice president, Draft Biden, has begun building operations in 11 states holding primary elections on “Super Tuesday” in March 2016, two of the group’s officials told Reuters, an important series of votes for any candidate seeking their party’s nomination.

With each passing day as there are new stories about the Hillary Clinton scandals it becomes more likely that Biden will run, but with the latest news about the Draft Biden Super PAC, perhaps the decision has already been made."

Trump Continues to Struggle with that Pesky 1st Amendment Thingy

Donald Trump on Tuesday threatened legal action against a politically oriented clothing outlet for using the GOP front-runner's name, which is trademarked, in its domain name and merchandise. But unlike efforts to protect his brand, Trump's move to stifle political speech stands on more shaky legal footing. 

"Trump does not have a legitimate claim here," Eugene Volokh, a UCLA law professor who specializes in First Amendment. If this were ever litigated, which seems unlikely, the owners of StopTrump.us might also feel inclined to raise the First Amendment as a defense, Volokh said. But the trademark law that applies here "has been written and has been interpreted with an eye toward the First Amendment," he added. 

So it looks like this is a losing case for Trump, who appears to be on a cease-and-desist binge lately. On Tuesday, a lawyer for the magnate's campaign threatened "a multimillion dollar lawsuit" against the conservative Club For Growth in response to a political ad attacking the candidate.
