Who is this Guy and What Did You Do With Fredo??

CNN's Chris Cuomo went off on an out of character politically incorrect rant during his Sirius radio program about Thanksgiving and other occasions that have become objects of scrutiny over their problematic historical contexts by the proglodyte leftist.
"You woke folk trying to kill it for me. Listen, man, you know, don’t come up at me with all this pilgrim stuff. I don’t give a damn about the pilgrims and the indigenous people, the Native Americans, the Indians, wherever, whatever, whatever group of them wants to be called. I don’t care about any of that.” I care about the suffrage. I care about the exploitation. But I don’t need that story for Thanksgiving. I don’t need it at all."
Fredo went on to predict that historical sensitivity could lead to the very canceling of America.  "Amerigo Vespucci was an imperfect man of his time," referencing the removal of a Thomas Jefferson statue from New York City Hall. "The idea that Thomas Jefferson’s got to go, he owned slaves, they all owned slaves unless they didn’t have the money." He then gave a brief explainer of Abraham Lincoln’s racist views. "He’d be dead man walking today."

He concluded by telling the “woke folks” to “Stop seeing your happiness as a function of taking someone else down.”

Funny how big named media and entertainment are starting to change their tune and act all unwoke now that America is making it clear they are tired of this woke bullshit and the democrats are getting kicked in the gonads in the polls partly because of it.

Question is, do they really mean it?

Progressives' Good Riddance Attitude Toward Small Business

Progressives have become increasingly cavalier about the economic consequences of raising the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour. One such disciple of doom to small business is Rep. Ro Khanna (D–Calif.) who said on CNN earlier this week when asked about whether hard-pressed small businesses would be able to absorb the mandated pay hike "I think $15 is very reasonable in this country."

Khanna's seemingly blasé acknowledgment that the Democrats' minimum wage proposal would force some small businesses to shut down sparked immediate criticism. But progressive allies of Khanna claim if a business is unable to pay a $15 minimum, that business should not be considered a viable enterprise. In other words, Good Riddance.

It must be noted here that Ro Khanna is a lawyer and former Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Department of Commerce in Barky Obama's regulation happy Administration, has never produced or sold anything and obviously should, but doesn't, know what small business have to do to stay afloat.  But a callous attitude towards small business owners in light of the difficulties they're already facing amid a pandemic and related public health restrictions is par for the course for these regressive troglodytes.

Given how many mom-and-pop operations would struggle to cope with a $15 federal minimum wage, these progs like Khanna are writing off a huge number of existing businesses that are the back bone of America as essentially worthless.  Nationally, about a third of small businesses have closed since the start of the pandemic.  And even if one isn't inclined to shed a tear for mom-and-pop businesses, it's not like the current lower-wage employees of those businesses would be made better off either. They'd stand to make $0 an hour if their employer shuts down. And even if the business does survive, those employees still risk cuts to their hours.

Grocery stores are particularly sensitive to sudden increases in their labor costs given the typically tight margins those businesses operate on. Even if one thinks it's fine for businesses that pay low wages to go extinct, their shuttering also means fewer job options for low-wage workers and fewer entry level jobs for young adults in poorer communities. There's no social justice in that.

I must also note here, as I have about others in previous posts, that Rep. Khanna is another first generation child of immigrants, who's parents came through the system and immigrated legally, were welcomed with open arms and granted all the advantages and privileges' of the native born, contributed to America greatness and lived a successful life, only to have their regressive douchebag offspring go to work to tear it all down in the name of cancerous progressivism. This putz need to be unseated and sent back to chasing ambulances for a living.

Arizona Progs Not Happy With Senator Hooker Boots

Kyrsten Sinema, probably best known to most for her wardrobe than her legislating, flipped rhino Jeff Flake's former Senate seat last election to the dems.  But the dems 'Our Lady of the Fierce Outfits' is coming under fire for her voting record.  Dan O'Neal, leader in the Progressive Caucus says there is a move afoot to censure, and explained the sudden buyer's remorse. O’Neal, says that the move to censure Sinema is intended to push her to the left.
"We really support Kyrsten Sinema, we want her to succeed, we want her to be the best senator in the country. But the way she is voting is really disappointing. We want Democrats to vote like Democrats and not Republicans."
FiveThirtyEight confirms that Sinema votes with Trump 54.5 percent of the time, which they see as far superior to Jeff Flake and Boobs McCain's daddy. They both supported  Trump more than 80 percent of the time, but they were "deeply concerned" about it.

Sinema hasn't even been in office a year yet and the afterglow is showing signs of dimming even though 'Our Lady of the Fierce Outfits' has consistently opposed Trump on critical issues. The Progressive Caucus specifically calls out Sinema's vote to confirm William Barr as Attorney General. Barr was confirmed on a nine-vote margin.

Sinema also rasied the cockles of the Progtards as the only Democrat not to support the power grab 'Save the Internet Act', but that's not because she hates YouTube. She just believes there are better ways to regulate the Internet, so I guess that make her a Trump stooge. She also voted to confirm fossil fuel proponent David Bernhardt who wants to drill in your backyard and kill all the polar bears, as Secretary of the Interior.  Maybe Sinema believes a president gets to pick their Cabinet, and she'll do her given job of 'advisein' and 'consentin'.

The Arizona Republican Party censured Boobs McCain's daddy in 2014 for his "liberal" record and that only helped his carefully cultivated image as a principled maverick. In this case Progressives forget that she represents Arizona, not la la land California and it's not a Blue State. Progs seem always ready to eat their own and ever anxious to overplay their hand. Just peruse Daily Kos and see how the keyboard commandos are always riled up that Democrat politicians are not able to assume godlike powers and push DJT and his minions right out of power, and hoping for unicorn candidates and rainbow ice cream poop right now.

Weinstein Apologist and Poster Boy For Mental Health Funding Gets New ABC Late Night Talk Show

“Alec’s intellect, wit and wealth of life experience afford him a voice and perspective we haven’t seen
before in this format."
  - Channing Dungey, President of ABC Entertainment

As if ABC hasn't pushed the limits of good taste to the edge with the nasty hygiene challenged lookin' Whoopie Goldberg and the nasally Trump hating, self-loathing bigot from Queens NY, Joy Behar, along with the rest of the Cackling Hens of 'The View' in daytime talk, the brilliant people at ABC have decided to Baldwin all over late night.

For those of us who plan on not watching the Academy Awards will sadly miss a teaser for Alec Baldwin's 'Sunday With Baldwin' set to air right after the Oscars telecast.

The powers that be at Disney/ABC see the man who the left is crediting with resuscitated Saturday Night Live by dawning a bad toupee and made the ancient sketch comedy show relevant again (as if making SNL great again means anything to the average American)means he gets a pass on his personal actions over all these years, including his disturbing interactions with women in the past, and attacking the accusers of his many Hollywood predator friends.

Alec Baldwin At A Recent Public Appearance

Maybe ABC will encourage Alec to open up and share his life stories and his history of Homophobic Rants,  or maybe his numerous  public acts of violence, or maybe even that time he gave the Big Apple a Big Middle Finger.  No, but because even though he's  has been bulldozing his way through the past few months, attacking anyone who disagrees with his stances on the #MeToo movement, he's still a darling of faggish NY stage theater crowd and good NY progtard. That, and he wears one of those goofy "I too have a gay hairdresser who makes me look like I'm a homeless wino" haircuts. Yeah, he gets a pass.

It's probably good that they scheduled Baldwin's show in late night where the low-info millennials seem to pool. If you remember his last unscripted shot at TV talk over at MSBNC. 'Up Late' with Alec Baldwin' was the painfully worst late-night talk show in the history of human media pathology. He's volatile, he's cantankerous, but for some reason people seem to like him.  Well, except Hollywood who won't touch him with a ten foot pole......

NBC: "No one could make a bigger mistake than we did hiring Megyn Kelly!"

ABC: "Hold my beer."

Democrats Run Silly Last-Minute Ad Encouraging Write-in of Alabama Coach Nick Saban

Democrats have all but conceded that they can’t honestly defeat Judge Roy Moore in the upcoming Alabama Senate election on Tuesday so they’re pulling out all of the stops because they know they can’t win on the issues. They have a far-left candidate, Doug Moore, who’s anti-American positions include anti-life, anti-borders, anti-Second Amendment rights, and pro-bathroom perverts just to name a few.  Jones and his campaign can’t win on these issues, so he isn’t running on them. The Democrat Media, colluding with the Democrats and the GOP establishment led by swamp-dweller Mitch McConnell, can't mention Jones’ positions either, but are instead depending on the political character assassination smear campaign against Judge Roy Moore.

Politistick is reporting a scummy little group of Proglodytes called American Bridges are running deceptive, if not silly, ads encouraging Alabama voters to vote for the most popular man in the state (well, outside Auburn)  the University of Alabama head football coach Nick Saban as a write-in candidate rather than vote for Roy Moore.

The strategy here is clear. If they can peel off a few hundred or thousands of votes by Republicans who’ve bought into the fake news media’s attacks against Judge Moore, it may be enough to push Doug Jones over the finish line."

The video, published by American Bridges, shows step-by-step instructions for voters, telling them not to vote along party lines, to fill in the bubble next to the write-in slot and to write-in the candidate of choice, providing Saban as the example. - The Hill

TRUMPOPHOBIA: SNOWFLAKE SCARED THAT HIS PLUMBER WAS A NAZI

If the headline sounds insane, that’s because it is. Modern day Progressives have always been crazy, but the election of Donald Trump has exposed their madness in an epic way. An editor for Think Progress is so traumatized by the President-elect that he’s having paranoid delusions that his plumber is a Nazi capable of extreme anti-Semitic violence. This is going to be a rough 4 and maybe 8 years for the left.

DownTrend
Ned Resnikoff is a senior editor at liberal shitpile Think Progress. Recently he this on social media:
"I Wanted to share an experience from earlier today. This afternoon, I had plumber over to my apartment to fix a clogged drain. He was a perfectly nice guy and a consummate professional. But he was also a middle-aged white man with a southern accent who seemed unperturbed by this week’s news."
"And while I had him in the apartment, I couldn’t stop thinking about whether he had voted for Trump, whether he knew my last name was Jewish, and how that knowledge might change the interaction we were having inside my own home. I have no real reason to believe he was a Trump supporter or an anti-Semite, but in my uncertainty I couldn’t shake the sense of potential danger. I was rattled for some time after he left.
Potential danger?  Of what, a clean running drain?
"I’m very privileged insofar as this sense of danger is unfamiliar to me. And I know I feel it much less accurately than a lot of other people right now. I’m still a straight, white guy who can phenotypically pass for gentile."
"But today was a reminder that ambiguous social interactions now feel unsafe and unpredictable in a way that they never did before. And even if Trump is gone in four years, I don’t expect to ever reclaim that feeling of security. That’s just one more thing you voted for, if you voted for him."
Okay people, let's recap. A gainfully employed middle-aged white man with a southern accent was a nice person and did his job well, and the liberal now fears for his safety because of Donald Trump. This is both parts sad and hysterical.
