Lawyers For Nick Sandmann Begin Their Pursuit of Justice.

The media is used to spreading lies about misinformation about who or whatever they want with absolutely no repercussions what so ever. But it looks like for a change someone is finally taking them on and attempting to publicly hold them accountable.

The lawyers representing Covington Catholic High School student Nick Sandmann and his family said Friday they have sent letters to media outlets, individual journalists, celebrities and Catholic organizations putting them on notice as the first step in possible libel and defamation lawsuits. They promise that justice will be served for their client, who was viciously smeared by the media over an encounter with Native American activist Nathan Phillips.

The attorneys say they prepared and sent out documentation preservation letters addressed to organizations and individuals they believe may have defamed or libeled Nick with false reporting. Among the high profile recipients are:

The NY Times, Maggie Haberman, Washington Post, CNN, NPR, Savannah Guthrie, Andrea Mitchell, Joy Reid, Chuck Todd, The Hill, The Atlantic, Kathy Griffin & GQMagazine. 

Elizabeth Warren, The Guardian, TMZ, Capitol Hill Publishing Corp., Diocese of Covington, Diocese of Lexington, Archdiocese of Louisville, Diocese of Baltimore, Erin Burnett, Ana Cabrera, Amanda Watts. David Brooks, Isaac Stanley-Becker, Kristine Phillips, Kurt Eichenwald, Bill Maher, HBO, and Time Warner Media, Alyssa Milano, Jim Carrey and Heavy com.

After a review, the lawyers concluded they have a good faith basis to sue certain organizations. "We want to change the conversation. We don't want this to happen again." He went on to say the lesson is that the media cannot state as fact things that aren't true. There was a rush by the media to believe what it wanted to believe versus what actually happened.

Win or lose, we all should applaud this effort to hold the media accountable. The same media and celebrity that defended David Hogg from criticism for being a just a kid, viciously attacked another for wearing a hat.....

Same Maoist, Different Wardrobe

Some have yet to realize they are trapped in a Reeducation Camp.  It's been another week reading and hearing the bizarre stories in the media of caustic politics and the cultural decline of contemporary America. The once respected media has firmly taken the lead from academia and hollywood intellectuals to tell us in their "unbiased" presentations that we are wrong, racist, misogynist, sexist, stupid. Like in the movie “Groundhog Day” we wake up, realize the day is going just like yesterday, try to have the right responses to change the situation only to wake up the next day and everything is exactly like it was the day before. We see the same things, hear the same messages, get accused of the same crimes against humanity.

It hits me that the repetitive lunacy is not a bug, it’s a feature. Actually THE feature. We’re in a reeducation camp, except the Mao’s running this operation boldly enacted an improvement. Instead of rounding us up and bringing us in for our reeducation, they send out the reeducation to us. At school. At work. In our “news”. In our sports pages. In our music. In commercials. In our movies. All the great soul-breaking repetition of the evil messages, without the need to cover room and board. Genius. In the end there is a good long list of truths you had better accept, and you are just not “getting the message.” Their demonic plan is to hit you with this repeatedly until you absorb it and believe it, or die off shunned and mocked. Sadly, the latest generation is already owned.

According to our betters: 

Some people are really smart, you are not one of them. The smart people are a subset of leftists (by definition). They should be empowered to run things.  You should stand down like an obedient citizen for your own good and for the good of those around you. 

There is no God, or if there is, he is a leftist (by definition) a female, or gay, or black, or all three. We humans don’t need one in any case because we are really awesome! People are basically good, especially when we “tell truth to power". And so She wants us to decide what is true and what is not and to question any authority outside ourselves. But not the authority of ourselves and to follow our hearts. 

Everybody has a right to stuff. Lots of it. Except people who have stuff. Women are better than men. Men are so “last millenium”. They are also evil and lazy, and stupid, unless they are men who dress up and pretend to be women, or are submissive to their betters (women). 

Police are evil. Government is good. Where government has a problem it is that they don’t have enough funding, so it’s patriotic to tax tax tax, because they have to fight against neanderthals like you. There are so many of you. 

The more that you are seen or heard on TV, the wiser you are. Your betters should be judged within the context of all the good that they do.  You should be judged “guilty“. The 2nd Amendment of the Constitution of the United States is an opinion of paranoid racist xenophobe haters. You should give up food other than “Bio Spooge” to save the planet. You should give up water, heat, cars, and any concept of personal space to save the planet.

Citizens, you must do your part and “get with this program.”

The Slow Ugly Self Demise Of The Leftist Media Machine

Underneath it all she had always been a petulant little witch. The type who at the age of twelve and a half was permitted to join the adult table, yet could not simply content herself with the honor. She doesn’t even bother with the makeup any more. She’s been exposed to all, to the most intimate detail. She still carries the same skin, even if all of the dough beneath has settled to form unsightly bags and cellulite deposits. In her own mind she’s still all that. Where this is present in some it inspires a certain admiration for such security in one’s self.

In Gazette’s case it can but inspire pity, for we see not a woman liberated of her inhibitions; instead, a woman drunken on her former glories. She longs to once again feel that intoxication experienced in her heroic age, the days of The Pentagon Papers and Watergate, not realizing that this dragon will ever elude her grasp.

She is one of them now, the predictable fruit of every other revolution. We needn’t feel embarrassment for her, our pity is to be reserved for those more worthy of such tender mercies. Gazette now seeks neither sympathy nor solace. She has grown petty and thin-skinned, her only purpose now is vengeance. Throughout her sordid history she has (for convenience, amusement or both) made her bed with some equally unscrupulous characters. In her glory years these were singular encounters, a darkened rendezvous with a Deep Throat. As her star faded she had morphed into just another useful tool, until she graduated to a full on gang bang with the Deep State.

Gazette’s real kink has always been about being on the inside, recipient and disseminator of rumor, gossip and palace intrigue. Being invited to and becoming the life of all the best DC circuit cocktail parties. In her day she was the Grand Mistress to all, the whore incarnate within her home circles; while posing the Madonna face to the contemptible masses, cooing her gentle, motherly scold to the unwashed curs for their ignorant transgressions against the public virtue of the day. Her manipulations were masterful, her physical dexterity superhuman: contorting to any position required that might offer an orifice to all comers. And this was how she was to be repaid? No, no, no….not her. This will not stand.

Make no mistake, my friends. This lady still has more tricks in her. One does not rocket through her orbits and not come into the possession of certain, shall we say “leverage points”. In days of old these might still hold some currency. Had she kept her circle of friends to a more exclusive membership she might still be able to survive with this play. Not so in today’s world. She has left herself too widely exposed. The parties inside of her bubble may not hear much of anything that comes from outside of it, but they certainly do one hell of a lot of talking within it. Gazette always wanted to have her cake and eat it too. She wanted to enjoy the privileges of being on the inside without having to assume any of the risks. She realizes now, too late, that with her sources compromised she is no longer any value and, by extension, no threat. She is equally compromised, fully implicated and in short: reduced to an accomplice.

Grand Poobah of Fake News Loses It Over Sinclair Broadcasting's Promising to Be Factual

Dan Rather, the "father of fake news" and a growing number of other network talking heads think it obscene that the Sinclair Broadcast Group should produce an advertisement promising to tell only the truth. I kinda wish we could get a similar statement from the rest of the mainstream press, but I didn't get a pet giraffe I wanted as a child either. After a CNN report early last month by the one Dianny calls "Puddin' Boy Brian Stelter", where he was clutching his pearls about Sinclair’s promise to be truthful *GASP*, it was back in the news Monday after Deadspin put out the supercut video of Sinclair’s anchors speaking all at once to make it feel creepy.

That was the catalyst for the new wave of pointless hyperventilating from the liberal media, including Newsman Dan, who took to Facebook in a sad attempt to sound relevant and basically lose his shit over criticism of the leftist media:

"Let's be clear, news anchors looking into camera and reading a script handed down by a corporate overlord, a script meant to obscure the truth not elucidate it, isn't journalism. It's propaganda. It's Orwellian. And it is on a slippery slope towards some of history's most destructive forces. To those who say this rhetoric is hyperbolic, I submit that attacking the press as honest brokers of information has been one of the constants of this Administration and all those who normalize it. But this is not normal. This is not how the freedoms enshrined in our Constitution, that beloved First Amendment, is supposed to operate. 

The faces of the men and women you see delivering this chilling message are befitting those of a hostage video. Maybe some of these local anchors took to it with gusto, but I believe that number is few. That is the bet that Sinclair and its allies in media and government are betting on - that they can chip away, with small strikes of the chisel, at the bedrock of American democracy. That is why it is incumbent for Americans of all political persuasions to say this is intolerable. 

Congress should hold hearings and call the executives of Sinclair to account, but one suspects that is highly unlikely in the current political environment. Will this spur citizens to elect representatives who recognize that this is a clear and present danger? Will enough people be outraged to bombard stations, and advertisors, with letters, phone calls, and tweets to suggest this is unacceptable?"

I have always found it entertaining to listen to hypocritical, lying shit-bags pretend to take the high ground and argue from position of morality and goodness. I think we all know someone like that. Rather’s career came to an embarrassing end when he relentlessly pushed lies a fake news story about George W. Bush. He still claims his BS is true. What he basically has is a problem with is Sinclair capitalizing on the public's distrust in national media and confidence with local reporting. If he really had a problem with a corporate message tainting reporting, he should stop going on CNN.  The Real Threat To Democracy is a Prevaricating & Dishonest Media.

As if ABC hasn't pushed the limits of good taste to the edge with the nasty hygiene challenged lookin' Whoopie Goldberg and the nasally Trump hating, self-loathing bigot from Queens NY, Joy Behar, along with the rest of the Cackling Hens of 'The View' in daytime talk, the brilliant people at ABC have decided to Baldwin all over late night.

For those of us who plan on not watching the Academy Awards will sadly miss a teaser for Alec Baldwin's 'Sunday With Baldwin' set to air right after the Oscars telecast. 

The powers that be at Disney/ABC see the man who the left is crediting with resuscitated Saturday Night Live by dawning a bad toupee and made the ancient sketch comedy show relevant again (as if making SNL great again means anything to the average American)means he gets a pass on his personal actions over all these years, including his disturbing interactions with women in the past, and attacking the accusers of his many Hollywood predator friends.

It's probably good that they scheduled Baldwin's show in late night where the low-info millennials seem to pool. If you remember his last unscripted shot at TV talk over at MSBNC. 'Up Late' with Alec Baldwin' was the painfully worst late-night talk show in the history of human media pathology. He's volatile, he's cantankerous, but for some reason people seem to like him.  Well, except Hollywood who won't touch him with a ten foot pole......

Last month, MPR was notified of the allegations which relate to Mr. Keillor's conduct while he was responsible for the production of A Prairie Home Companion (APHC). MPR President Jon McTaggart immediately informed the MPR Board Chair, and a special Board committee was appointed to provide oversight and ongoing counsel. In addition, MPR retained an outside law firm to conduct an independent investigation of the allegations.
